--the ABC-affiliate KVUE Television News Station of northwest Austin, a media company where a top official, Michelle Chism, asked me on the telephone on July 10, 2014, to never again write to KVUE or contact or visit her television station in Austin at any time. That television station is currently reportedly owned by the Gannett media company of Virginia. Ms. Chism made that emphatic request of me seconds after stating to me on the telephone that she does not believe my criminal-law complaints to herself and to KVUE reporters and editors about my being a victim of alleged continuous daily-and-year-round-personal-injury-crimes-and-anal-rape-crimes allegedly inflicted on myself during my sleep in a context in which I myself was unconscious throughout, inside my locked private bedroom of my bolt-locked apartment unit at Wind River Crossing Apartments in northwest Austin. Ms. Chism in her comments to me made no mention of her being aware that one of her staff members, John Schlueter, had specifically volunteered to me on the telephone in February 2012, during a phone call I made to Mr. Schlueter from Austin Lakes Hospital in central Austin: "Anywhere you go in Austin, you will be getting raped!"
Mr. Schlueter's February 2012 warning to me on the phone came in response to my statement to him in that phone conversation about myself being repeatedly awakened in the middle of my sleep inside Lakes Hospital with sharp pain in my anus and the shocking spectacle of pubic hairs NOT of my own hair color or texture that I had discovered on my designated single-patient bed inside Austin Lakes Hospital and then immediately reported to the staff there. Those alleged violations of my own civil rights that I informed Mr. Schlueter about in that phone conversation were occurring during a brief stay in that hospital that the Austin Police Department had imposed on me against my wishes without any court hearing on that at any time, and with ZERO psychiatric medication consumed by me or forced on me at any time throughout my stay in that psychiatric hospital. Mr. Schlueter also stated to me in that February 2012 phone conversation that the magnitude and scope of violations of my own privacy rights in Austin, Texas, exceed anything that any other resident of the Austin area has ever sustained at any time during his own lifetime, Mr. Schlueter stated to me on the phone with apparent kind concern in his tone of voice. Mr. Schlueter is a currently cited beneficiary in my last will and testament, and he has repeatedly advised me to move away from Austin, Texas, and to myself pursue a career as a newspaper reporter in a small town in Texas, he indicated.
---In 2011 or 2012, John Schlueter, a neighbor of mine and a staff member at the ABC-affiliate KVUE Television Station of northwest Austin, sent me a reply E-mail letter in which he requested that I not send him any additional E-mail letters of any type. I have fully honored his request, though I did send him one total brief reply E-mail note before I did that--a reply note in which I politely asked Mr. Schlueter whether his "no more E-mails" E-mail to me means he no longer considers himself to be a friend of mine. Mr. Schlueter replied that his "no more E-mails" policy should not be construed as indicating that he is no longer a friend of mine. Mr. Schlueter's "no more E-mail letters" policy toward me was not accompanied at any time by his stating to me that I was or am in any way forbidden from occasionally calling him or his wife, Veronica, at his or her cell phone number or his family's home phone number in northwest Austin. John Schlueter in the late summer of 2015, during a brief one-to-one outdoor meeting I had with him in the parking lot area of an Extended Stay America suites complex where I was residing as a rent-paying tenant over a multi-week period in far northwest Austin---a meeting in which I paid Mr. Schlueter back in full through a personal check I handed him as full compensation for generous loans he had kindly offered me over a multi-year period in northwest Austin----stated to me that he urged me to leave the Austin area as soon as possible in order to pursue a reporting job as a resident of a small town in Texas, he said. "Through a career of that type, you would have a lot more success at developing lasting human relationships with other people," Mr. Schlueter stated (approximate quote). Mr. Schlueter had previously identified himself to me as having small-town connections by stating to me several years ago that while he himself has never met the Barbee family of El Campo, Texas, Mr. Schlueter did know several of the staff members of the radio station in El Campo, Texas---a small town west of Houston where I myself had previously resided and worked full-time as a reporter for the El Campo "Leader-News" general-circulation newspaper from October 1988 until October 1989.
---In an unannounced May 20, 2016, visit to my apartment unit at the Northland Investment Corporation-owned-and-managed Village Oaks Apartments in northwest Austin, Austin Police Department Senior Police Officer James Turner of APD's "Crisis Intervention Team" unit, himself a City of Austin-designated and APD-designated "Liaison Officer" to myself ever since early 2012, emphatically stated to me that Austin Mayor Steve Adler, Austin City Member Kathie Tovo, Austin City Council Member Sheri Gallo (my own duly elected representative for the district in which I reside, District 10), Austin City Council Member Greg Casar, Austin Council Member Ora Houston, Austin City Council Member Delia Garza, Austin City Council Member Sabino ("Pio") Renteria, Austin City Council Member Ann Kitchen, Austin City Council Member Don Zimmerman, Austin City Council Member Leslie Pool, Austin City Council Member Ellen Troxclair, Austin City Manager Marc Ott, Austin Assistant City Manager Rey Arellano, Mr. Arellano's executive assistant Joe Silva, Ms. Alta Ochiltree of the City Manager's Office at City Hall, and any and all other officials and staff members stationed in the City Manager's Office, have each stated or indicated to APD Senior Police Officer James Turner that they do NOT want me (John Kevin McMillan of Austin) to send ANY of them any additional written correspondence about my being a victim of alleged felony personal-injury-crimes and alleged felony-anal-rape-crimes on a daily and year-round and multi-year basis in Austin, Officer Turner stated on behalf of each and every one of those City of Austin officials.
Also during that May 20, 2016, visit in which Mr. Turner was accompanied by another APD officer, APD Officer Turner warned me that if I do send any additional written correspondence at any time to any of those cited City Government of Austin officials in which I complain to them in writing about my being a victim of crime inside my rental apartment unit in Austin, the Austin Police Department might arrest me and charge me with the crime of alleged "harassment" of those City Government of Austin officials, Officer Turner stated.
Also during that May 20, 2016, visit, APD Officer Turner stated to me that I am prohibited by his immediate supervisor, Sergeant Michael King, from sending him any additional ADT pulse-camera videoclips of alleged possible photographic evidence of alleged illegal intruders inside my locked private bedroom during my bedroom hours inside my current rental apartment unit at Village Oaks Apartments in northwest Austin. "Sergeant King does not want to receive any more videoclips from you at any time," Officer Turner stated with emphasis. Officer Turner also emphasized that he is the ONLY APD employee authorized to accept videoclips from me at this time that I currently am obtaining from my ADT home-surveillance cameras inside my locked private bedroom at Village Oaks Apartments. Officer Turner also emphasized that the ONLY APD employees whom I am authorized to contact at present are himself and his immediate supervisor, Sergeant King, Officer Turner said.
---In an unannounced visit to my apartment unit at Wind River Crossing Apartments in 2015 or 2014, APD Senior Police Officer James Turner, himself a Texas native and an alumnus of Texas State University in San Marcos, emphatically warned me on his own volition that if I submit any additional public-information request to public-information officer Renee Moore of APD in which I request an update about whether the DNA-swabs anal-and-oral-rape-forensic-evidence kit obtained early December 22, 2011, inside St. David's Hospital emergency room in central Austin for APD Sex Crimes Case 11-3550615 has been processed yet by APD, APD might arrest me and charge me with the crime of "harassment of Renee Moore," Officer Turner stated.
----In a September 17, 1997, signed and mailed reply letter to me on official 'Austin American-Statesman' stationery, Mr. Richard Oppel, Editor in Chief of that daily newspaper in Austin, Texas, that is owned by Cox media corporation of Atlanta, Geogia, stated: "Please, let's discontinue the correspondence....(and) there is no point in (our) meeting (in person)."
----In a November 30, 2006, reply E-mail letter to me, Mr. Arnold Garcia, the longtime Editor of the Editorial Page of the Cox media-owned "Austin American-Statesman" daily newspaper in Austin, Texas, stated: "I'll make this short: Don't waste my time with any more of your whining. Clear enough?"
---My biological sister, Julie McMillan Lechtenberger of Houston, Texas, herself a former instructor for the Houston Independent School District, emphatically stated to me on the telephone several years ago from her and her attorney husband Joseph Dean Lechtenberger's home in Houston, Texas: "I (Julie McMillan Lechtenberger) don't want to have ANYTHING to do with you!" I have, of course, fully honored that permanent rejection from herself, with the clear understanding that I can also choose to lawfully at any time EXCLUDE from my own life each and every one of her own friends and associates and employees and employers and other institutions affiliated with herself. Mrs. Lechtenberger vebalized her emphatic permanent and irrevocable rejection of me on the telephone seconds after I provided her with details on the phone about my being physically abused and medically injured and anally-raped during my sleep on a daily and year-round basis, as I lay alone and unconscious on my own bed, by illegal intruders inside my locked apartment unit in Austin. At no time did Mrs. Lechtenberger of Houston, Texas, dispute the full accuracy of my criminal-law complaint to her on the phone in that last-ever conversation we ever had. She is a lifelong member of the Ex-Texes Association that serves and represents alumni of the University of Texas at Austin who choose to join that group. I myself am not a current member of that organization.
