The following is the exact verbatim text of the hard copy of the two-page signed reply letter on official State of Idaho Office of the Attorney General state agency stationery that I received in the mail yesterday from a female official of the Special Prosecutions Unit of the Criminal Law Division of the Attorney General of Idaho in Boise.

Please send me an e-mail note if any of you would like me to provide you with a scanned copy of that entire legal document from Idaho. My personal computer system in my rental apartment unit in northwest Austin does not have a scanner, so upon request from any of you I will promptly scan the following legal document (below) for you and then e-mail it to you from a nearby UPS store or FedEx store:

"Re: Public Records Request

"Dear Mr. McMillan,

"On Monday, October 1, 2018, we received your public records request for:

"'[A] copy of any and all written communications, including e-mail letters, that any staff member or work supervisor or administrator or official employed in the Victim Assistance division of your state agency headquarters in Boise has written or received or forwarded or sent or mailed or e-mailed or FAXed at any time since October 1, 2016, and that, in each and every such case, refers or refer at least once in any manner to ... John Kevin McMillan of Austin, Texas, in a context identifying [him] as a cited or reported or possible or apparent or confirmed victim of alleged criminal activities.'

"You specifically excluded copies of email correspondence authored by yourself.

"Your request was reviewed by a Deputy Attorney General. After a due and diligent search, this Office located various emails sent by you and received by either the victimcoordinator@ag.idaho.gov or the agwasden@ag.idaho.gov email inboxes. These emails include the following:

"As you have excluded these emails from your request, I have not attached them. Please advise if you decide you would like to have copies of these emails.

"To the extent you have requested copies of any correspondence produced by this Office referring to John Kevin McMillan in any manner as the possible victim of criminal activity, this Office has no such correspondence. This Office has not taken any action on your emails or sent any correspondence referring to John Kevin McMillan as the possible victim of criminal activity to any other person or entity.
