Why My Religion Favors Strictly-Heterosexual Adult Applicants as Prospective and Actual Members

Many Central Texans have repeatedly and incessantly asked me in recent years why my non-Christian Progressive Prohibitionist Religion---a wholesome and law-abiding and fully independent new religion for the very honorable---excludes from prospective or actual membership in my fully independent religion an estimated 99.99 percent of all self-described homosexual adult persons, all self-described gay adult persons, all self-described bisexual adult persons, all self-described transsexual adult persons, all self-described transvestite persons, and all self-described lesbian adult persons.

The answer to that question is simple. The following persons are automatically disqualified for prospective or actual membership in my own religion:

---Any person who is not friendly or genial and polite and sincerely empathetic, at least, toward a wide range of persons, including a wide range of acquaintances, whom he encounters in his everyday life.

---Any person exhibiting such a dreadful crassness of materialism that he habitually refers to other human beings as "things" or "possessions" or "slaves" or "sex slaves" or "underlings" or "toys" or "studs" or "hunks" or "bods" or "chicks" or "bitches" (awkward verbatim quote from frequently-overheard profane speech in American society of today) that he seeks to grab or seize or torment or abuse or exploit or stalk or own or possess or acquire or subjugate or control.

---Any person who habitually in everyday telephone conversations or in-person conversations with others, and in his own diary or personal journal writings and letters, refers to another human being primarily in terms of whether any particular organ or physical attribute of another human being is sexually alluring or a "sexual turn-on" or "romantic turn-on" to himself.

---Any person who habitually in everyday telephone conversations or in-person conversations with others, or who in his own diary or personal journal writings and letters, habitually refers to another human being primarily in terms of how well or whether the latter individual "performs" or "puts out" during the sex act.

--Any person who either physically beats or physically whips or places a harness upon his sex partner or romantic partner, or who knowingly permits a sex partner or romantic partner of his to physically beat or physically whip or places a harness on himself.

---Any person who practices or agrees to participate in the barbarous defacto sex crime of fist fornication (AKA "fist f--king"), a very sadistic and very injurious and deplorably outrageous and illicit "lifestyle" practice in which one "sex partner" thrusts his fist into the anus of the other "sex partner" and proceeds to brutally penetrate the anus of the latter individual solely or primarily through repeated thrusting of the fist in a brutally dangerous form of illicit sodomy.

---Any person who has consumed any quantity of drinking alcohol at any time in the most recent two-year period.

--Any person who has a prior or current addiction to drinking alcohol.

--Any person who ever at any time consumed any tobacco product on any occasion in the most recent two-year period.

--Any person who has consumed marijuana or any other illicit drug on any occasion in the most recent two-year period.

--Any person who hosts a party at which he himself directly offers any of his party guests a marijuana brownie or marijuana or any other illicit drug.

--Any person who offers what he claims to be a wholesome and fully innocent brownie to an acquaintance, and who thereby subjects that acquaintance to involuntary consumption of what is, in fact, an infamous "marijuana brownie" instead.

---Any person who subjects another human being to involuntary consumption of marijuana or any other illicit drug.

--Any person who has had a prior addiction to marijuana or any other illicit drug.

--Any person who lacks a full devotion to helping to lawfully eliminate marijuana and all other illicit drugs from American society as soon as possible.

--Any person who is addicted to gambling involving the expenditure of money.

--Any person with any tattoo on his or her body, with the sole exception of one total military tattoo that was approved in advance by that individual's employer, the United States Armed Forces.

--Any person who has a justifiable reputation for dishonesty or mendacity or pathological mendacity. Pathological liars, for instance, are automatically disqualified from prospective or actual membership in my religion.

---Any person who has knowingly lied to another human being about whether the former individual has a sexually transmitted disease or the HIV virus or AIDS or any other major medical problem.

---Any person who is determined to be significantly sly or very devious in his style of conduct.

--Any person who through negligence or otherwise has infected another human being with a sexually transmitted disease, whether that be herpes or the HIV virus or any other sexually transmitted disease, on any prior occasion.

---Any person who exhibits contempt toward or disdain toward procreational sexual intercourse, intercourse that makes possible the birth of a new human baby.

---Any person who exhibits a contempt toward or antipathy toward children, or a contempt toward or antipathy toward biological parents raising their biological offspring inside those parents' own home.

