Good afternoon,

This email is in response to your public information request (PIR 41225). You requested:

“Dear City of Austin Open Records Coordinator,

This is a Texas Open Records request in which I seek to obtain from you a copy of any letters or e-mail letters or directives or memos written by or on behalf of Austin City Manager Spencer Cronk at any time since 8 a.m. February 12, 2018, in which Mr. Cronk has stated in writing that he opposes or has chosen to revoke the current policy by the City Government of Austin under which I myself --- Austin City Council District 10 resident John Kevin McMillan ---- have been permanently prohibited by the City (this ever since March 9, 2017) from ever at any time directly contacting my own duly-elected City Council member for my and her district of Austin, City Council District 10, or any of the staff members whom that female Council member supervises, about any any public-policy issue or any other issue or concern of any type.

My own duly-elected City Council member and District 10 representative is Dr. Alison Alter, who is reportedly a Harvard University-trained and Stanford University-trained public-policy expert.”

The City of Austin has no responsive information to your request.

Thank you,
