To: Ms. Alta Ochiltree, Assistant to Austin City Manager Marc Ott, City Hall, Austin, Texas.

Dear Ms. Ochiltree,

Thank you for taking the time to talk with me on the telephone yesterday about the continuous daily and year-round personal-injury-and-anal-rape-crimes case in which I remain, to this very day, a single adult male victim of alleged felony crimes allegedly inflicted on me during my sleep as I lie alone on my own bed inside my locked bedroom in my bolt-locked rental apartment unit in Austin.

You helpfully stated to me on the telephone that I have the option of myself contacting the City Attorney's Office here to find out whether any legal action was somehow imposed on me by the City Government of Austin that explains why I am being asked to address all of my own reports about my being a victim of crime in Austin to a cited mental health officer of the Austin Police Department Crisis Intervention Team (APD Senior Police Officer James Turner).

I would welcome a written response to this question by a representative for the City Attorney's Office.

Also in our phone conversation yesterday, you stated to me that I myself "have some issues to work out with the police department" (approximate quote). I would appreciate a written elaboration from you on that particular observation of yours.

Also, does your latter comment somehow imply that:

(1) there is any current or pending criminal charge against me?

(2)) the Austin Police Department somehow has "custody" over me in any context?

Thank you in advance for your helpful reply note to me, whether from a City Attorney's Office representative or City Manager Marc Ott himself, on the questions I am raising in this follow-up letter.

Sincerely and Best Wishes,

from permanently alcohol-free and illicit-drug-free, dependably civil and law-abiding and honest, gainfully employed, lifelong-non-Christian, single adult white male criminal-law complainant John Kevin McMillan.
