I have double-checked that number and can confirm it is the Crisis Intervention Team’s phone line. The Constituent Assistance Form’s status is now closed since you have been put in contact with CIT.

Thank you again for very kindly promising me on the telephone this afternoon that you will complete a "Constituent Assistance Form" on my behalf and then submit it to the Austin Police Department for me.

I am a law-abiding and gainfully employed, permanently alcohol-free, lifelong-tobacco-free, single adult white male resident of District 10.

The cited completed form on my behalf, as we discussed today on the phone, related to my expressed hope that Council Member Gallo would politely ask the Austin Police Department to process the doctor-ordered rape-evidence kit obtained from my own body at my request on Dec. 22, 2011, for APD Sex Crimes Case 11-3550615.

When I made a brief follow-up phone call to you shortly after 4 p.m. today, you then stated to me that you have already submitted that Constituent Assistance Form to APD on my behalf. You also stated that you have received a fast e-mail return message to yourself from APD, advising you today to ask me to call (512) 854-3450 about the cited criminal-law matter.

That return message from APD did not cite the name of the APD official or APD officer for whom that particular phone number would be applicable.

Ms. Burkhardt, I would appreciate receiving a reply message from you on this, confirming (if true) whether this letter to you is fully accurate in regard to the matters we discussed.
