The following phone message is being kept in my AT&T voice-mail message-store system through my landline home phone line service with that first-rate media services provider inside my current apartment unit, Apartment 1609, in Building 16 at Village Oaks Apartments, 10926 Jollyville Road, in Austin City Council District 10. -- JKM)

"Hey, John, this is (Senior Police) Officer (James) Turner (of the Austin Police Department,  Badge Number 5980, himself reportedly an alumnus of Texas State University who had obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from that public university in San Marcos, with that same APD Officer having reportedly received APD's 'Superior Service Citation Award' in October 2013 for 'services rendered with the CIT  Unit', or APD  'Crisis Intervention Team', according to authoritative factual information about current CIT unit member APD Officer James Turner that's available at the following website location: http://www.tmcec.com/files/2314/6245/6402/00_-_Turner_Vick_BINDER_Crisis_Intervention.pdf)"

"I apologize, I'm just now getting back with you on your voice message I got the other day.

"Uh, I do completely agree with you about the, uh, the voice mail (you received from Austin City Council Member and Austin District 10 official representative Alison Alter). 

"I will do my best to contact them (City Council Member Alter) and ask them (Dr. Alter) not to call you, um, because of the double-standard situation (in which you, John Kevin McMillan of Austin District 10, have been prohibited by Council Member Alter ever since March 9, 2017, from ever again yourself directly contacting Council Member Alter or any of her City of Austin staff members under her direct supervision or her UT-Austin History Department and LBJ School of Public Affairs Professor husband, Dr. Jeremi Suri, as I, City of Austin Liaison Officer Turner, emphasized to you in person during an official APD visit to your apartment unit at that time, Apartment 902 in Building 9 at Village Oaks Apartments, an APD visit that occurred on the morning of March 9, 2017).

"And I have received all your emails over the last few weeks regarding... (a cited Irish-American or Scottish-American Anglo male adult person who had previously resided for a period in San Marcos, Texas, according to online data citing the San Marcos Police Department as having obtained that factual information about him, and who himself possibly attended Texas State University in San Marcos, with additional descriptive information from Officer Turner's voice mail message that also directly refers to the cited Anglo male adult person being withheld from this blog, for legal-liability reasons). 

"I hope everything is going well with him.
