24-HOUR-A-DAY HOMELESS HOTLINE PHONE SERVICE CONTACT INFORMATION I OBTAINED TODAY FOR HOMELESS PERSONS IN SALT LAKE COUNTY, UTAH

I spoke tonight with a self-identified homeless woman in Cottonwood Heights, Utah, and I gave her the phone number for a 24-hour-a-day Homeless Hotline telephone information and referral service for Salt Lake County homeless persons.

That 24-hour-a-day Homeless Hotline is provided by the local United Way organization. The phone number for that Homeless Hotline is: (801) 990-9999.
I also provided the self-identified homeless lady in Cottonwood Heights with the address for the Geraldine E. King Women's Resource Center complex in Salt Lake City, Utah. That address is: 131 East 700 South.
I was told on the telephone tonight by a Homeless Hotline staff member that if a homeless lady in Salt Lake County needs a place to stay for any given night, she should visit the Women's Resource Center between 7 a.m. or 8 a.m. of the day in which she is seeking to find a safe place in which to stay that night.
The homeless shelters in Salt Lake County, Utah, are generally full by 5 p.m. or 6 p.m. of each day, a staff member for the Homeless Hotline mentioned to me tonight on the telephone.
Some of the homeless shelters in Salt Lake County are for persons who have a substance abuse problem. However, the vast majority of those shelters are NOT for persons with a substance-abuse problem, a staff member for the local Homeless Hotline mentioned to me on the phone this evening.
If a homeless person in Salt Lake County needs transportation to a homeless shelter, no such service is currently offered by any homeless-assistance organization to homeless persons, a staff member for the Homeless Hotline told me on the phone this evening.
If a homeless lady has a pet dog that she wants to bring with her to a homeless shelter, there is only one homeless shelter in Salt Lake County, Gail Miller homeless shelter, that can accommodate homeless ladies bringing a pet dog with them, a staff member for the Homeless Hotline told me this evening on the phone..
The street address for the Gail Miller Resource Center is 242 West Paramount Avenue in Salt Lake City.

Subject: 4-20-22 urgent question for Sexual Violence-Deterrence Chief Ned Searle

To: Ned Searle, Director, "Director of Domestic and Sexual Violence" Deterrence, Utah Commission on Juvenile and Criminal Justice state agency, Salt Lake City, Utah.

April 20, 2022

Dear Mr. Searle,

I visited your state agency's website today and was shocked by the absence of any link at your website to any online report from the most recent five-year period about sexual violence in Utah that involved a perpetrator other than a "partner" or "co-occupant" living inside the same home or apartment as the crime victim.

The most recent report at your website offering statistics that apparently included home-invasion-crimes-rapists or non-partner-rapists was apparently published at your website in 2007---some 15 years ago.

As you know, the 15-year period since 2007 has witnessed a massive influx into Utah of persons from other states and persons from foreign nations who have relocated to or moved to Utah. Many of those persons have criminal-conviction records, and many of them are citizens of foreign nations who are not officially approved to be residing in the United States.

In view of this very recent possible threat to crime-deterrence and public safety in Utah resulting from a massive influx of new residents in the Beehive State, does your State Government of Utah agency plan to sponsor or order the preparation and issuance of a fully-updated and comprehensive annual or semi-annual report---including reports of that type in 2022---on sexual violence and other felony violent crimes in Utah?

Best Wishes,
former Texas DPS full-time staff member and current Utah resident John Kevin McMillan--and I am very proud to add that I myself am among those newcomers to Utah who DOES NOT have any criminal-conviction record. My date of birth is 4-27-1957. My place of birth is Lincoln, Nebraska.
My solo-occupancy (I am the ONLY person cited on my current official apartment-owner-approved one-year lease agreement, I am a longtime-celibate single adult Anglo-Saxon gentleman, and I ALWAYS SLEEP ALONE on my own bed), fully-bolt-locked and fully locked rental-apartment-unit home address ever since February 24, 2022:

Subject: Fw: [EXTERNAL] Congressman Curtis's 3-28-22 vote of confidence in me as a home-invasion-crimes criminal-law complainant

