I hope that my quality-of-life-minded and one-member (myself, only, at present) "Progressive Prohibitionist Religion" can help to promote a variety of creative and special traditions that individuals and couples can pursue during their leisuretime.
I found it fascinating tonight to read this 2019 response from City of Austin Assistant City Manager for Public Safety Rey Arellano, after he was asked by an "Austin American-Statesman" reporter in a question-and-answer-format article to describe what an ideal "day off" would be like for Mr. Arellano in this state capital city for Texas:
"Your perfect day off in Austin?
"Spending time with my wife and our mini Australian Shepherd. Taking a nice, cool early morning walk around the hike and bike trail. Then visiting a local restaurant to have a coffee or pastry."
That verbatim reply from Mr. Arellano appears under the headline, "Meet Assistant City Manager Rey Arellano". The copyrighted article was written by "Austin American-Statesman" reporter Elizabeth Findell and was most recently updated on July 29, 2019.
The "Austin American-Statesman" is a Gannett-owned daily newspaper. Gannett media company is reportedly headquartered in McLean, Virginia.
