TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY ---A FORMER FULL-TIME EMPLOYER OF MINE IN AUSTIN --- STATES IN 2014 REPLY E-MAIL LETTER TO ME THAT THAT STATE OF TEXAS LAW-ENFORCEMENT AGENCY APPARENTLY DESTROYED ITS OWN COPIES OF CITED CRIME EVIDENCE MOTION-SENSITIVE SPY-CAMERA INFRARED PHOTOS THAT WERE OBTAINED FOR ME DURING MY SLEEP IN 2012 AS I SLEPT ALONE ON MY OWN BED INSIDE MY BOLT-LOCKED APARTMENT UNIT IN THIS STATE CAPITAL CITY OF AUSTIN, TEXAS

Mr. McMillan:

The Department received your above-referenced request on September 16, 2014. The Department has conducted a good faith search for any and all information related to your request and has not been able to locate any responsive records. The only infrared photographs the Department ever possessed were sent to us from you. The Department no longer retains these photos and has no ongoing investigation involving you.