---On May 31, 2014, Cousin Ron Orr, a retired U.S. Armed Services military officer and married man, stated to me from his home in North Las Vegas, Nevada, that I am myself forbidden by him from ever again contacting Cousin Ron Orr. Cousin Ron verbalized that rejection of me on the telephone in response to complaints of mine I had verbalized to him on the phone about my being victimized by daily and year-round personal injury-crimes and anal-rape crimes allegedly inflicted on me during my sleep as I lay alone on my own bed, unconscious, inside my locked private bedroom of my bolt-locked apartment in Austin, Texas. Cousin Ron, who volunteered to me in that May 31, 2014, phone conversation that he "loves" (sic) me, added in that phone call that my only two biological brothers, Dr. Michael Kim McMillan of the Los Angeles area of southern California and Kent Neal McMillan of Westlake Hills, Texas, are each free to call Cousin Ron at any time. I then promptly shared that factual information with each of those two biological brothers of mine, without either of those two biological brothers of mine indicating to me at that time that they planned to contact Cousin Ron Orr.
---On May 22, 2014, Ms. Jillian Tuck, attorney for "Physicians for Human Rights" group in Cambridge, Massachusetts, sent me a surprise E-mail reply note in response to numerous criminal-law complaints I wrote and E-mailed to Ms. Tuck about my being victimized by daily-and-year-round alleged anal-rape-crimes and personal-injury-crimes in Austin, Texas, in which she herself stated in her written response: "Please send no further emails to this address." I have never again contacted attorney Jillian Tuck, though I did send an E-mail inquiry to the New York office of that organization in a subsequent year that was NOT addressed to herself. I received no reply on that from "Physicians for Human Rights" in New York City.
----In a November 4, 2004, all-capitalized reply E-mail letter to me from Ms. Denise Zuniga of KLRU Educational Television station, which is housed on the campus of the State of Texas-owned University of Texas at Austin, Ms. Zuniga stated:
"PLEASE REMOVE THIS AND ALL EMAIL ADDRESSES YOU HAVE FOR KLRU-TV IMMEDIATELY!" A work supervisor of Ms. Zuniga stated to me on the telephone hours later that Ms. Zuniga had NOT accurately reflected the outlook toward me by the Public Broadcasting System-affiliated KLRU television station. He thereby withdrew her stated ban on any future E-mail correspondence from me. I mention this particular case because I have been careful to never address any of my E-mail communications for KLRU to Ms. Zuniga. In any event, I was informed several years ago that Ms. Denise Zuniga at that time was no longer employed at the KLRU educational television station in Austin.
---the San Antonio-based regional office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation of the United States Government. Several years ago, in response to criminal-law complaints I wrote and E-mailed to that FBI office with jurisdiction over Austin, Texas, I received a surprise reply E-mail note, apparently sent from that regional FBI office in San Antonio, that forbade me from ever again writing to that particular FBI office in the "Alamo City," as San Antonio is often called. I have not yet officially confirmed whether the E-mail letter I received was, in fact, sent to me by the FBI regional office in San Antonio, but I felt it would be prudent in the meantime to assume that the E-mail reply letter was an actual rejection letter to me from that particular Alamo City-based office of the FBI.
---Austin Police Chief Art Acevedo. Chief Acevedo's female assistant Stephanie Hernandez on April 28, 2009, made a surprise phone call to me on my home phone line from the Chief's office---a phone call in which, after I that same day returned her phone message she had left on my voice mail, Ms. Hernandez stated that Chief Acevedo forbade me from ever again directly writing to him or ever again making direct phone calls to himself.
----In an October 21, 2004, reply E-mail letter to me, Jeff Moseley of the Office of the Governor of Texas's Music-Industry Promotion Office of the State Government of Texas in Austin, Texas, stated (exact quote): "Please remove me from your distribution list."
----In a January 17, 2009, reply E-mail letter to me, Tom Johnson, Executive Director of the Texas State Teachers Association, a statewide professional organization in which I was myself a dues-paying individual member at that time, stated: "Please take me off your list."
---Austin Police Department Night-Shift Detective Rob Field on Dec. 27, 2014, wrote and sent me an E-mail letter in which he forbade me in writing from ever again writing to himself.
---State Bar of Texas member private attorney Williams H. Russell, forbade me on the telephone in January 2012 from ever again contacting him or his law office at any time.
Mr. Russell made that emphatic statement to me after declaring to me with apparent indignation on his end of the phone line that he believed I had "lied" to him about whether I am a victim of alleged personal-injury-crimes and alleged-anal-rape-crimes allegedly being inflicted on me during my sleep on a daily and year-round basis by alleged illegal intruders inside my locked private bedroom of my bolt-locked apartment unit in northwest Austin. Mr. Russell alleged to me, in particular, that I had allegedly in a very sly manner forged alleged crime-scene evidence through a "fraudulent" or "staged" videotape I showed him inside his law office that I had somehow developed through alleged trickery with the camera, he said---a videotape that purported to expose an illegal intruder allegedly anally-raping me at a time when I myself was unconscious inside my locked private bedroom of my bolt-locked apartment at Wind River Crossing Apartments in northwest Austin. Mr. Russell had mailed to me a form to sign in which I was expected by him to certify through my signature that I thereby acknowledged that Mr. Russell did not represent me in any way. Because Mr. Russell was the first-ever attorney I had consulted who stated to me that he regarded me as being a "liar," and since I am very sure that I am NOT a "liar" and that I definitely had not deliberately produced a fraudulent crime-scene videoclip, I chose NOT to sign that particular legal statement for northwest Austin-based attorney William Russell.
---On January 14, 2015, Claire Duncan, Director of Media and Public Relations for the Texas Medical Association statewide professional organization in Austin, with her office phone number of (512) 370-1544 and her E-mail address of "Claire.Duncan@texmed.org", sent me a surprise rejection letter:

---Shoreline Church, an Austin-based "mega-church" with more than 1,000 members in its non-denominational Christian-theology congregation, sent me a May 11, 2016, E-mail request that I never again contact that particular church.
The rejection letter to myself stated as follows:

---Professor Leo Katz of the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Professor Katz, a criminal-law scholar at that Ivy League school in Philadelphia, forbade me in writing from ever again contacting him, "or anyone connected to me," at any time.
---An apparent staff member at "Crime and Justice," a publication edited and published at the University of Cincinnati, sent me a surprise E-mail letter on December 23, 2015, in which she forbade me in writing from ever again contacting her. She did not confirm in writing whether she herself is an editor or staff member at "Crime and Justice" on that University of Cincinnati campus in Cincinnati, Ohio. Nor did a staff member at that university whom I myself politely contacted by telephone confirm for me whether the cited female rejector of myself, a "Janice C. Miller" with a cited University of Cincinnati E-mail address, is in fact employed at that criminal-justice-minded publication. The E-mail I myself had usedin contacting "Crime and Justice" on that campus was NOT the E-mail address Ms. Miller used in sending me a very surprising rejection letter.
---Ziva Branstetter, an investigative reporter and editor based in Oklahoma who is herself a member of the "Investigative Reporters and Editors" board of directors, on April 14, 2016, wrote and sent me a surprise E-mail note in which she forbade me in writing from ever again contacting her.
---"Dr. Fo," also known as "Foo Swasdee", herself the founder and owner of Satay Restaurant, a Thai-style restaurant along Anderson Lane in northwest Austin, stated to me several years ago that I am forbidden by her from ever again dining inside her restaurant or visiting her restaurant or ever again working in her restaurant. She cited as her only reason a legal complaint I had filed against her with the Texas Workforce Commission---a complaint she angrily denounced as "lies". The TWC concluded in my favor on that legal complaint, which had contained full legal documentation from me about my multi-hour training period as a new employee inside Satay, and Dr. Fo was ordered by that state agency to mail me a check, which I did receive and make use of. Dr. Fo had maintained that I was never employed by Satay, and that the free Thai meal she had offered me each day inside her restaurant had served as a full and complete "benefit" to me by her restaurant.
---On Monday, December 7, 2015 at 9:40 a.m., the Dallas-based Southern Methodist University's Clements Center for Southwest Studies at its official E-mail address of "swcenter@mail.smu.edu" sent an E-mail reply letter to myself that stated: "Please remove from list. Thank you."
---Gene Ashlock, an Austinite and former assistant editor at "The Daily Texan" student newspaper during a period when I worked there as a reporter, stated to me on the telephone several years ago this 21st Century that he does not want me to ever again contact him at any time.
---Professor Lewis Gould of the University of Texas History Department, himself an American History scholar who reportedly earned his PhD at an Ivy League school, Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island, stated to me on the telephone in the 1990s that he forbade me from ever again contacting him at any time. The same Professor Gould had possibly hinted at his planned subsequent rejection of myself by himself stating to me on the telephone in 1988, during a polite local phone call I made to him from my parents' home in Westlake Hills, Texas: "Keep your thoughts away from me" (exact quote). At no time did Professor Gould ever state to me or indicate to me why he would somehow have "access" to, or any knowledge of his own about, my own internal thought process.
---Valerio Caldesi Valeri, a self-identified Italian citizen and Classics scholar and instructor, in 2007 wrote me a surprise E-mail letter from his designated University of Texas at Austin Classics Department E-mail address in which he noted my many "cries of distress", among other things, and also stated in writing that I myself am forbidden from ever again contacting that former UT-Austin-area roommate of mine at any time.
