Dear State of Texas Assistant Attorney General Jesse Harvey of the Open Records Division of your state agency in Austin,
Thank you for your state agency's March 1, 2021-dated two-page reply letter (last item, farther below) to me.
Your reply letter indicates that Texas Department of Public Safety state law-enforcement agency Assistant General Counsel Mary (ML) Calcote this year for the first time has stated to your agency in writing that the DPS does not have any legal document responsive to either of the following (below) two separate public information requests of mine to the DPS that I had submitted several months ago to that state law-enforcement agency in Austin.
As you of course know, my two subsequent approximately October 1, 2020-dated Open Records complaints against the Texas Office of General Counsel through your state agency were merged by OAG on your own initiative into one total combined Open Records complaint from myself.
My two-part consolidated Open Records complaint against the DPS Office of General Counsel through your own state agency had focused on the absence of any written reply to me from that DPS office in response to either my August 13, 2020, public-information request to the DPS or my February 21, 2020, public-information request to the DPS.
My August 13, 2020, public-information information request to the Texas DPS officially-designated Open Records Coordinator in the DPS Office of General Counsel had stated:
"This is a Texas Open Records request in which I seek to obtain from your state-government law-enforcement agency in Austin a copy of any and all e-mail communications or reports referring to myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin, at least once in any manner, and that were written, e-mailed, sent, mailed, received, or FAXed at any time since 12:01 a.m. April 28, 2011, by any certified peace officer or law-enforcement officer or administrator based at the Texas DPS Capitol Complex, Capitol Region Headquarters, with your Regional Director who directly supervises your Capitol Region Headquarters being one such applicable DPS administrative official.
"INCLUDED in the scope of this request are any and all e-mail communications or reports referring at least once in any manner to myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin, that your Capitol Region Headquarters Regional Director during the applicable nine and one-half-year time period ever on any occasion wrote or sent to, or received from, his immediate supervisor---the Deputy Director of Law Enforcement Operations for the Department of Public Safety...."

My February 21, 2020, Open Records request to the designated public-information coordinator for the DPS Office of General Counsel had stated:
"This is a Texas Open Records request in which I seek to obtain from you copies of 10 separate very recent photo images that I myself had e-mailed to your state-law enforcement agency's Texas Rangers Division during the multi-month period from December 21, 2019, through the present, and that each appear to contain an image of someone other than myself apparently having been physically present inside the bedroom of my current solo-occupancy and always-bolt-locked and fully-secured efficiency apartment unit in north Austin...."

Assistant Attorney General Harvey, I appreciate having received your Open Records Division Education and Law Enforcement Section's unsigned March 1, 2021-dated mailed reply letter to me on official Attorney General of Texas (OAG) stationery, with the date on the front of the official OAG state-agency envelope of that metered-mail letter to me having been stamped "03/01/2021".
The cited official reply letter from your Attorney General's Office Open Records Division here in Austin stated, and I quote exactly and verbatim from your division's reply letter:
