Dear Ms. Tracz,
Thank you for your e-mail reply (below) to me earlier today.
Do you know which government agency in Texas (or some other state or nation) DOES OR MIGHT POSSIBLY have any legal jurisdiction of some type, or exclusive legal jurisdiction, over Village Oaks Apartments, 10926 Jollyville Road, in northwest Austin?
The apartment complex to which I refer is reportedly owned by a for-profit corporation, "Northland Oaks Apartments LLC", that is reportedly headquartered in the Boston area of Massachusetts and has a legal affiliation as well (see below) with the U.S. State of Delaware.
Thank you in advance, Ms. Tracz, for your helpful follow-up reply letter to me about this important jurisdictional issue currently facing the City of Austin, Travis County Government, the State of Texas, and the U.S. Government under President Donald Trump, who is a world-famous real-estate industry executive.
Sincerely and Best Wishes,
John Kevin McMillan.

Dear Distinguished Representative for the "Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs" state agency in Austin, Texas,
Would you please verify for me the context, if any, in which your TDHCA state agency has, or might conceivably at some future date have, legal jurisdiction or legal authority or control of some type over the rental apartment unit in northwest Austin where I myself am currently a rent-paying official tenant and single adult white male occupant?
Thank you in advance for your very helpful reply note to me about this matter.
I might add that I have been referred to your state agency on this question (below) by an official of the Texas Real Estate Commission state agency here in Austin.
Sincerely and Best Wishes,
John Kevin McMillan.

No. We are a licensing agency and do not keep any transactions that an agent has done on file. You may want to contact the apartment’s corporate office. You may also try the Apartment Association, the Texas Tenant’s Union, or Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs.

Dear Ms. Brown,
Thank you for your prompt reply note to me of November 17, in which you emphasized to me that your State Government of Texas agency does not have any legal jurisdiction over the apartment unit in which I reside at Village Oaks Apartments.
Two follow-up questions for you:
(1) Do you know which State Government of Texas agency, if any, DOES have legal jurisdiction over the apartment unit (Apt. 1609 in Building 16 at Village Oaks) in which I am currently residing as an official unit in this unit?
(2) Do you have a current record of each and every one of the respective real-estate agents or realtors licensed by your state agency who have each had a role in managing Village Oaks Apartments at 10926 Jollyville Road in northwest Austin during any portion of or all or much of the period from late September 2015 through the present?
Thank you in advance for your helpful reply note to me on this.
Best Wishes,
John Kevin McMillan, an official management-approved resident or tenant at Village Oaks Apartments ever since late September 2015.

Subject: 11-17-17 re: legal jurisdiction over my current apartment unit
Dear Government Officials in Austin, Texas, and elsewhere,
The following exactly quoted item (below) I found on the Internet at the website address of "companiestx.com" indicates that the cited official owner of my rental apartment unit at Village Oaks Apartments as cited on my current official lease agreement here --- that owner being "Northland Oaks Apartments LLC" --- is a corporation over which the U.S. State of Delaware has legal jurisdiction.
Would you please verify for me in writing at your earliest convenience that the State Government of Delaware, rather than the State Government of Texas, has full legal jurisdiction over the current apartment unit where I am an official rent-paying tenant in Austin, Texas?
Thank you in advance for your invaluable reply note to me in response to this one hopefully-polite question from myself.
Sincerely and Best Wishes,
John Kevin McMillan.
