Dear Cap Metro representatives,
This is another example (bottom of photo I took today) of the many Cap Metro bus stops in north Austin where the type of glue used by the Cap Metro staff or Cap Metro contractor to install the screen has left a permanent unsightly stain on a bus stop ID sign post in north Austin.
This bus stop, 4691, is located along the southern side of Research Boulevard, a few blocks east of Burnet Road.
In the most recent year or two, I reported this type of issue on the telephone to Cap Metro customer staff as being an eyesore I had identified then at many Cap Metro bus stops in north Austin. I am not aware of any action taken by Cap Metro on my phone reports about that specific issue.
