Dear APD Officer Larroque and Sgt. King,

I received an unexpected reply letter today from a female investigator for the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division, "Housing and Enforcement Section", in Washington, D.C., in which she made a request of me in writing.

That investigator, Ms. Aanjali Anderson---who had politely interviewed me on the telephone several months ago about my civilly-worded legal complaints I'd shared with her federal agency---identified herself in writing today as having current job duties that include her role as a "Witness" for Victims.

Please let me know if you would like me to share with you a copy of the e-mail letter I received today from Investigator Aanjali Anderson of the U.S. Department of Justice---or any pervious e-mail reply letters that Ms. Anderson sent me, none of which had forbidden me in writing from contacting her again.

Today, I have politely informed Ms. Anderson in writing that in accordance with her stated wishes she shared with me today, I will not send her any additional carbon-copies on e-mail letters I write and send out about my being a self-identified victim of alleged violations of my legal rights and civil rights as a rent-paying longtime celibate-by-choice, single-by-choice, single adult male tenant living alone and always sleeping alone inside my bolt-locked solo-occupancy efficiency-rental-apartment unit at Pebble Creek Apartments in northeast Austin.

As always, I welcome any interviews with any APD crime investigators and any additional DNA-traces rape-evidence medical exams on me that APD is willing to authorize for me---and preferably as soon as possible in this alleged continuous-and-continuing daily-and-year-round alleged-sex crimes and personal-injury crimes case in which I am the single adult male victim, age 63, during my sleeping hours as I lie alone on my own bed inside my bolt-locked apartment unit.