---Walt Penn, a former Stephen F. Austin High School classmate of mine and an Austin-based businessman, who sent me a surprise E-mail reply note earlier this century in which he asked me not to contact him ever again.
---University of Texas at Austin History Department Religious-History Professor Guy Howard Miller in 1986 stated to me on the telephone that a letter of mine to himself that year which contained criticism of himself was completely unacceptable to Professor Miller, he said. Professor Miller reportedly earned his PhD in History from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor. I have fully honored Professor Miller's request that I not contact him again, though I did send a two-part legal letter to him in the 1990s in which I also clarified the point in writing that I myself insisted on my legal right to permanently exclude Professor Miller from my own life. I wrote and mailed that two-part letter to Professor Miller only after I was subjected against my wishes to incessant very unpleasant anonymous communications "rumors" --- rumors that I certainly hope were completely false --- indicating that Professor Miller had possibly or allegedly violated my own privacy rights in some way.
----Eric Schwarz of the Boston area of Massachusetts, who verbalized profanity from his end of the phone line during a brief 1988 phone conversation we had in which he shouted "F---k Off!" at me. I have not called him or written directly to him at any time since them. Jason Seiken, a coworker of Eric Schwarz and of myself, respectively, during Mr. Schwarz's and my respective periods of employment in the news and editorial department at "The Patriot Ledger" daily newspaper in Quincy, Massachusetts, had stated to me in person when I happened to run into Jason Seiken on the outdoor sidewalk of one of the main thoroughfares in downtown Quincy in 1986 or 1987: "Eric Schwarz HATES YOUR GUTS!" (exact quote).
---Reporter Victoria Loe Hicks of "The Dallas Morning News" staff, who surprised me in 2006, a matter of minutes after I had been released from an intensive-care unit of Seton Northwest Hospital where I had undergone surgery for a life-threatening medical condition, by herself stating to me from her newsroom: "Definitely not!" when I asked her if she wanted to keep up with me. I have NOT contacted her at any time since then, I'm fairly sure that she would be willing to state if she ever testifies as a hostile witness for me in a court of law.
---In 1997, during a polite phone call I made to the office of syndicated newspaper columnist Molly Ivins, a female assistant of Ms. Ivins stated to me that Ms. Ivins would not be willing to meet me for lunch and conversation. "Ms. Ivins prefers to meet with persons whom she considers to be interesting (sic), and you yourself (John Kevin McMillan) do not fit that description in the view of Ms. Ivins," the female assistant to Ms. Ivins stated to me on the phone.
---Pancho Gomez, a staff member at "The Austin American-Statesman", stated to me this 21st Century on the telephone that it would be a "conflict of interest" for him if he were to meet me for lunch and conversation inside a restaurant in Austin, he stated. Pancho Gomez did not explain what the "conflict of interest" might have been. The same Pancho Gomez had very kindly stated to me earlier this 21st Century on the telephone from his newspaper office in downtown Austin:
"We (at the 'American-Statesman') value your brain (intellect)" (approximate quote).
---In the late 1990s or early 21st Century, Mrs. Wilhelmina Delco, a former member of the Austin School Board, stated to me on the telephone that she was NOT willing to meet me for a meal and conversation inside a local restaurant. Mrs. Delco, who emphasized that she herself is a member of the Catholic Church, did not cite any reason that I can recall for declining to meet me for a friendly meal and conversation.
---Mrs. Carrin Patman of Austin, herself the mother of Houston attorney Carrin Patman, stated to me on the telephone in the late 1990s that that Mrs. Patman of Austin was not willing to meet me for friendly conversation and a meal inside a local restaurant in Austin. "For what purpose, John?" Mrs. Patman had asked with apparent skepticism in her tone of voice from her end of the phone line before she politely declined to meet with me during that period.
---Nuri Valbona, a previously-friendly female former coworker of mine and photographer at "The Daily Texan" student newspaper on the UT-Austin campus, surprised me on the telephone in the 1990s, during a long-distance phone call I made to her "Dallas Morning News" photo department, by stating to me that she did not want me to call her ever again. Ms. Valbona did not cite any reason for her request, from what I can currently recall.
---Anne Child, a married woman residing with her husband, Garry, in Dripping Springs, Texas, during their retirement years together, several years ago wrote and sent me a rejection E-mail letter in which that former Tennessean lady stated to me that because her husband dislikes me intensely, according to Mrs. Child, she herself for that one total cited reason had decided to ask me to never again make any phone calls to their home or write to her at any time, and that she could not get together with me ever again, she indicated.
---University of Texas at Austin Engineering Department Professor, Janet Ellzey, herself a former championship cross-examination debater for Corpus Christi King High School of Corpus Christi, Texas, surprised me on the telephone in the late 1990s or early 21st Century by stating to me that she did not know me well, and Janet would prefer that I never again contact her. I of course have fully honored Janet's request of me on that.
----In 1988, immediately after attending a G-rated movie with me at a movie theater in Austin, Texas, Alice McMillen (sp? ? McMullen?), herself a former Dallas resident and former classmate of mine in the University of Minnesota Graduate School of Journalism and Mass Communications in Minneapolis, volunteered to me in person that same day: "I (Alice McMillen) don't feel comfortable (sic) about ever getting together with you again." I was very surprised by the rejection, since I had not made any comment to Alice during the movie, from what I can recall, and she had seemed perfectly at ease shortly before the movie when we dined together in a restaurant along West Sixth Street, with herself responding to a comment of mine about a "Minnesota Daily" student newspaper editor by Alice asking me inside the restaurant, "Do you mean the one with All That Hair?"
----In 1998 or 1999, one female college student at The University of Texas at Austin stated to me that if I present her with proof that I myself do not have any criminal-conviction record, she might be willing to play racquetball with me at an intramural racquetball court owned and managed by UT-Austin. After I obtained a copy of that documentation for her, she then stated to me that despite this reassuring information from me, she still did not feel safe about meeting me at the UT-Austin racquetball courts for a game or two of racquetball. She prefers to play racquetball with other women, she emphasized, with herself indicating that my own male gender identity had hurt my chances of playing racquetball with her.
---In 1997, Heidi Wittenborn, a former classmate of mine at Stephen F. Austin High School and a Texas A&M University alumnus, stated to me on the telephone during a local phone call I made to her home in Austin: "I (Heidi Wittenborn) don't care enough (sic) about you to get together with you in person ever again." In 2015, I appreciated the fact that at the most recent Austin High alumni reunion event that same year in Austin or Rollingwood, Texas, Heidi was willing to chat with me briefly. "San Francisco (California) is a favorite city of mine," Heidi stated with polite emphasis during that brief conversation we had. During our brief in-person reunion-event conversation in 2015, I forgot to ask Heidi if it would she might be willing to accept a lunch invitation from me in the future, or whether her stated policy of 1997 is her outlook at present as well.
---In the late 1990s, State Bar of Texas private attorney and UT-Austin Law School alumnus John F. Campbell wrote and mailed to me a signed legal letter on his official "Campbell and Morgan Law Firm" stationery, which stated that Mr. Campbell was very impressed by my own high level of respect toward others' privacy rights, with one criterion he had emphasized to me as pertinent in his own evaluation of me as a legal-services client being my cited respectfulness toward others' legal right to reject me and exclude me from their own life, he indicated. However, Mr. Campbell did also state to me in writing that I should refrain from ever again contacting the Austin Police Department, the Travis County District Attorney's Office, or the Travis County Sheriff's Office during that particular period of the late 1990s, since each of those government agencies in Austin might each feel "harassed" (sic) by any written communications from me in which I complained to them in writing that I was myself a self-identified victim of alleged crimes in Austin, Mr. Campbell emphasized to me in writing. In that same legal letter to me, Mr. Campbell stated that he as my attorney would directly contact APD, the DA's OFfice, and the Travis County Sheriff's Office on my own behalf, whenever appropriate based on evidence I provided to attorney John Campbell about my being a victim of crimes in Austin, he stated to me in writing.
---In 2001, during a local phone call I made to his downtown Austin government office, Travis County Civil Probate Division Director David Ferris volunteered to me with no context to his comment: "There appears to be an attempt by numerous persons in the Austin area to DRIVE YOU OUT OF THE AUSTIN AREA!" Mr. Ferris's comment conveyed his apparent view that numerous persons in the Austin area had chosen to reject me, and had attempted to "hound" me out of Austin partly for that cited reason.
---In 1997, I believe it was, Mr. Dan Hardick, the personals-ad editor for "The Austin Chronicle" weekly alternative magazine, volunteered to me from his publication's office that "The demographics of the Austin area are not a good match for you. If you want to pursue a social life, you may have to move away from the Austin area for that."
---In the 1990s, I believe it was, Mr. Dan Hardick, the apparently friendly personals-ad editor for "The Austin Chronicle," stated to me that he was not willing to meet me for lunch and a friendly conversation inside a local restaurant in Austin. Mr. Hardick emphasized that he has a policy against having lunch with individuals whom he serves through his career with the "Chronicle". He may have also mentioned that since he is a married man, his time available for meeting anyone for lunch was only minimal, or words to that effect.
