"Included in the scope of this public-information request are any legal notes that were written by Mr. Roberto Aranda, a polite staff member and administrative-contact person for your APD Special Investigations Unit, in regard to or in response to the phone call that Mr. Aranda from his APD office made to me inside my fully-bolt-locked solo-occupancy efficiency apartment unit at about 9:20 a.m. Friday, June 12, 2020.

"During that phone call, Mr. Aranda authorized me to directly send to him e-mails referring by name to a variety of peace officers and government officials based in Travis County, Texas, in regard to whom I personally question their level of compliance with the law in one or more aspects of their own conduct relating to myself.

The following, below, is the only written communication (a legal document later officially confirmed for me in writing by APD in response to a July 29, 2020, online public-information request of mine to APD) that I myself have received from the APD Special Investigations Unit on any occasion in the entire period ever since the Austin Police Department for the first time ever officially authorized a sexual-assault forensic rape-evidence exam on me on the morning of April 28, 2011, for APD Sex Crimes Case 11-1180447.
(APD later reportedly had processed by the Sorenson forensic DNA-processing lab in Salt Lake City, Utah, a rape-evidence kit from me for APD Sex Crimes Case 11-3550615 for which a forensic medical exam had been authorized for me on the night of December 21, 2011, inside the emergency room of the St. David's Central Medical Center in central Austin by an on-duty Asian-Indian-American male emergency room physician.)

I received approximately 76 emails from you since our phone conversation on June 12, 2020. Due to the volume of the communications, in conjunction with our limited resources due to the current events related to the Covid-19 pandemic and public protests, I am writing this message to respectfully request that you refrain from sending any additional emails at this time. To be forthright, the quantity received thus far is more than plenty and it is imperative that my limited capacity be not overwhelmed.

As a friendly reminder, the scope of the Special Investigations Unit (SIU) is to investigate criminal incidents which meet particular criteria which includes, but is not limited to: crimes committed by any sworn officer(s) or City of Austin employees where the offense has occurred within the APD jurisdiction. Therefore, should a determination be made that any of these leads evolve into a need for more information, you will be contacted accordingly.