April 19, 2022
Dear Office of the Inspector General representatives for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Affairs federal agency in Washington, D.C.,
Thank you for your very prompt reply letter to me, which you have helpfully and very kindly carbon-copied to numerous other recipients.
I appreciate your federal agency's strong support for full and year-round freedom from home-invasion crimes for myself.
I would like to emphasize that I am the only approved tenant and only approved occupant inside my current solo-occupancy fully-bolt-locked and fully-locked one-bedroom apartment unit in Cottonwood Heights, Utah; and I always sleep alone on my own bed. I might add that I have legally qualified for Medicare, I currently receive Medicare and supplemental health insurance coverage through Medicare and Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company, and I turn age 65 on April 27, 2022. My also-first-rate rental-apartment-unit insurance provider for my current rental-apartment-unit in Cottonwood Heights, Utah, is Allstate Insurance Company.
With Friendly Best Wishes,
from gainfully employed, dependably civil and law-abiding, longtime-celibate-by-choice, permanently-alcohol-free and very-anti-marijuana-minded, lifelong-tobacco-free and very anti-tobacco-minded, lifelong-nonvaping, very-recently-certified-HIV-negative, facially-cleanshaven and anti-facial-hair-minded, lifelong-tattoo-less and anti-tattoos-minded, permanently-jewelry-less, single adult white English-Scottish-German-ancestry lifelong American citizen and Anglo-Saxon male criminal-law complainant John Kevin McMillan of Cottonwood Heights, Utah.
I might politely add that I as a private citizen am very opposed to the unconscionable crime of inter-racial rape, and I strongly support a revision of state and federal laws that automatically classifies any and all inter-racial rapes as hate crimes. I might add that I  insist on asserting my own legal right to press criminal-law charges against any and all perpetrators or financiers of repeated or ongoing verbal harassment of myself, whether that be anonymous in nature or otherwise, in a context that expresses defiance of or contempt toward my lawfully Anglophiliacal personal lifestyle or off-duty lifestyle in which I as a morally-straight and conscientious Anglo-Saxon gentleman identify with and agree to associate during my leisuretime with a significantly higher percentage of all of the law-abiding and honest Anglo heterosexual adult men and law-abiding and honest Anglo adult heterosexual women than of other cited subpopulations.

From: John Kevin McMillan, recent criminal-law complainant and self-identified victim in Sandy (UT) Police Department Home-Invasion Crimes and Sex-Crimes Case Number SY22-7423 for which an official anal-rape-evidence forensic medical-exam kit was obtained from me at my request inside the University of Utah Hospital Emergency Room on February 14, 2022. "Representative" DNA-traceable "samples" of that rape-evidence kit have reportedly been submitted by Sandy Police to the Utah Department of Public Safety and were then promptly processed by the Utah DPS, according to what Sandy Police Sergeant Rob Webb (Sandy Police Badge Number 050)---who is reportedly in charge of that crime case---stated to me on my cell phone at about 10:40 a.m. Mountain Time on April 6, 2022. "The forensic evidence was inconclusive," Sgt. Webb stated to me during that polite April 6 phone conversation we had.

Sandy Police Sergeant Rob Webb, who supervises the major crimes unit for Sandy Police, has received several polite requests from me on the telephone in recent weeks that he please formally request a complete and thorough and comprehensive DNA-traces processing by the Utah DPS of all of the contents of the entire rape-evidence kit that had been obtained from me by a female forensic nurse inside the University of Utah Hospital ER on Feb. 14, 2022. When I most recently checked online records for that kit in early April 2022, that rape-evidence kit was identified online as having been in the possession of the Utah Department of Public Safety Crime Lab ever since February 17, 2022, with a DNA-traces "analysis" of the kit have been reportedly "completed" at the Utah DPS Crime Lab on March 28, 2022.

My full legal name: John Kevin McMillan. My date of birth is 4-27-1957. My place of birth is Lincoln, Nebraska.