---In 1999, during a period in which I was employed full-time as a temporary employee of the Texas Legislative Council state agency in the state Capitol complex, Steve Johnson, a self-identified democratic socialist gentleman, stated to me that he had decided against meeting me for lunch in a local restaurant. He stated that he is a married man, and he may have also indicated that his time available for meeting anyone for lunch was only minimal, or words to that effect.
---In the late 1990s or early 21st Century, Mr. Beau Henry (sp?), a television talk show host who had interviewed me live for a local Austin-area community-access television program he did about my one-member (myself only) and non-Christian "Progressive Prohibitionist Religion", politely stated to me that he would not be willing to meet me for lunch and friendly conversation inside a local restaurant in Austin. He may have indicated that since he has a girlfriend, his social life is already full, or words to that effect.
----In the late 1990s or early 21st Century, a female staff member of the Ethical Culture Society group in West Austin stated to me on the telephone that because I myself had publicly advocated the government-ordered closing of any and all "gay bathhouses" or "commercial sex parlors" in which sex occurs in public places, stated to me that she was not willing to meet me for lunch, since she was dismayed by my stated opinion on that subject. I myself am NOT affiliated with the Ethical Culture Society, though in the 1990s I did attend one total event at the Ethical Culture Society meeting place near UT-Austin's campus.
---In 1996, during a Quaker service meeting I attended in Lubbock, Texas, one or more members of that Society of Friends group asked me to leave the meeting immediately. They stated that I had disrupted their meeting, since I had made comments during the meeting, when the meeting was supposed to be a silent meeting with no audible verbalization from anyone attending, the Quakers who asked me to leave that meeting stated. I of course promptly walked out of that meeting, as had been requested of me.
---In 1997, a middle-aged male Anglo leader of a discussion group serving Methodists at the University Methodist Church abutting the main entrance to the main campus of UT-Austin, requested in person that I myself not attend any additional meetings of his group. Nearly all of the other members of that discussion group were students of The University of Texas at Austin.
---An August 15, 2011, reply E-mail letter to me from Mr. Robert Rivard, Editor in Chief of the Hearst media company-owned "San Antonio Express-News" in San Antonio, Texas (with the Hearst corporation itself being headquartered in San Francisco, California), stated as follows: "Pls (please) remove my name from your list." In subsequent years, that daily newspaper has sent me automated-message thank you notes for courtesy carbon-copies I have sent to that media company in San Antonio that referred to my being a victim of alleged personal-injury-crimes and alleged anal-rape-crimes in Austin, Texas. I have of course been sending my letters there to a person other than Mr. Rivard.
----A November 4, 2004, reply E-mail letter to me from Ms. Helene Orr of the Department of Political Science at the University of Denver in Denver, Colorado, stated as follows (exact quote): "Take me off your damn list!"
---In a February 3, 2005, E-mail reply letter to me, Carl Reynolds, an attorney member of the State Bar of Texas who at that time was himself General Counsel of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice state agency headquarters in Huntsville, Texas, stated (exact quote): "I am routinely deleting your irrelevant emails without reviewing them, and I would appreciate it very much if you would cease copying me.
"I, for one, have no interest in your various opinions (and I am probably far from alone on this score). If you have some inquiry or business with this agency, you may send it to me. Otherwise, please desist from including me in your messages."
---In a May 1, 2006, reply E-mail letter to me, a representative for the Austin Area League of Women Voters non-profit organization, stated: "Please remove this email address from your distribution." I did contact the League of Women Voters in Austin for clarification on this, and I believe I was told that it was possibly acceptable for me to send E-mails to E-mail addresses there that differ from the one used by the League member who sent me a rejection letter. In any event, it has been many years since I last contacted the League of Women Voters in Austin. have attempted to take into account that rejection letter, though it was never clearly stated to me what percentage of local League members were somehow represented by that particular note.
----In a September 10, 2007, reply E-mail letter to me, Mr. Ian D. Arnold, an attorney and General Counsel for EMMIS Communications Corporation headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, forbade me in writing from ever again contacting Michael Levy, founder and publisher of "Texas Monthly" magazine, or Jeffrey Smulyan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of EMMIS Communications Corporation. The E-mail letter from Mr. Arnold on that subject stated as follows (exact quote):
"....If you at any time become aware of any specific facts that indicate that any EMMIS portfolio company has, in fact, intruded or impinged upon your privacy rights, please let us know and we will make every effort to investigate and address those specific facts.
"Please do not contact either Mr. Michael Levy, Founder and Publisher of TEXAS MONTHLY, or Mr. Jeffrey Smulyan, Chairman of the Board of Directors, President and CEO of EMMIS Communications Corporation, directly...."
----In a June 5, 2007, reply E-mail letter to me, Mr. Michael Levy, then Publisher of the Austin-based "Texas Monthly" magazine, responded in writing to idealistic E-mail correspondence from me that proposed the placement on year-round display of a "Vocabulary Word of the Day" sign inside each and every public primary and secondary school campus throughout Texas, including throughout the entire Austin Independent School District in Austin, Texas:
"While I appreciate that these issues are very important to you, they are not appropriate for my attention and consideration, so I would appreciate your not referencing or cc'ing me in any future correspondence on these matters."
--In a June 5, 2007, E-mail letter to me from Mr. Michael Levy, Publisher of the Austin-based and EMMIS-owned "Texas Monthly" magazine, also stated: "...I do not believe that (it) is either necessary or appropriate for you to continue to send (me) any of your e-mails...."
---Big Spring, Texas, resident Aubrey Weaver, a former seemingly friendly and strictly-platonic male acquaintance of mine in Big Spring who himself was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Big Spring, stated to me in the early 1990s, during a long-distance phone call I made to him from my rental apartment unit in Pampa, Texas, that "If you (John McMillan) send me any additional letter, I (Aubrey Weaver) could kill (sic)!" Mr. Weaver added, however, that I was welcome to contact him by telephone at any time, and Mr. Weaver has never stated to me at any time that he forbade me from contacting him by telephone per se. Mr. Weaver in the late 1980s, when I met him for the first time at a Methodist church in Big Spring, emphasized to me that he had numerous friends and relatives residing in Austin, Texas.
---Dr. Douglas Weiner, a professor of Russian Studies at a public university in Arizona and a Harvard University alumnus and former MIT instructor in Cambridge, Mass., stated to me on the telephone from Arizona in 1988, during a long-distance phone call I made to him from my duplex apartment unit in El Campo, Texas, that I was myself forbidden by him from contacting him. Three years before, Dr. Weiner had stated to me inside a restaurant in central Boston, Mass., that "you (John McMillan) are a favorite person from my own life!" My relationship with Dr. Weiner, an older man, was, of course, strictly platonic at all times.
----Barry Radcliff, a self-identified Irish-American originally from the Houston area and a former roommate of mine at Prather Dormitory on the campus of the University of Texas at Austin, emphatically stated "F--k off!" immediately after I identified myself by name in a local phone call I made to him in 1986 from the Austin area.
-----Former Luby's Lakeline waitstaff coworker Michelle McFarland "really despised you, John Kevin" (approximate quote), a kindly female waitstaff coworker of mine, Lily Figueroa, did several years ago volunteer to me on her own initiative as she approached my dining table inside Luby's Cafeteria 131 where I sat alone, eating my employee meal, to herself make that disclosure to me 30 minutes or so before I began my waitering workshift that day at Luby's Lakeline corporate-owned cafeteria in Austin, Texas. I had not mentioned Michelle McFarland to Lily at any time that day, so it was possible that Lily was helpfully sharing with me information that might somehow be useful to me in the present. I had been told that Michelle had moved out of the Austin area in order to live and work in another part of Texas, so this made it doubly surprising to even hear about Michelle McFarland several years after her apparent resignation from the staff of Luby's 131, or Luby's Lakeline Cafeteria at Pecan Park Boulevard and Research Boulevard in far northwest Austin. Needless to say, I myself had NEVER at any time in my entire life ever once made any phone call to Michelle's home, and I of course never obtained Michelle's cell phone number, if she had one. Nor did I ever directly on an in-person basis observe or see Michelle McFarland anywhere away from Luby's Lakeline cafeteria or the parking lot area of that restaurant.