--Any person who condones or supports paid sexual prostitution and sexual trafficking or public sex parlors, among those illicit sex parlors being the so-called "gay bathhouses" where anonymous sex occurs in a public place in violation of the state laws of Texas.

--Any person who has been convicted in a court of law at any time of having himself committed a felony crime in the United States, for instance, on any occasion in his entire life.

--Any person who directly and repeatedly verbalizes death threats to others, whether in person or in writing or through other means.

---Any person who lacks a well-intendedness and kindness and civility toward others, so much so that he would himself seek to banish from this entire planet any and all of his ideological adversaries or perceived enemies or competitors or persons verbalizing criticism of himself, with himself possibly exclaiming in a nasty-sounding voice that "they can go to hell, as far as I'm concerned," or "I hope they get struck by lightning and drop dead," or "I hope they get attacked by a tornado or hurricane," "a pox on them," or words to that effect.

--Any person who has knowingly maintained ties with or knowingly associated with one or more violent terrorist groups or organized crime organizations such as the Mafia at any time in the most recent five-year period, in particular.

--Any person who on his own face has a significant amount of facial hair, whether that be in the form of a mustache or a beard or a goatee or whiskers, on his face.

--Any person who is not fully dedicated to himself responding to any and all of his own life challenges in a law-abiding and civil and honorable manner.

--Any person who exhibits a contempt toward or defiance of the ideal of men conducting themselves like gentlemen of valor and women conducting themselves like ladies of politeness and decency.

---Any person who habitually grabs or pinches or hugs or kisses or embraces or physically forces himself upon other human beings in public places in a context in which that physical contact definitely was not wanted by the latter individual.

---Any person who has a history of himself subjecting another person to involuntary nudity in any context.

--Any person who participates in anonymous communications that violate the privacy rights of others.

--Any person who knowingly participates in fraudulent or significantly dishonest communications.

--Any person who participates in fraudulent communications that are inflicted on another person in a context violative of the latter individual's privacy rights.

--Any person who spies on others or subjects others to illegal electronic surveillance or illegal videotaping of themselves or stalking.

---Any person who seeks to significantly undermine the quantity and quality of the law-abiding options and law-abiding opportunities available to others in any noteworthy manner.

--Any person who supports or participates in "thought-control" projects that are inflicted on human beings against their wishes.

--Any person who supports or participates in "brainwashing" attempts or "social science experiments" in which the human subject did not agree to himself be a participant in or a subject in either the brainwashing attempt or the "experiment."

--Any person who pulls pranks on others on a frequent or habitual basis.

--Any person who is observably and physically violent in his conduct toward others, or who seeks to harm others.

--Any person who exhibits or who has a well-documented history of his being viciously vindictive and inordinately punitive toward anyone whose own beliefs and accompanying law-abiding conduct differ from or conflict with his own.

---Any person who fails to fully acknowledge the Freedom of Speech rights, Freedom of Religion rights, Freedom of Association rights, Freedom of Assembly rights, privacy rights, and other Constitutional and human rights and legal of law-abiding individuals whose own political or religious beliefs or personal beliefs or prejudices or law-abiding conduct is or are somehow repugnant to or disliked by the former person.

---Any person who might be describable as "arbitrary and capricious" and "significantly volatile and often-hostile or often-irate" in his response to other human beings in his everyday life.

---Any person who pursues illegal or unethical forms of harassment of, or stalking of, or the infliction of pranks and other forms of criminal mischief on, another human being whom he dislikes (or whose political or religious or personal beliefs he dislikes) in an attempt at compelling or pressuring the latter individual into moving away from the city or town or county or U.S. state where the former individual resides.

---Any person who is repeatedly vindictive or punitive toward another human being in response to the freedom-based decision of the latter individual to simply reject and lawfully and in a civil manner permanently exclude the former individual from the latter's own life.

---Any person who exhibits habitual abrasiveness or cruelty or mental cruelty or sadistic torture or rudeness or viciousness or nastiness toward individuals whom he agrees to have communications with or interact with.

---Any individual who is pathologically unappreciative of the persons whom he agrees to associate with in his everyday life, and who fails to habitually verbalize words of praise or words of appreciation for other human beings.