My fully-locked solo-occupancy rental-apartment-unit home address ever since February 24, 2022:

6819 South 1300 East, Cottonwood Heights, UT 84121. My home phone: (801) 942-2122. My cell phone: (512) 993-7305.

Monday night, April 18, 2022

Dear Very Honorable and Commendably Vigilant Law-Enforcement Officers and Honorable Government officials here in Salt Lake County, Utah; Washington, D.C.; and elsewhere in the United States,

I would like to respectfully remind each of you noble law-enforcement officers and government officials that my very courageous new official representative in the U.S. House of Representatives in Washington, D.C., Republican Congressman John Curtis, has apparently expressed a high level of confidence in the accuracy of my own criminal-law-complaints in Utah about my being a single adult Anglo male current victim of alleged continuous and continuing daily and year-round home-invasion crimes and alleged personal-injury-crimes and sleep-harassment crimes during my sleeping hours as I lie alone on my own bed, asleep and unconscious, inside my fully-locked rental-apartment unit in Salt Lake County, Utah.

I always sleep alone on my bed. I consistently do everything I can---including by keeping my rental unit fully locked and fully bolt-locked---to prevent anyone other than me from ever entering or ever being physically present anywhere inside any portion of the interior my solo-occupancy rental-housing unit during my bedtime hours.

I am a longtime-celibate (including ever since I arrived in Utah by plane on December 31, 2021), permanently alcohol-free (ever since 1990), permanently marijuana-free (ever since 1984), lifelong-illicit-drug-free in regard to any and all illicit drugs other than marijuana, lifelong-tobacco-free, lifelong-nonvaping, lifelong-tattoo-less, hygienic, facially-cleanshaven (no beard, no mustache, no goatee), jewelry-free, platonicly polite, non-gambling, non-pranking, dependably civil and law-abiding and very honest and conscientious and vigilant, gainfully employed single adult white Anglo-Saxon gentleman of English, Scottish, and German ancestry. I myself do not have any criminal-conviction record, and in my leisuretime I prefer to associate with other law-abiding and honest adult persons who, like me in that regard, DO NOT have any criminal-conviction record.

I am very honored that a polite female staff member for Congressman Curtis, my duly-elected official Utah Congressional District 3 representative in the U.S. House, on March 28, 2022, left the following (below) voice-mail message for me on behalf of Congressman Curtis on my cell phone.

My cell-phone voice-mail records state that the phone call to me was made from the following cited phone number for that self-identified female member of Congressman Curtis's Capitol Hill staff: (202) 226-9928. The phone call was made to me at my own personal cell phone number through AT&T of (512) 993-7305.

According to the official website for the U.S. House of Representatives, the official primary Congressional phone number for U.S. Rep. John Curtis of Utah is: (202) 225-7751.

The verbatim text of the respectful March 28 voice-mail message to me that reportedly was left for me by a female staff member for Congressman Curtis:

"Hello, I'm calling from Congressman John Curtis's office. This message is for John McMillan. I'm just letting you know that I saw that there was a note that you had called into the office. And you wanted the Congressman to comment about how to help people who are addicted to getting tattoos and then also how to ramp up laws protecting people from home invasions.

"I can't speak on behalf of the Congressman, but the Congressman has been outspoken about tattoos being protected under the First Amendment, Freedom of Speech and Expression.

"And then, how to ramp up laws protecting people from home invasions: Of course, under the Second Amendment Right to Bear Arms, the Congressman has been outspoken on protecting that and also figuring out ways to protect that Amendment, and do so safely. Again, thank you for your contribution and your commitment to supporting the Congressman. And you have a great day."

MY CONTINUING HOPE THAT THE UTAH DPS CRIME LAB WILL BE ASKED BY THE SANDY (UT) POLICE DEPARTMENT TO PLEASE IMMEDIATELY PURSUE FULL AND COMPLETE DNA-EVIDENCE PROCESSING OF THE ENTIRE DNA RAPE-EVIDENCE KIT FROM ME THAT UTAH DPS CURRENTLY HAS IN ITS POSSESSION

I will be very pleased and grateful for that crime evidence after full and comprehensive DNA-traces processing by the first-rate Utah DPS Crime Lab is pursued on the entire Feb. 14, 2022, forensic rape-evidence kit that was from me at my request. I am the longtime celibate-by-choice (including ever since the day I arrived in Salt Lake County, Utah---my new county and new state of residence---on December 31, 2021), lifelong-single, very anti-marijuana-minded, permanently teetotaling, white Anglo-Saxon male adult victim and complainant in that crime case.

Subject: Congressman Curtis's 3-28-22 vote of confidence in me as a home-invasion-crimes criminal-law complainant