---In 1997, much to my surprise, Dr. Lansing Thorne, the biological father of a favorite former schoolmate of mine at Stephen F. Austin High School in Austin, Ellen Thorne, stated to me on the telephone during a local phone call I made to his and his wife's home in Austin that he was very sure that his daughter, Ellen, and her husband, Mr. Skrak, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, did NOT want me to ever again contact Ellen, "since your previous letters and phone calls to Ellen caused a lot of trauma for her," Dr. Lansing Thorne stated. That distinguished medical physician in Austin also stated to me that his niece, Nancy, and her husband in Austin had also stated to Dr. Lansing Thorne that they did not want me to ever again contact Nancy, since my phone calls to Nancy over a multi-decade period had imposed a severe emotional hardship on Nancy, Dr. Thorne stated. After that 1997 phone conversation I had with Dr. Lansing Thorne of Austin, I was surprised to be told by Nancy's first-rate opthalmologist brother, Dr. George Thorne of Austin, that he as Nancy's brother had never been informed by Nancy at any time that my contacting her by telephone was in any way traumatic for her. I did recently contact Dr. George Thorne's medical clinic in 2016 to leave a hopefully polite message with him in which I let Dr. George Thorne know that if Nancy's uncle in 1997 somehow incorrectly stated Nancy's reaction to my phone calls to her over a multi-decade period, or if Dr. Nancy Thorne Foster of Austin is willing to accept occasional phone calls from me at present, with her husband's approval on that as well, she is welcome to call me at my private phone line phone number of (512) 342-2295 in northwest Austin and, if I am not available to answer the phone, she could leave a voice-mail message with me on that. I would welcome the chance to treat Nancy, a polite and refreshingly honest and honorable former debate partner of mine in the debate squad at Austin High School, to lunch in any local restaurant that she likes, if she and her husband don't mind my meeting Nancy for lunch in the year 2016. As for Ellen, I did leave a hopefully-polite message with her in 2016 at her law office minutes after I learned for the first time that her mother and father had passed away. I left that hopefully-polite phone message because I realized that I had never received a rejection letter from Ellen myself, and she had in fact helpfully sent me a signed legal letter in 1997 that kindly advised me to contact the American Civil Liberties Union for legal-aid assistance. Aside from the phone message I left with Ellen, thanking her for her great kindness to me during our high school years and for much of eh 1990s, I have of course chosen to NOT contact her at present UNLESS she specifically writes to me or calls me and states that it is acceptable to her for me to occasionally write to her or call her.
---In 1980, "The (New Ulm, Minnesota) Journal" newspaper reporter and coworker Anne DeRuyter---a self-identified former Idaho resident---expressed to me a very indignant permanent and irrevocable rejection of me that she said was prompted because I had returned to our newsroom one workday and stated to her with some degree ofr amusement in my facial expression and voice: "I've just returned from Sleep Eye (Minnesota) City Hall, where City Clerk Ed Treml greeted me in City Hall there by immediately asking me: "Is Annie (DeRuyter) still shacking up with Bob?" I had visited Sleepy Eye City Hall that day in order to pursue a regional-news story for my employer, "The (New Ulm) Journal." This is why I myself found it semi-funny that I got that type of verbalized response with no context to it (I had NOT mentioned Anne to Mr. Treml at any time that day) from a city government official in the heavily-Catholic small town of Sleepy Eye, Minnesota, a town named after an American Indian chief. Anne DeRuyter stated to me inside our newspaper office that it was completely inexcusable for me to have directly quoted Sleepy Eye City Clerk Ed Treml to Anne DeRuyter in the newsroom of our daily newspaper office. 'Privacy rights are very, very important to me, and you have outrageously violated my own privacy rights and humiliated me in front of my coworkers by quoting Ed Treml to me in our newsroom!" (approximate quote), Anne DeRuyter angrily stated. Over a mult-month period that followed, Anne DeRuyter declined to ever again speak with me, from what I can currently recall. I was later informed that she had left her position at "The Journal" in order to move to Houston, Texas. I of course did not contact Anne DeRuyter at any time after she verbalized an emphatic and furious immediate rejection of me in person based on my accurate exact-word-for-word quotation of what Sleepy Eye City Clerk Ed Treml had directly stated to me as his very first words to me after I entered his City Clerk's Office in Sleepy Eye, Minnesota, one day in 1980.
----In the late 1990s, during a family outing to La Madeleine French-style chain restaurant along Lamar Boulevard near the University of Texas at Austin, my biological mother, Mrs. Phyllis McMillan, emphatically stated to me as we prepared to enter that restaurant that Mother believed I should refrain from ever again contacting Queen Elizabeth II of The United Kingdom.
"The letters you have written and sent to Queen Elizabeth II have imposed a major burden on Herself that is very unfair and very rough on Queen Elizabeth," Mother stated. I was very surprised to be informed in person by my mother that she herself was somehow aware that Queen Elizabeth II of The United Kingdom did not want me to ever again write to the Queen. I did not honor my mother's emphatic request on that, since it seemed obvious to me that Queen Elizabeth II has many staff members who could assist in responding from Buckingham Palace to letters written and sent to the Queen. Also, I had no reason to believe that my mother had either spoken with Queen Elizabeth II or received a direct communication from Queen Elizabeth II that advised Mother to request that I refrain from ever again contacting the Queen in Buckingham Palace. In fact, Mother never stated to me at any time that she herself had ever directly contacted the British Government at any time or in any context. Nor had Mother ever visited the British Isles, as Father himself had done on his own through his career as a botany researcher for the University of Texas at Austin.
---In the late 1990s, or possibly in the early 21st Century, my one total sister-in-law, Sara McMillan of the Austin area of Texas, herself a Texan native of Hispanic ancestry, stated to me either in person or on the telephone that she forbade me from ever citing her name to any person other than herself at any time. The very same Sara McMillan, a professional social worker and psychologist by training, had emphatically warned me on the telephone in 1992, during a long-distance phone call I made to her and her husband's (Kent McMillan's) south Austin home: "If the Hispanic people of Zapata County, Texas, where you are currently living and reporting for the 'Zapata County News', somehow ever read your private journal entries, they might attempt to retaliate by physically assaulting you (John Kevin McMillan)!" (approximate quote).
---In 2007, a previous roommate of mine in Austin, Valerio Caldesi Valeri, stated to me in an E-mail rejection letter he wrote and sent to me from an official UT-Austin E-mail address, that "If you (John K. McMillan) ever refer to me (Valeri Caldesi Valeri) by name to anyone else, I (Valerio Caldesi Valeri) will pursue legal actions against you!" (approximate quote).
---Phil Dine, a reporter for "The Patriot Ledger" daily newspaper in Quincy, Massachusetts, responded in a surprisingly hostile manner when I made a phone call to him after I had resigned from the staff of that daily newspaper in early 1986. Mr. Dine, who had previously praised me in person inside our newsroom office for being "creative," as he put it, made it very clear in the cited phone conversation that he did not want to have any involvement with me of any type after I had left the staff of his daily newspaper.
---Mr. Gabriel Rodriguez, my general manager at Luby's Lakeline Cafeteria, volunteered to me in person in 2015 or 2014 during working hours for each of us inside that corporate-owned cafeteria near Lakeline Mall in the Austin area: "Many of your coworkers here despise (sic) you (John Kevin), since you snitch (sic) on them so frequently in reports you make to our management team here." It may be pertinent to note that either one or possibly none of my dozens of Luby's Lakeline coworkers from the multi-year period of Mr. Rodriguez's tenure as general manager there ever became a mutual-consent personal friend of mine during my and their leisuretime.
----Sam Hurt, a former classmate of mine at The University of Texas at Austin and a professional cartoonist and married gentleman in the Austin area, stated to me on the telephone in 1997, during a local phone call I made to him in Austin, that he himself is willing to talk with me on the telephone, but he is NOT willing to ever meet me for a meal and conversation inside any local restaurant in Austin, he said. "The letter you sent to the Attorney General of Texas in which you reported that I (Sam Hurt) had made a surprise 1978 phone call to you at your Prather Dormitory dorm room on the UT-Austin campus in which I allegedly asked you to visit me in my home in order to look at 'nude photos of myself, Sam Hurt, and my relatives,' was completely untrue. I did not make any such 1978 phone call to you. And now that legal document will be in the files of that state agency for a long time.' In that 1997 phone conversation we had, Sam Hurt also alleged to me on the phone that "the letter to the Attorney General of Texas that you wrote in which you referred to me by name, made me (Sam Hurt) look gay, even though I (Sam Hurt) am not. And if I met you for lunch inside a local restaurant, it might make me (Sam Hurt) look gay', Mr. Hurt also stated in our 1997 phone conversation. I respectfully replied to him that Sam Hurt's status as a biological father with children who is married to a biological woman is well known by many people in the Austin area. As for the 'nude photos' invitation that I had cited in a legal letter to the Attorney General, I politely explained to Sam Hurt that I was referring in that letter to manipulative circumstances in my own life in the late 1970s in which various persons at that time were apparently somehow assigned by some cited 'manipulator' unbeknownst to me to play a role of some type in that particular manipulative context, I pointed out. Nowhere in the cited legal letter from myself did I ever state that I questioned whether Sam Hurt is, in fact, heterosexual, I also emphasized. I was merely calling the State Government of Texas's attention to a MANIPULATIVE PROJECT that I myself had been subjected to in the late 1970s, I indicated in my last-ever phone conversation with Sam Hurt."
----One self-identified civic leader who met me for dinner inside a Cajun-style restaurant along south Lamar Boulevard in the late 1990s, Mr. Bozeman (sp?), emphatically stated to me that he regarded me as being too critical of the gay subculture, and that he sought to exclude me on that basis, if I remember correctly the reason he cited for rejecting me after one total in-person conversation with him.
----One self-identified single adult male person, Charlie Runnels of the Austin area, emphatically stated to me in the 1990s, during a first-ever meeting with him that began inside a "Good Eats" restaurant along Barton Springs Boulevard, that my own political beliefs would trigger vehement opposition by gay male persons in cities such as Provincetown, Massachusetts, Mr. Runnesl volunteered. Mr. Runnsels also conveyed a rejection of myself during that strictly-platonic meeting I had with him.
