Dear Utah Department of Public Safety (DPS) Public Information Officer Roden,

Best Wishes to you in your state agency's  noble year-round mission of promoting freedom from freedom from unsafe living or housing conditions and freedom from somnophiliac rapists, freedom from inter-racial and inter-religious intimidation harassment, freedom from violent crime, and freedom from home-invasion crimes for all Utahns and all visitors to Utah.

Sgt. Roden, does the Utah DPS routinely compile statistics every month, every six months, and every year on the cited  age, racial identity and religion or religious  affiliation  of each of the persons who during that most recent applicable time period were  formally charged  by a law-enforcement agency in Utah with a Road Rage-related crime here in Utah?

Also, does the Utah DPS routinely compile statistics every month, every six months, and every year  on the racial identity and religion or religious affiliation of each of the enrolled  students under age 21 here in Utah who were identified by their school administration  or by a law enforcement agency as being "bullies" toward one or more of their schoolmates?

 

Finally, does the the Utah DPS routinely  compile statistics every month, every six months, and every year on the racial identity and religion or religious  affiliation of persons under age 21 who are accused or suspected of terroristic threats or terroristic violence on a school campus in Utah?

That information could be invisible to law-enforcement agencies and schools throughout Utah as they strive to identify "at-risk" groups that might have a need for additional monitoring of their conduct and special  counseling services or special educational programs that might help deter future criminal activities by themselves.
