Dear Texas Lt. Governor Patrick, 

Thank you for your August 17 reply letter to me, in which you stated in writing (final paragraph in second item, below) that you do not have any document responsive to my recent four-paragraph public-information request (full exact text of which is below) addressed to yourself.

That public-information request of mine (immediately below) was submitted to you online at your State of Texas Office of the Lt. Governor official website on July 30, 2020. Your Office of the Lieutenant Governor stated to me in your reply letter today that your State of Texas office officially received my request on August 6, 2020. 

Since the Lieutenant Governor of Texas traditionally holds more overall legal authority than the Governor, and since you yourself have a well-publicized career background as a popular radio talk-show host in Texas and conservative political commentator, I was very surprised to read your statement to me today that you have no applicable document referring in any way to myself.

I am reminded that earlier this century, state official Jim Frazier, then a Huntsville-based staff attorney for a former state agency full-time employer of mine in Austin, the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, volunteered to me on the telephone during a long-distance phone call I made to his public law office in east Texas from my rental-apartment unit at that time at Wind River Crossing Apartments in northwest Austin: "It seems to me (TDCJ staff attorney Jim Frazier) that the people of Austin are NOT friendly toward you, John! I (Mr. Frazier) recommend that you move to Huntsville, Texas, and purchase a home for yourself here in Huntsville!" (approximate quote)."

I got the impression from that TDCJ official's comment to me on the phone that there had been apparent news-media publicity attorney Jim Frazier was himself privy to about my own living conditions in Austin, Texas, during that particular time period. 

Lt. Governor Patrick, I would welcome any reply note from you on any aspect of this.