---Any person who in an arrogant manner exhibits intellectual elitism in his repeated or habitual failure to acknowledge or appreciate the insightfulness and intelligence and competence and merit and creativity to be found in human beings who are not as well-educated, or who are not possessing as high of an intelligence quotient (IQ), as himself.

---Any person who appears to exhibit a lack of self-critical aptitude, such as would occur if a person lacked a conscience and had no sense of whether her had wronged any other human being at any time.

---Any person who exhibits a lack of courageous vigilance, and who habitually fails to report to a law-enforcement agency in the United States very noteworthy examples he has himself directly observed of possibly criminal or flagrantly criminal and illegal conduct by others.

---Any person who opposes the legal and human right of any other resident of the United States of America to himself report to a law-enforcement agency any criminal-law complaint that the latter individual wishes to share with that law-enforcement agency.

---Any person who opposes the legal and human right of any other resident of the United States to complain to any other government agency or individual or media company or non-profit group about any noteworthy aspect of the latter individual's own living conditions being substandard or unfair toward himself or allegedly injurious to himself (the Freedom to Complain in a civil and law-abiding manner most certainly being a very basic legal right protected by the Freedom of Speech clause of the Bill of Rights of the U.S. Constitution).

---Any person who exhibits a lack of full and comprehensive support for crime prevention.

---Any person who subscribes to the view that individuals of his own cited or perceived "sexual" identity or "gender" identity or "racial" identity or "religious" identity or "intellectual" identity or "genetic" identity or "ancestral" identity or "national" identity or "political" identity should somehow be exempted from or spared from criminal-law investigations and criminal-law prosecutions, regardless of whether legal and factual evidence actually exists which implicates one or more such individuals in alleged violation of the criminal law or penal code.

---Any adult person who attempts to undermine or restrict or oppose the legal and human right of another adult human being to himself pursue a lawfully and legally heterophiliacal life, both personally and professionally, in which he enthusiastically identifies with and feels a deeper and more heartfelt human affinity toward, and he agrees to associate with, and he is significantly more receptive as a human being toward, a higher percentage of all of the law-abiding heterosexual men and of all the law-abiding heterosexual women than of all of the homosexual male adult persons, gay male adult persons, lesbian adult persons, etc.

---Any person who knowingly agrees to attend, or remains at, a party or dinner party where marijuana or any other illicit drug is being offered by the party host or is being consumed at that party site by at least one participant in that party or dinner party.

---Any person who opposes court-ordered and lawfully-administered capital punishment of individuals found guilty in a court of law of the heinous crime of either homicide or, through revision of state law on this, the also-unconscionable and violent crime of attempted homicide.

--Any person who exhibits a defiance of or contempt for law-enforcement and crime deterrence in the United States.

--Any person who verbalizes foul or profane or obscene language in his everyday oral communications or E-mail communications on a frequent and year-round basis.

---Any person who in a recklessly misanthropic manner drives with "road rage" exhibiting contempt toward and hatred of other motorists on the roadway.

---Any person who exhibits a significant amount of misanthropy and accompanying cynicism or pessimism.

---Any person who fails to support and uphold the ideal of the scholar athlete in American society, and who lacks a sincere and healthy devotion to himself leading a scholarly or intellectually motivated life that is also athletically active.

---Any person who opposes full accountability by one's own religious denomination each year for the incidence of attempted suicide and suicide by any and all approved dues-paying members of that denomination, and who fails to agree that each and every religious denomination or religious congregation or religious group anywhere in the world is itself partly blameworthy and negligent whenever any member of that religion either attempts to commit suicide or commits suicide.

---Any person who fails to be fully and cheerfully devoted to helping to address the broader societal needs of any and all persons and any and all age groups of human beings residing in his city, county, state, region of the country, nation, and world.

---Any person who is flagrantly cruel toward animals.

---Any person who exhibits a contempt for or failure to uphold and champion the legal and human rights of all current and future generations of human beings on this planet, such as might occur through a failure of the former individual to participate in recycling of his paper products, plastic products, etc.

---Any person who fails to exhibit any degree of contrition or regret or remorse about the very tangible damage that members of his own generation, along with previous generations, have inflicted on this global environment and world, whether through environmentally destructive practices or through warfare or other means.