---One single male social worker in Austin, a self-identified Iowa native, stated to me on the telephone in the late 1990s or early 21st Century that he regarded me as being "too critical" of the gay community. He appeared to convey a possible rejection of myself on that basis, though I don't recall having been asked by him to never again contact that particular Iowa native residing in Austin.
---One male coworker of mine at the Texas Department of Public Safety, Mr. Justin (Dustin?) King, a self-identified former resident of the Seattle area of Washington State, stated to me in 1997 or 1998 during working hours for each of us inside the DPS Motor Carrier Bureau along Guadalupe Street in Austin, that he himself was outraged by a letter to the editor of mine that had been published in "The Austin American-Statesman"----a letter in which I advocated full criminal-law prosecution of any individual who infects another person with the HIV virus. Mr. King stated that while he himself is heterosexual, "many of my (Mr. King's) male friends are gay, and I am deeply offended that you would advocate criminal prosecution in a courtroom of gay male persons who infect others with the HIV virus," Mr. King stated (approximate quote).
---In 1990 or 1991, former Stephen F. Austin High School Debate Club co-member Sarah Goodfriend stated to me with apparent anxiety in her tone of voice, during a long-distance phone call I made from my rental apartment unit in Sweetwater, Texas, to her home in the Washington, D.C., area or in North Carolina: "John, do you think you can do one big favor for me? Will you try very hard to remember someone from your distant past who DOESN'T WANT TO HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH YOU, and strive to not have any additional thoughts (sic) about that person?" At no time did Sarah Goodfriend cite by name the individuals or group of individuals from my own childhood or high school years whom she had identified as being persons who don't want to have ANY involvement of any type in my own life during the present or future of my own life.
I found her emphatic request very distracting and stressful to me, as I repeatedly attempted to guess, including when I drove throughout the Sweetwater area for my full-time reporting job, which Austin High alumnus or relative or friend or associate of Sarah Goodfriend had been the one individual whom she was apparently referring to when she made that urgent request of me on the phone during a long-distance phone call I had made to her home.
---In 1995 or so, during a long-distance phone call I made to former "Daily Texan" student newspaper coworkers of mine on the campus of UT-Austin, Margaret Watson and her husband, Tres Watson, at their home in Dallas, Margaret Watson surprised me by volunteering that 'I'm (Margaret Watson) very sure you don't have to worry about anyone stalking you or attempting to stalk you, John approximate quote). None of the persons from your own past seek to have any current or future involvement with you." The same Margaret Watson on my birthday of April 27 in the year 1997 had very kindly helped to reduce the number of anonymous verbalized death threats from apparent rejectors of myself to which I was being subjected repeatedly and incessantly in the spring of 1997 in Austin, Texas. After I complained to Margaret through a long-distance phone call I made to her and her photographer husband Tres's home in Dallas on my birthday, April 27, in the year 1997, about my being subjected against my wishes to incessant anonymous "drop dead" epithets and other anonymous verbalized death threats inflicted on me in the Austin area, Margaret stated from her end of the phone line that she was appalled that I was being subjected to very abusive and cruel conduct of that type in Austin. That same day---April 27, 1997---and minutes after I had complained about it to Margaret Watson on the telephone, I was very relieved to note that the number of anonymous verbalized death threats to which I was being subjected throughout each day in Austin had declined significantly. It was one of the finest birthday presents I have ever received, if Margaret Watson in Dallas somehow was able to help me achieve a major reduction in the number of anonymous verbalized death threats being inflicted on me against my wishes on a daily and year-round basis in the greater Austin area. And I regard it as noteworthy that I myself responded in a civil and law-abiding manner to the anonymous rejectors' alleged "stalking" of myself through anonymous verbalized communications they allegedly inflicted on me against my wishes. I do not believe that any of the anonymous communications "stalkers" of myself ever alleged to me in writing that I had somehow failed to fully honor their own verbalized rejection or rejections of myself.
---In 1997, during a long-distance phone call I made from my rental apartment unit in Austin, Texas, to the Dallas home of Margaret and Tres Watson, Mrs. Watson stated to me: "The many phone calls you have made to Tres and me over a multi-year period have been emotionally rough on us, John. I would prefer that during this particular period, you not make any additional phone calls to us." I of course fully honored Margaret's politely-stated request of me, with the clear understanding that if Margaret Watson or Tres Watson ever conclude at any time in the present or future that they might be willing to talk with me again, they are of course welcome to call me at my private landline home phone number, with private voice-mail service on my phone line, of (512) 342-2295. My only phone is situated inside my private bedroom of my current two-bedroom, two-bath rental apartment unit that I currently share with one total apartment-management-team-approved roommate.
---In the last five-year period of the 21st Century, my oldest biological brother, Kent Neal McMillan of Westlake Hills, Texas, surprised me by stating to me on the telephone: "I (Kent Neal McMillan) think about you (John Kevin McMillan of Austin) not at all." The same Kent McMillan stated to me several years ago, after I complained to him on the telephone about my being victimized by daily and year-round anal-rape-crimes and personal-injury-crimes that were abruptly awakening me several times per morning or night as I lay alone on a bed I myself owned inside my locked private bedroom of my locked or bolt-locked apartment unit: "I (Kent Neal McMillan) recommend that you proceed as if this were not, in fact, occurring." Kent McMillan emphasized that it was "very unlikely" (exact quote), as he put it, that any person other than myself had ever been physically situated inside my own locked private bedroom during my sleeping hours.
---Earlier this century, during a visit of his to Austin, Texas, in which my older brother, Dr. Michael McMillan, and I dined together inside a barbecue restaurant near Guadalupe Street north of the UT-Austin campus, Dr. Michael McMillan emphatically stated to me as we stood along Guadalupe Street shortly before or after that meal we had: "The Progressive Prohibitionist Religion you have founded is ushering in a Hell on Earth for many people!" Michael thereby conveyed to me his own emphatic rejection of my own political and religious ideologies. The same Michael, however, in recent years has been kindly sending me E-mail notes offering me advice how I can improve my own medical health in Austin, Texas, notes that apparently reflect his personal awareness that my new religion is NOT a cult, and that I am, in fact, the ONLY approved member of my fully independent new and non-Christian religion.
---In 1992, during a period in which I resided and worked full-time in Zapata County, Texas, as a reporter for the "Zapata County News," my oldest brother, Kent Neal McMillan of Austin, appeared to hint during a long-distance phone call I made to him that some person or group of persons or government agency unbeknownst to me had allegedly targeted me for possible persecution and possible alleged physical abuse of myself and possible alleged sadistic torture of myself. Kent offered me that hint through a surprising disclosure he made in that long-distance phone conversation we had: "Your tentative plan of moving from Texas to Portland, Oregon, would not do you any good. If the entire United States has been compared to Nazi Germany (sic), your moving to Oregon would not benefit you in any way. So it makes more sense for you to stay right here in Texas."
---In 1995, shortly after I had resigned from my position of employment as a $275-per-week-gross-pay reporter for "The Baytown Sun" daily newspaper in Baytown, Texas, my oldest brother, Kent Neal McMillan, volunteered to me on the telephone during a long-distance phone call I made to his and his wife's home in south Austin from the Baytown area or Houston area: "Your parents will not be alive much longer, and when they do pass away, you (John Kevin McMillan) are at dire risk of turning into a WARD (sic) OF THE STATE OF TEXAS (sic)!" Kent Neal McMillan thereby expressed his own apparent view that no reputable and wholesome employer that would actually pay me a generous salary would help me to support myself financially after my parents passed away, in Kent's apparently conveyed opinion.
---Matt Shands, an employee of the State Government of Minnesota Department of Transportation in St. Paul, Minnesota, on May 12, 2014, wrote and me an E-mail reply note from his state agency office in which he requested that I not write to him at his State of Minnesota E-mail address ever again. He added in writing that he would soon be leaving his position of employment with that state agency, and that he and his family would be moving to Switzerland. Since Matt did not volunteer any alternative E-mail address I could use for writing to him, I concluded that he had apparently rejected me through that very surprising E-mail reply note to me.
---In approximately 1999 or so, during a period when I resided near the campus of UT-Austin, I was very surprised to note that when I attempted to enter the website for fans of Swedish professional tennis player Stefan Edberg, I was immediately warned by my computer system that Mr. Edberg had imposed a ban on my having any access to his own website. I did not investigate any further, and it is not clear to me how he would have somehow obtained my own E-mail address or computer information in order to impose a ban on me before I had ever once entered his own online website for fans of Stefan Edberg.
----In 1994, during a surprise visit to Snyder, Texas, by my biological older brother Dr. Michael Kim McMillan, he volunteered to me in front of a breakfast restaurant as we prepared to enter that hotel restaurant in Snyder: "All of the people of your own past were sadistic." Michael McMillan appeared to imply that possibly all of them had also conveyed a rejection of myself through their conduct toward me. His comment did not explain why my brother Michael McMillan would have been the "only" cited exception, in his opinion.
