I spoke tonight with a self-identified homeless woman in Cottonwood Heights, Utah, and I gave her the phone number for a 24-hour-a-day Homeless Hotline telephone information and referral service for Salt Lake County homeless persons.
Observations for a rationally religious and implicitly deistic modern religion, public-policy writing, creative brainstorming and sociological writing from an environmental-protection-minded and crime-deterrence-minded, law-enforcement-minded, alcohol-free, lifelong non-Christian, conservative left-wing single adult gentleman who is also a direct descendant of Rev. William Brewster--Head Chaplain on Mayflower, religious leader at Plymouth, and adviser there to Governor William Bradford.

I just got off my landline phone at 3:32 p.m. Mountain Time today (Tuesday, April 19) after a male staff member , Cameron, for the Office of Inspector General hotline for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development provided me with three phone numbers that he cited as pertinent for me in regard to my goal of achieving full and year-round freedom from any and all home-invasion crimes during my sleeping hours inside my current always-fully-locked apartment unit in Cottonwood Heights, Utah.

Subject: [EXTERNAL] Congressman Curtis's 3-28-22 vote of confidence in me as a home-invasion-crimes criminal-law complainant
CAUTION: This email originated outside of HUD OIG. Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the sender and know the content is safe. |
From: John Kevin McMillan, recent criminal-law complainant and self-identified victim in Sandy (UT) Police Department Home-Invasion Crimes and Sex-Crimes Case Number SY22-7423 for which an official anal-rape-evidence forensic medical-exam kit was obtained from me at my request inside the University of Utah Hospital Emergency Room on February 14, 2022. "Representative" DNA-traceable "samples" of that rape-evidence kit have reportedly been submitted by Sandy Police to the Utah Department of Public Safety and were then promptly processed by the Utah DPS, according to what Sandy Police Sergeant Rob Webb (Sandy Police Badge Number 050)---who is reportedly in charge of that crime case---stated to me on my cell phone at about 10:40 a.m. Mountain Time on April 6, 2022. "The forensic evidence was inconclusive," Sgt. Webb stated to me during that polite April 6 phone conversation we had.
Sandy Police Sergeant Rob Webb, who supervises the major crimes unit for Sandy Police, has received several polite requests from me on the telephone in recent weeks that he please formally request a complete and thorough and comprehensive DNA-traces processing by the Utah DPS of all of the contents of the entire rape-evidence kit that had been obtained from me by a female forensic nurse inside the University of Utah Hospital ER on Feb. 14, 2022. When I most recently checked online records for that kit in early April 2022, that rape-evidence kit was identified online as having been in the possession of the Utah Department of Public Safety Crime Lab ever since February 17, 2022, with a DNA-traces "analysis" of the kit have been reportedly "completed" at the Utah DPS Crime Lab on March 28, 2022.
My full legal name: John Kevin McMillan. My date of birth is 4-27-1957. My place of birth is Lincoln, Nebraska.
My fully-locked solo-occupancy rental-apartment-unit home address ever since February 24, 2022:

Dear Very Honorable and Commendably Vigilant Law-Enforcement Officers and Honorable Government officials here in Salt Lake County, Utah; Washington, D.C.; and elsewhere in the United States,
I would like to respectfully remind each of you noble law-enforcement officers and government officials that my very courageous new official representative in the U.S. House of Representatives in Washington, D.C., Republican Congressman John Curtis, has apparently expressed a high level of confidence in the accuracy of my own criminal-law-complaints in Utah about my being a single adult Anglo male current victim of alleged continuous and continuing daily and year-round home-invasion crimes and alleged personal-injury-crimes and sleep-harassment crimes during my sleeping hours as I lie alone on my own bed, asleep and unconscious, inside my fully-locked rental-apartment unit in Salt Lake County, Utah.
I always sleep alone on my bed. I consistently do everything I can---including by keeping my rental unit fully locked and fully bolt-locked---to prevent anyone other than me from ever entering or ever being physically present anywhere inside any portion of the interior my solo-occupancy rental-housing unit during my bedtime hours.
I am a longtime-celibate (including ever since I arrived in Utah by plane on December 31, 2021), permanently alcohol-free (ever since 1990), permanently marijuana-free (ever since 1984), lifelong-illicit-drug-free in regard to any and all illicit drugs other than marijuana, lifelong-tobacco-free, lifelong-nonvaping, lifelong-tattoo-less, hygienic, facially-cleanshaven (no beard, no mustache, no goatee), jewelry-free, platonicly polite, non-gambling, non-pranking, dependably civil and law-abiding and very honest and conscientious and vigilant, gainfully employed single adult white Anglo-Saxon gentleman of English, Scottish, and German ancestry. I myself do not have any criminal-conviction record, and in my leisuretime I prefer to associate with other law-abiding and honest adult persons who, like me in that regard, DO NOT have any criminal-conviction record.
I am very honored that a polite female staff member for Congressman Curtis, my duly-elected official Utah Congressional District 3 representative in the U.S. House, on March 28, 2022, left the following (below) voice-mail message for me on behalf of Congressman Curtis on my cell phone.
My cell-phone voice-mail records state that the phone call to me was made from the following cited phone number for that self-identified female member of Congressman Curtis's Capitol Hill staff: (202) 226-9928. The phone call was made to me at my own personal cell phone number through AT&T of (512) 993-7305.
According to the official website for the U.S. House of Representatives, the official primary Congressional phone number for U.S. Rep. John Curtis of Utah is: (202) 225-7751.
The verbatim text of the respectful March 28 voice-mail message to me that reportedly was left for me by a female staff member for Congressman Curtis:
"Hello, I'm calling from Congressman John Curtis's office. This message is for John McMillan. I'm just letting you know that I saw that there was a note that you had called into the office. And you wanted the Congressman to comment about how to help people who are addicted to getting tattoos and then also how to ramp up laws protecting people from home invasions.
"I can't speak on behalf of the Congressman, but the Congressman has been outspoken about tattoos being protected under the First Amendment, Freedom of Speech and Expression.
"And then, how to ramp up laws protecting people from home invasions: Of course, under the Second Amendment Right to Bear Arms, the Congressman has been outspoken on protecting that and also figuring out ways to protect that Amendment, and do so safely. Again, thank you for your contribution and your commitment to supporting the Congressman. And you have a great day."
I will be very pleased and grateful for that crime evidence after full and comprehensive DNA-traces processing by the first-rate Utah DPS Crime Lab is pursued on the entire Feb. 14, 2022, forensic rape-evidence kit that was from me at my request. I am the longtime celibate-by-choice (including ever since the day I arrived in Salt Lake County, Utah---my new county and new state of residence---on December 31, 2021), lifelong-single, very anti-marijuana-minded, permanently teetotaling, white Anglo-Saxon male adult victim and complainant in that crime case.
