"Re: E-mail complaint dated 6-20-03 regarding your open records request with the Office of the Attorney General

"Dear Mr. McMillan:

"This is in response to your complaint regarding the open records request that you submitted to Karen Rabon, Public Information Coordinator, Office of the Attorney General. I have spoken to Ms. Rabon and been informed that the Office of the Attorney General has sent you a written response that, as of the date of the request, no documents responsive to your request were located. Said response comports with the requirements of the law.

"It appears that the agency has legally complied with your request for records. There does not appear to be sufficient evidence to proceed with a criminal case or to take any action against the agency for a violation of the Texas Public Information Act.

"Sincerely,

"Marianne Powers
"Assistant District Attorney"