---Any person who exhibits a lack of full support for local, statewide, nationwide, and global environmental protection, energy conservation, and recycling of plastic products, glass products, paper products, etc.

---Any person who fails to enthusiastically support a dramatic realignment of his nation's economy, as can be endorsed through one's own investment practices, in a context that fosters massive and speedy expansion and improvement of the following salutary and healthful industries: the recycling industry, the energy-conservation industry, the natural-resource-conservation industry, the environmental-protection industry, the urban-planning indusrty, the municipal-renovation and municipal revitalization industry, the mass-transportation industry, including the passenger-train-service industry, the lifelong-sports athletics industry, the drug-addiction-treatment industry, the alcohol-addiction-treatment industry, the tobacco-addiction-treatment industry, the crime-prevention industry, the child-care industry (including day-care programs), the lifelong-education and lifelong-education services industry, the reliable news and information industries, the factual-reference-books industry, the documentary-films industry, the preventive-medicine industry, and the health-foods industry.

---Any person who fails to whole-heartedly support a realignment of his nation's economy in a context that significantly reduces the role held by the following industries, among others: the drinking-alcohol industry, the tobacco industry, the tattoo-parlor industry, the sex parlor and gay-bathhouse industry, the junk-food industry, the gambling industry, the frivolous products industry, etc.

---Any person who exhibits a contempt for or antipathy toward safe and reliable and fossil-fuel-conserving mass transportation systems, including rail passenger train systems, high-speed passenger train systems, subterranean subway systems, and light-rail transit systems.

--Any person who exhibits a contempt or disdain or antipathy toward voluntarism and attempting to "do good" in this world and befriend a wide range of people through one's civic involvements during one's leisuretime.

--Any person who exhibits a lack of full devotion to befriending and helping as many infants and children and other young persons under age 30, along with their biological parents and step-parents, as is humanly possible.

---Any person who fails to exhibit a very emphatic moral and religious and legal opposition to pederasty or pedophilia, as that very deplorable form of sex crime is often called in the world of today.

---Any person who is privy to factual evidence of pederastic conduct toward a minor by an adult person, yet who chooses to himself withhold from a law-enforcement agency that criminal-law evidence of that particularly outrageous sex crime in which a minor has been allegedly victimized by an adult person.

---Any person who exhibits a contempt for or defiance of the following: The philosophical and religious belief that human identity is NOT primarily sexual in nature, and that 99 percent to 100 percent of all human relationships in each person's life are, in fact, observably platonic and not involving sexual contact of any type.

---Any person who exhibits a defiance of or contempt for the crucial importance of achieving and promoting and fostering platonic-intimacy and platonic-relationships credibility in one's own life.

---Any person who fails to generously and valiantly "open doors" for others and foster a hospitable and generous inclusiveness for others that would have thereby helped those cited individuals to make new friends and make new friendly acquaintances as well.

---Any person who fails to agree with the religious and philosophical view that long-term and lifelong mutual-consent and strictly-platonic personal friendships involving mutual consent and honest communications between each of those personal friends, are just as important as romantic relationships in influencing the level of happiness of, and the medical and emotional and psychological health of, each human being on this planet.

--Any person opposed to the use of contraception or voluntarily-chosen vasectomies for oneself as a means for preventing unwanted pregnancies and, when applicable, the spread of sexually transmitted diseases in this country.

--Any person opposed to a citywide, countywide, statewide, nationwide, and worldwide policy of strong and comprehensive support for population control, or, when applicable, very orderly and well-planned growth, within that city, county, state, nation, and world.

--Any person who fails to fully oppose, or who supports or condones, the infliction of noise pollution on any person in any context that is damaging to the hearing capacity and medical health of the latter individual.

---Any person who habitually listens to loud or very loud noise in the ostensible form of "music," as well as any person who habitually and repeatedly inflicts that loud or very loud noise in the ostensible form of "music" on persons who do NOT want to hear that noise pollution AKA "music."

---Any person who is uncomfortable with a religion where piano music and electric guitar music are either minimal or non-existent, and where a wide variety of other musical instruments, including the trombone, the clarinet, the oboe, the mariachi, the trumpet, the wooden recorder, the bassoon, the flute, the harp, the accordion, the harmonica, the tuba, the cello, the harpsicord, etc., are instead exalted as preferable alternative sounds for members of that religion to listen to.