---In 1990 or 1991, during a visit of mine to a non-profit social-service agency's offices in central Sweetwater, Texas, in which I had planned to accompany a female social-service agency official to lunch together inside a Pizza Hut chain restaurant along a main thoroughfare in Sweetwater, that woman's self-identified husband suddenly appeared inside that lady's social service office lobby and dramatically stated to me: "You are forbidden from having lunch with my wife today inside Pizza Hut!" (approximate quote). I had emphasized to his wife that the two-person lunch outing inside a Pizza Hut restaurant would, of course, have been focused on journalism subjects relating to social services in Sweetwater and quality of life issues in Sweetwater that I might then report on for my daily newspaper, "The Sweetwater Reporter". However, her husband reportedly concluded that it would be morally compromising to that married couple if I myself were even SEEN with her in public, with myself sitting across a dining table from her inside a Pizza Hut restaurant, one of the busiest restaurants in all of Sweetwater!
----In the late 1990s, private attorney and State Bar of Texas member John F Campbell of Campbell & Morgan Law Firm in downtown Austin informed me in writing that his legal advice to me is that any time another person does not write me and send me a reply letter on at least one occasion, or any time another person does not make a return phone call to myself in response to any phone message I left with him or her, this clearly means that they have rejected me, in the opinion of Mr. Campbell.
---In 1994, one private attorney in Snyder, Texas, whom I had been consulting that summer, sent me a very abrupt rejection letter in which he stated in writing that he would not be willing to provide me with any additional legal services. I believe that attorney's last name was possibly "Tidwell".
---In 1996, Mrs. Kathy Clark, the kindly wife of the male District Attorney, Richard Clark, for the West Texas county that included Denver City, Texas, where I and her family respectively resided, and also included the county seat of Plains, stated to me on the telephone that she was not willing to meet me for lunch inside a local restaurant in Denver City. She candidly explained that since I myself was single, she regarded it as very possible that I might have AIDS, and that there were hypothetical scenarios through casual-contact that might pose a medical risk to someone without AIDS, she indicated. I politely replied to her comment on the telephone that I was, in fact, recently certified HIV-negative. However, I was not able to persuade that District Attorney's wife, herself a very dedicated educator presiding over an adult education program for the Denver City public school district, to let me treat her to lunch inside a local restaurant, with Pizza Hut possibly being among the options I had cited her her in Denver City, since I'm fairly sure there was a Pizza Hut chain restaurant in that small town near the border with New Mexico. Later in 1996, I was greatly impressed when Mr. and Mrs. Clark hosted me for a friendly brief visit inside their home in Denver City. Their hospitality was admirable, they offered me used clothing items from their household that District Attorney Richard Clark could no longer use, and their teenage son was polite to me, I also noticed. More recently, I did speak with that Richard Clark on the phone during a long-distance phone call I made to their home from my apartment at Wind River Crossing Apartments in northwest Austin. In response to a comment from me, that State Bar of Texas member attorney kindly commented during that phone conversation that he regarded my stated goal of losing weight to be a good goal for me during that time period.
---In the late 1990s or early 21st Century, private attorney John F. Campbell of Campbell & Morgan Law Firm in downtown Austin, wrote me a signed legal letter in which he stated in writing that hopes very much that I do not trigger so many personal rejections of myself by other Central Texans that "Let's hope it does not get to the point that all of your own relationships in the Austin area will be strictly professional in nature, involving professional services provided to you by others, and none of your own relationships will be personal in nature," or words to that effect.
---In the late 1990s, private attorney John F. Campbell stated to me in a signed legal letter to me that 'you are a marked (sic) man at every one of your workplaces", he stated. It is possible that Mr. Campbell was referring to an incident I believe I informed him about in which a female Hispanic coworker of mine at a full-time temp job I had as a data-transcription typist for the Texas Legislative Council state agency at the State Capitol complex, shrieked in a loud voice as I walked near her desk inside our workplace: "A FREAK OF NATURE!" (exact phrase). I did politely complain to my work supervisor about that incident, but I did not receive any apology from the Hispanic female coworker in question.
---In the 1970s, Bill Leach, a schoolmate of mine at Stephen F. Austin High School, volunteered to me on the telephone during a local call I made to him from my parents' home in Westlake Hills: "You go through as many people as President Nixon, with all the rejections of yourself you get without your being informed about it at the time!" (approximate quote, with the comparison to Richard Nixon by Bill Leach being a near-exactly quoted portion of that overall quote).
---In the early 1980s, former "New Ulm Journal" daily newspaper coworker Nancy Besse surprised me during a return visit of mine to New Ulm, Minnesota, by herself volunteering: "I think you are going to write about me (Nancy Besse) someday, and it won't be nice" (exact quote). For that one total cited reason relating to her expectation about future conduct of mine, Nancy Besse stated during my 1982 or 1983 visit to New Ulm that she was inclined against keeping up with me, she indicated. She had not cited any previous or current conduct of mine that might have prompted any such rejection. However, years later, during a 1990 or 1991 long-distance phone call I made to her New Ulm-area home from my apartment unit in Sweetwater, Texas, Nancy Besse volunteered the following statement to me: "There have been some people from my own (Nancy Besse's) past whom I previously regarded as being wholesome, but whom I now believe were not wholesome." At no time during that phone conversation did Nancy Besse ever directly state whether as of that time in 1990 or 1991, she regarded myself as possibly being "less wholesome" than she had previously assumed me to be in the 1980s. Nor did she ever at any time state to me that I am forbidden from calling her ever again. It is also noteworthy that the very same Nancy Besse had stated to me during a New Ulm German-heritage festival in 1980, as each of us reported on that very major civic event for "The (New Ulm) Journal": "Do you mind if I adopt you (John Kevin McMillan) as my unofficial brother? I don't have any brothers of my own." Also in 1980 or 1981, Nancy Besse introduced me in person during my leisuretime to her mother and her kindly father, and Nancy Besse invited me to her New Ulm home on one or more occasions in which I chatted with her two daughters, Carley and Heather.
---In the late 1990s or early 21st Century, my biological mother, Phyllis Delores McMillan (maiden name Phyllis Gardner of Johnson County, Iowa), stated to me in a surprisingly dramatic manner with an almost New York Jewish accent, surprisingly, during an in-person conversation I had with Mother inside the kitchen or living room area of her and Father's home in Westlake Hills, Texas: "You (John Kevin McMillan) will be HATED BY A LOT OF PEOPLE, AND YOU WILL ALSO BE LOVED BY A LOT OF PEOPLE!" At no time in my entire life did Mother ever cite to me by name any individual or group of individuals whom Mother believed were possibly very hostile toward me. Mother's stated emphasis throughout my childhood and ever since was always on whether I myself could "get along well" with anyone, since it is crucial, in her stated opinion, to get along well with persons from a wide variety of backgrounds and beliefs, she emphasized throughout her multi-decade involvement in my own life. 'It takes two to tangle," or "It takes two to tango", Mother repeatedly advised me over a multi-decade period, with Mother stating that in any conflict I might ever have with anyone else, the question of whether I myself had somehow provoked or wronged the other individual would be uppermost on Mother's mind. It was Mother who stated to me in 1986 that she was pleased to note that "The New York Times" had informed Mother in 1986 that if I stayed away from the New York City area, as "The New York Times" editors and reporters reportedly very emphatically wanted me to do in 1986, trespassing charges filed against me in 1986 by "The New York Times" would be removed from my record, Mother stated with emphasis. I myself have never visited New York City or the New York City area at any tiem since 1986, when I was formally accused of "trespassing" inside the New York Times building during regular office hours for that daily newspaper. The FBI has since confirmed this 21st Century that I myself do not have any criminal-conviction record.
---In 1991, during a period in which I resided in Cuero, Texas, a small town where I had been employed or was employed at that time as a reporter for "Victoria Advocate" daily newspaper, my oldest brother, Kent Neal McMillan of Austin, surprised me on the telephone by volunteering to me on his own initiative that Kent was reminded of one total Jewish man from another region of the U.S. who, according to Kent, had been "evil" (exact quote) and cruel toward myself, John Kevin McMillan, Kent stated. Kent then added, however, that "He (the one total cited Jewish man) appears to be changing his mind about whether he is willing to let you spend the rest of your life in Texas. It now appears that he is willing to let you stay in Texas."
---In 1991, during a long-distane phone call I made to the Austin home of my oldest brother, Kent Neal McMillan, and his wife, Kent made the following very surprising disclosure to me on the phone: "Your (John Kevin McMillan's) living conditions in Texas call to mind for me (Kent) the prohibition on cruel and unusual punishment in the Bill of Rights of the U.S. Constitution. Sweden has a better record on human rights issues than the United States has." At no time did Kent McMillan ever cite to me any criminal-law conviction in Texas or Massachusetts that I myself had somehow incurred without my having been informed about it and without my having been granted the opportunity to hire a first-rate attorney to successfully defend my own conduct as law-abiding and civil.
---In 1986 or 1987, Lynne Layton, a former Comparative Literature instructor of mine at Washington University in St. Louis, stated to me in a seemingly cheerful and amused tone of voice from her home phone line in Boston, Massachusetts: "If you attempt to visit me at my home here in Boston, I will call the Boston police and have you arrested!" I had not stated to Lynne Layton that I planned to visit her home at that time; and I of course did not visit her home during that time period. She was willing to accept an occasional phone call from me, in any event, including the 1987 or 1988 phone call I made to her from a pay telephone in Quincy or north Quincy, Massachusetts, in which she advised me to leave the Boston area and return to Texas, she said.
