This is a Texas Open Records request in which I seek to obtain from you a copy of any and all written communications or reports NOT written or sent to you by myself, that have each been received or generated or produced or mailed or sent or e-mailed or FAXed by you or by a staff member of yours in your government office, at any time since April 1, 2011, and that, in each such case, refer or refers at least once in any manner to myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin, Texas.
This public-information request was prompted in part by the fact that you have kindly accepted and presumably reviewed dozens of e-mails from me in the last several years that referred to ongoing living-conditions of mine inside my respective rental-housing units in Austin during my sleeping hours.
I am referring to living-conditions for me that involved alleged medical injury to me and alleged illegal physical contact and alleged illegal sexual contact with me and alleged unauthorized "medical" services to me during my sleep that were allegedly inflicted on me by one or more persons unbeknownst to me as I myself lay alone, unconscious throughout, on my own bed inside my bolt-locked apartment unit or locked hotel room in Austin.