--Any person who fails to oppose the infliction of noise pollution on anyone in any context in which that noise pollution is being used as a weapon or means of "punishing" a human being whose beliefs or values or law-abiding conduct is somehow disliked by the former individual.

---Any person who fails to oppose the infliction of noise pollution on anyone in any context in which that noise pollution is being used as a means of "driving" another human being out of the U.S. state or city or town or county where the former individual resides or is situated.

--Any person who fails to fully honor the Freedom of Religion human rights and legal rights of any other individual, including the legal right of that individual to choose to not himself be a member of the former person's religious denomination or religious community.

---Any person who regards himself as being atheistic or agnostic, and who is not comfortable with membership in a religion that officially endorses "implicit deism" focusing on factual information and rational inquiry in which any and all directly verbalized references to a "deity" per se are only minimal, and in which modern scientific research findings are consulted for explanation about the origins of the universe.

---Any person who is uncomfortable with membership in a deistic religious group that rejects prayer per se, the ancient practice of religious prayer being based on the wrongheaded belief that any human being can directly communicate with an invisible deity through that human being's own thought process or verbalized words of entreaty on behalf of divine "intervention" or "assistance."

---Any adult person who fails to honor the legal and human right of another adult human being to set his own priorities in his own life.

---Any person who fails to honor the Freedom of Speech rights, privacy rights, Freedom of Association (and, as a corollary to that, Freedom of Non-Association) legal and human rights of any other adult person in the United States.

---Any person who condones or supports slavery of any type.

---Any person who fails to honor and revere the legal right and human right of any other human being to lead a politely aggressive and enterprising life in which the latter individual pursues creative initiatives on a year-round basis in a privacy-respectful context.

---Any person who opposes a full re-examination and full investigation and full review in regard to whether the sex-change operations occurring in the United States that each involve the surgical removal of a male penis from a biological male person's body are, in fact, adequately justifiable or medically necessary in all cases.

---Any person who believes that ANY adult person should be subjected to a sex-change operation in any context in which that adult person states or indicates at any time that he himself does NOT want to be subjected to the surgical removal of his own penis.

---Any person who supports arranged marriages in which one of the "partners" in that marriage or romantic relationship is pressured or forced or coerced or compelled by another person or group of persons into "marrying" the other individuals.

---Any person who fails to fully acknowledge that the finest and truest mutual-consent personal marriages and the finest and truest romantic personal relationships are the ones in which both partners in that marriage or romantic relationship have a strong in-person devotion to shared companionship in their everyday lives, including a mutually-respectful, mutually-empathetic, mutually-tender, thoughtful in-person conversational companionship and accompanying authenticity of platonic intimacy, between each partner in that mutual-consent personal marriage or personal romantic relationship.

---Any person who supports the view that the worth or merit of another human being is pre-determined at birth by the racial, ethnic, national, or genetic identity of that infant.

---Any person who opposes the philosophical outlook and religious outlook that each and every human being on this planet should be the master of his own destiny (through the logical and rational steps that each human pursues to improve his own life and the lives of other persons whom he agrees to befriend).

---Any person who is uncomfortable with the religious and philosophical view that each human being (regardless of his own marital status, socioeconomic status, level of intelligence, level of kindness and generosity toward others, etc.) should regard himself as being the most important person in his own life, and that his all-time best friend in his own life should, in fact, be himself at all times.

--Any person who repeatedly fails to honor the legal right of another human being to reject the former individual and permanently exclude himself from all aspects of the latter individual's life.

--Any person who is determined through a factual and impartial investigation to have himself been guilty of significant and alarming intergenerational exploitation of someone at least 10 years younger than himself, regardless of whether that younger person is himself or herself a legal-status adult human being.

--Any person who seeks to censor the beliefs and ideas and values of another human being, with the exception of a civil and law-abiding effort to prevent another human being from inflicting anonymous communications per se on oneself or any other person in any context that violates the privacy rights of the former individual.

--Any person who fails to exhibit a tolerance and kind empathy toward a wide variety of personality traits, and a wide variety of personalities, found in other human beings.

--Any person who fails to exhibit a sense of joyous and prevailingly philanthropic and cheerful humor in his outlook toward his own and others' lives, and who, to the contrary, himself tends toward humorlessness and an accompanying grim outlook.