----In 1986 or 1987, during a local phone call I made to the newsroom of "The Patriot Ledger" daily newspaper in Quincy, Massachusetts, reporter Eric Sorenson---who a year or two before had with his wife attended a house-warming party I hosted inside my new apartment unit along Parker Street in Quincy---conveyed a very apparent rejection of me through his surprisingly hostile tone of voice on the telephone. I have not contacted Eric Sorenson on any occasion since then.
----In 1983 or 1984, Randy Mikkelson (sp? Michelson?), a University of Minnesota Journalism School student and reporter for "The Minnesota Daily" and a close friend of Harvard University alumnus Tom Koch of Minnneapolis, stated to me that his close friend Tom Koch had permanently rejected me as of that time. I was aware at the time that Tom Koch had stated to me on the phone in 1983 or 1984 that he declined to attend a bouliabase party that i was hosting inside my rental home in Minneapolis, a rental home in which I had two male housemates. In my last-ever phone conversation with Tom Koch, he thanked me for the party invitation, but declined.
----In 1988, Arnold Wong of Minneapolis, Minnesota, was surprisingly very hostile toward me in the two total phone calls I made to him that year, one or both of of those phone calls having been made by me from Texas. I had made those phone calls in the hope that Mr. Wong might be willing to state at that time which persons were allegedly harassing me during that time period. Needless to say, I have not made any phone call to Mr. Wong on any occasion since 1988. When I resided in Minneapolis in the early and mid-1980s, Mr. Wong had repeatedly accused me in Minneapolis of being "too enthusiastic" and "too eager to meet" handsome younger heterosexual men whom I encountered in Minneapolis. Mr. Wong emphasized to me repeatedly that "any time you cite a man your age or younger whom you yourself actually enjoy or feel an affinity toward in person, I (Arnold Wong) automatically know they are heterosexual and would not want to associate with you!" At no time did Mr. Wong ever cite any illegal or uncivil conduct by me toward any of the legal-status-adult, youthful heterosexual men in Minneapolis whom I actually enjoyed chatting with in person or on the telephone.
---University of Minnesota Journalism School Professor Levine (s?), a Wisconsin resident and Wisconsin newspaper publisher for many years, wrote and mailed to me a surprisingly terse letter or postcard in 1988 in which he stated: "I do not know of any newspaper anywhere in the United States that would be willing to hire you." Since Professor Levine did convey surprising exasperation with me in the late 1980s, I concluded that he had, in fact, rejected me. Professor Levine was the University of Minnesota faculty member who had urged me in 1984 to apply for a position of employment at "The Patriot ledger" daily newspaper, where a friend of his, Bill Ketter, was editor in chief, Professor Levine stated.
---In 1981, Mrs. Elspeth Rostow, then a professor of public policy at the LBJ School of Public Affairs on the UT-Austin campus, volunteered to me on the telephone during a long-distance phone call I made to her: "I (Elspeth Rostow) was sorry to hear that you had turned into a desk clerk (in Minneapolis)!" She was referring to my position of employment at that time as a full-time hotel desk clerk for the Parkway Motor Hotel near Minnehaha Falls in south Minneapolis. The same Mrs. Rostow in the mid-1990s sent me a reply letter when I resided and worked as a reporter in Kermit, Texas, in which she indicated she had not appreciated receiving a carbon-copy of a letter of mine to a State of Texas agency in which I publicly advocated the government-ordered closing of any and all of the so-called "gay bathhouses" of Texas where sex allegedly occurs in public places. In her handwritten reply note, Mrs. Rostow advised me to "direct your energies in another direction" (near-exact quote). I was subsequently hired for a position as a clerical employee at the LBJ School of Public Affairs for a brief period in 1995.
----In 1995, my immediate supervisor at the LBJ School of Public Affairs, Mrs. Cheryl McVey (sp? McVay?), stated to me: "You have been the most disruptive (sic) employee we have ever had at the LBJ School of Public Affairs!" The same Mrs. McVey very kindly agreed to write, and did in fact write, a flattering letter of recommendation for me minutes after she dismissed me from my job there. In her letter of recommendation, Mrs. McVey volunteered that I would be especially good at working with the general public, Mrs. McVey stated. That same Ms. McVey, however, admitted to me later that she had imposed a ban on my ever again being employed in any clerical position at the LBJ School in Austin.
---In 1994, my oldest brother, Kent Neal McMillan, surprised me by making an unsolicited comment to me on the telephone during a long-distance phone call I made to him from Snyder, Texas: "You (John Kevin McMillan) always were a pest (sic) during your childhood!"
---In 1994, my oldest brother, Kent Neal McMillan, in an accusatory-sounding voice, asked me on the telephone during a long-distance phone call I made to his and his wife's home in Austin: "Why in the world did you give power of attorney authority to someone who disliked you intensely during your own childhood?"
---In 1996, during my period of residence in Denver City, Texas, my oldest brother, Kent Neal McMillan, stated to me without any elaboration: "Some (sic) of the people who wronged (sic) you in your past were Jewish (sic)." The same Kent McMillan in my own life thus far cited to me only one total Jewish person, an adult male person who does not reside in Texas, as having allegedly wronged me.
----In 1987 or 1986, my oldest brother, Kent Neal McMillan of Austin, posed the following question from his end of the phone line during a long-distance phone call I made to him from Quincy, Massachusetts: "Why would ANYONE be so SADISTIC (sic) that they would attempt to manipulate your own living conditions in the Boston area?" Kent McMillan thereby appeared to hint that some sadistic Boston-area resident may have allegedly been torturing me and abusing me during that time period.
---In 1997, Carol See, a oersonal friend of mine in Columbia, Maryland, and a married woman, stated to me from her end of the phone line during a long-distance phone call I made to her from my rental apartment unit in Austin, Texas: "Why would ANYONE spend millions of dollars just to RUIN YOUR OWN LIFE?", with Carol See's voice having surprising emphasis as she verbalized the words 'ruin your own life' in that comment she made. She appeared to possibly hint through that comment that she had heard rumors about one particular person who allegedly sought to harm myself in Austin, Texas. I have politely emphasized to my personal friend Carol See in recent months that I encourage her to please contact the Federal Bureau of Investigation and please make a report to the FBI for me if she ever hears any rumors about anyone allegedly seeking to harm myself in Austin, Texas. If the FBI were to then investigate, that could truly be a life-saver for me, I believe I also indicated to the very nice Carol See---who DOES express confidence in my being dependably civil and law-abiding in my own conduct.
---In the 1990s, my oldest brother, Kent Neal McMillan, stated to me emphatically that "I'm (Kent McMillan) very sure that 'The Austin American-Statesman' would never hire you for any position of employment." Kent McMillan appeared to thereby hint that he was aware of possible alleged antipathy toward me by one or more staff member at that Cox media company-owned daily newspaper in Austin. Cox is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia.
----In the late 1990s or early 21st Century, my oldest brother, Kent Neal McMillan of the Austin area, stated to me during a local phone call I made to his and his wife's home in Austin: "I'm (Kent) very sure that your former Austin High School classmate Sona Spear does not want to have any involvement with you today." That oral warning from Kent McMillan was apparently incorrect, since Sona Spear Nast has sent me friendly E-mail notes in recent months and has kindly stated to me this year that she is willing to be a personal friend of mine. I have also been informed by Sona that she does not recall having ever met Kent McMillan at any time.
---Several years ago this century, former Austin High classmate Joni Hughes left a phone message on my personal home telephone service voice mail when I resided at Wind River Crossing Apartments, and later elaborated by stating that she was dismayed by the "persons with Susan Stice's group" at an Austin High alumni reunion that Joni Hughes and I had also respectively attended, who had allegedly joked repeatedly at that event, many of them apparently under the influence of alcohol, Joni said, that since I myself, John Kevin McMillan, was the founder of a new religion that assigns very high priority to helping children, "this is proof that John Kevin McMillan of Austin is allegedly a pederast!" according to what Joni Hughes quoted those cited possible "friends" of former Austin High classmate Susan Stice (whose current last name I can't recall at the moment) as having themselves loudly declared at that outdoor beachside event at Westlake Beach. Those comments reportedly overheard by Joni Hughes were apparently made after I had myself left the reunion event. As for myself, I appreciated the polite manner in which Susan Stice spoke with me at that outdoor event, with herself stating that she encouraged me to remain in the South, she said. As a former resident of Chicago herself, she stated that she felt sure that I would experience better living conditions in the Austin area than if I returned to the North, she kindly commented. I might add that I have no way of knowing whether Joni Hughes's emphatic report to me about what she herself observed at the cited class reunion was, in fact, a fully accurate quote of what some cited "male friends" of Susan Stice had reportedly stated at that event.
---In 1988, a very nice and kind and friendly former coworker of mine at "The Daily Texan" did very helpfully volunteer to me on the telephone during a local phone call I made to her residence from an outdoor pay telephone in Austin: "Kathy Cabble (of the 'St. Petersburg Times and Independent' photography staff in Florida, who is herself also a former coworker at 'The Daily Texan' student newspaper on the UT-Austin campus) despises you, John!"
