Does Anyone Know Which Types of Tiny Flies That Bite Can Somehow Get Into Your Locked Private Residence?

https://www.health.com/condition/skin-conditions/fly-bites I have tried putting out some vinegar mixture in my kitchen and spraying with bleach to get rid of the flying pests that has been biting me for several days inside my otherwise-comfortable-during-my-waking-hours bolt-locked solo-occupancy (only myself) efficiency apartment unit. So far, though, I haven't found the best solution for eliminating these tiny flies from my apartment unit.
