Subject: 8-15-20 urgent question for my nobly-safe-housing-minded new State Senator

Dear District 14 State Senator Sarah Eckhardt,
Thank you again for your recent written statement to me in your prior role as Travis County Judge that you support safe-housing conditions for me, including during my sleeping hours, in which I am successful at keeping ANY and all persons-- including, I myself might add with polite emphasis at this time, any and all persons under age 17, any and all persons residing or situated or employed anywhere within a one-quarter-mile radius of my apartment unit, any and all smokers, any and all marijuana-consumers or illicit-drug-addicts, any and all alcoholics, any and all convicted felons, and any and all senior-citizens age 55 or older, and any and all beasts, I might add at this time---AWAY from any portion of the interior of my current always-fully-bolt-locked and fully-locked solo-occupancy efficiency apartment unit during my sleeping hours at nighttime as I lie ALONE on my own bed, asleep and unconscious and probably also snoring.
Senator Eckhardt, I am sure you will agree that continuous personal-injury-crimes and continuous-sex-crimes in Travis County, Texas---many of those continuous crimes being hideously sadistic and deplorably violent crimes comprising outrageous forms of attempted homicide or actual homicide---are among the most heinous of all of the crime cases currently occurring in Texas Senate District 14.
I am also sure you will agree that continuous personal-injury-crimes and continuous sex crimes occurring anywhere in your State Senate District should be assigned very, very high priority for prompt investigation and prosecution by law-enforcement agencies and district attorneys with jurisdiction.
I also feel sure you will agree that the City Government of Austin, Austin Police Department, and Travis County Government all need to assign much higher priority than they have so far at investigating and prosecuting any and all of the intrinsically outrageous felony-crime cases in this county that are continuous and continuing in nature.
Have you or any current member of your State Senate staff ever at any time heard any rumor or heard or obtained or received any confirmed or unconfirmed report from anyone other than myself, which indicated that I myself have been victimized at any time by one or more alleged home-invasion-crimes, alleged trespassing crimes, alleged personal-injury-crimes, or alleged sex crimes in Austin, Texas, or by one or more categories of alleged continuous-and-continuing felony or misdemeanor crimes?
If so, have you contacted either the Austin Police Department, the Travis County Sheriff's Office, the Travis County District Attorney's Office, the Attorney General of Texas, the Austin-based Texas Governor's Office Child Sex Trafficking Team crime-fighting unit, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, or any other law-enforcement agency with jurisdiction, to yourself share with that law-enforcement agency any such crime-evidence you obtained?
