Congratulations on your great success as a real-estate agent and highly-regarded state lawmaker.
Rep. Holland, I appreciate your very kind willingness to accept carbon-copies from me of emails I've written about home-security-related issues for this particular apartment complex tenant (myself) living alone in north Austin.
Rep. Holland, do you believe the laws approved by the Texas Legislature are currently adequate to protect any and all rent-paying official rental-efficiency-apartment tenants living alone inside their own rental-unit in Texas, myself among those cited tenants, against any worst-case scenario in which any unwanted visitor or trespasser or home-invasion-crimes perpetrator or rapist or other personal-injury-crimes perpetrator, or any unauthorized "medical" services provider or "deprogramming services" provider, might secretly and in a surreptitious manner enter those tenants' respective bolt-locked and fully-secured solo-occupancy apartment units through a hidden or concealed point of entry that those tenants have not been directly informed about by the property owner or their property manager?
