 Mr. McMillan, Since your initial complaint to our office on December 18th, 2013 we have received over 500 emails from you, a number of phone calls and personal visits. 

As you are aware, we looked into your complaint with regard to open records violations and determined there not be a crime. 

As previously explained to you on numerous occasions, our division would not have anything to do with the investigation of you allegedly being sexually assaulted anally. If you could stop copying us on any such emails it would be greatly appreciated.
