Dear City of Austin Open Records Coordinator,

This is a Texas Open Records request in which I seek to obtain from you a copy of any letters or e-mail letters or directives or memos written by or on behalf of Austin City Manager Spencer Cronk at any time since 8 a.m. February 12, 2018, in which Mr. Cronk has stated in writing that he opposes or has chosen to revoke the current policy by the City Government of Austin under which I myself --- Austin City Council District 10 resident John Kevin McMillan ---- have been permanently prohibited by the City (this ever since March 9, 2017) from ever at any time directly contacting my own duly-elected City Council member for my and her district of Austin, City Council District 10, or any of the staff members whom that female Council member supervises, about any any public-policy issue or any other issue or concern of any type.

My own duly-elected City Council member and District 10 representative is Dr. Alison Alter, who is reportedly a Harvard University-trained and Stanford University-trained public-policy expert.

This public-information request was prompted by disclosures to me in recent months from several City Government of Austin officials that I am the ONLY current resident of Austin who has been prohibited by the City from ever directly contacting that resident's duly-elected District Representative member of the Austin City Council.

My legal name is John Kevin McMillan. I was born on April 27, 1957, at Lincoln, Nebraska. I am gainfully employed, and I lead a permanently drinking-alcohol-free and permanently illicit-drug-free lifestyle. I am always sober at all times.

I might add that I myself do not have any criminal-conviction record, and, as the City of Austin is also very aware, I myself am dependably civil and law-abiding and honest. I am also sure that the City is very aware that I am a former full-time employee in Austin of the Texas Department of Public Safety state law-enforcement agency.

I hope to receive a prompt reply letter from you, providing me with any and all responsive documents.
