Please note that the legal document below (highlighted by larger type size on my part) that directly referred to me by name was written by a staff member of the Austin Police Department Special Investigations Unit (SIU) in Austin, Texas.
I would welcome a reply note from any of you on any aspect of this. I would also be very grateful for ANY crime tips or speculations or rumors that any of you civic-minded gentlemen and ladies of high integrity are willing to offer to the Austin (TX) Police Department.
I am specifically referring to crime tips in regard to the alleged continuous-and-continuing, daily-and-year-round alleged-home-invasion-crimes-and-personal-injury-crimes allegedly victimizing me during my sleeping hours as I lie ALONE, asleep and unconscious and probably also snoring, on a bed I myself own inside my solo-occupancy, fully-bolt-locked and fully-locked efficiency rental-apartment unit in northeast Austin.
I have shared with APD's Sex Crimes Unit in the latter half of 2019 and in early January 2020 a combined total of hundreds or thousands of crime-evidence infrared-motion-sensitive photo images (for APD Sex Crimes Case 16-1340923) of alleged trespassers inside my private bedroom --- photos that were obtained for me during my sleeping hours at my own financial expense from either of two hunter's cameras I had purchased in 2019 at an Academy store location in northwest Austin.

(I am seeking from APD) "a copy of any and all written communications, including e-mail communications or memoranda or instructions or reports, and any and all phone messages that were produced or authored or sent or forwarded or mailed or FAXed by any staff member or officer or administrator of the Austin Police Department Special Investigations Unit on any date or at any time since June 21, 2019, and that in each such case referred at least once in any manner to myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin.
"EXCLUDED from the scope of this public-information request are any and all e-mail communications that were sent by myself.
"My legal name is John Kevin McMillan. I was born on April 27, 1957, at Lincoln, Nebraska.
"I have resided at my current home address near IH 35 and East Rundberg Lane in northeast Austin ever since June 21, 2019. "United States Senator John Cornyn sent me a reply letter on July 24, 2020, specifically on the subject of whether that federal elective official could help me to prevent any possible additional point of entry into my current apartment unit beyond the three points of entry I keep fully locked at all times--- the ONLY three points of entry that the polite management team at Pebble Creek Apartments has stated to me that they themselves are aware of.
"I did submit a request for an inspection of my current unit, with help from helpful advice I received (below) from the immediate supervisor of my general manager (General Manager Juan Acosta) at Pebble Creek Apartments. That immediate supervisor of Mr. Acosta is Mr. Cecil Domel of Belco Equities.
