Subject: 4-18-20 campaign strategy letter for Candidate Joe Biden

April 18, 2020

Dear Democratic Party Candidate Joe Biden,

This campaign-strategy letter from me is another attempt at helping you in your noble bid for the Presidency:

(1) I feel that you could impress a lot of voters if you publicly cite as a very high priority for the U.S. Government sponsorship of major scientific research that leads to the discovery of a biodegradable substitute for plastic. That announcement from you in the 2020 Presidential campaign will reassure voters that you are willing to offer a bold and very wise 21st Century political and societal vision for the American people. That pledge from you will also help you to win the vote of the fervent supporters of Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders---supporters of Senator Sanders who might otherwise have chosen, as they did in 2016, to stay home rather than vote on Election Day.

The discovery of a biodegradable substitute for plastic as a packaging material will be a major victory for the entire global environment. It will be a truly historic milestone in our nation's and world's history that is comparable in magnitude and scope to the landing of American astronauts on the Moon.

As you of course know, the ubiquitous littering of plastic products all over our entire nation and world poses a major threat to our country and world for numerous reasons. The always-non-biodegradable plastic products exacerbate the already-severe problem of environmental decay throughout the entire United States and world. Plastic products also add to the high levels of congestion in public landfills. Plastic products are also a blight on our nation's scenery.

(2) I also feel that you will impress a lot of voters if you publicly pledge to help make this entire nation as pedestrian-friendly and as foot-friendly as possible through government-sponsored scientific research that fosters the development of a more comfortable, safer, podiatrist-and-orthopedic-specialists-endorsed material to be used construction of many of the public sidewalks in the United States.

If you earn a public reputation for being the "Greatest-Ever Pedestrian-Rights President", this will appeal to millions of Americans. Pedestrians, as you of course know, have an admirably nurturing role toward the environment, since their hikes and walks do NOT consume any fossil fuels and do not add to the Global Warming Effect crisis. Since Pedestrians are Friends of the Environment, it makes good sense for you as our expected future President to offer public-policy recommendations that will help to befriend the very noble pedestrians throughout our nation.

(2a) I urge you to also promise that if elected President, you will offer a Presidential award each month to an honorable citizen of the United States who in their everyday lives exhibited the great wisdom of non-polluting or only minimally polluting forms of transportation. I have read recently that in Ann Arbor, Michigan, for instance, many of the residents there travel on foot throughout that city on a daily basis--and some or several of those Admirably Non-Polluting Pedestrians could be publicly honored and praised by you, such as at a White House Ceremony during the Biden Administration.

(3) You can remind voters of the sharp contrast between your own political vision and that of President Trump if you politely raise the question of whether President Trump has ever at any time honored and rewarded statewide organizations for crime prevention that have been established throughout this nation in recent years. It is painfully apparent that President Trump's record in The White House has been badly tarnished by his alleged failure to offer American society truly strong and very sincere and comprehensive and truly generous support for a wide variety of crime-deterrence strategies and services throughout this entire nation.

You might also reassure voters that if you are elected in November, you as President will establish a monthly tradition of honoring a noteworthy contribution to crime prevention that had been made by a crime-prevention group or crime-prevention leader in the most recent 30-day period or the current calendar year.
If you publicly praise and exalt the noble efforts of the law-abiding and very honorable crime-prevention groups throughout this entire nation, this will contribute mightily toward a short-term and long-term decline in our nation's crime rate, including our violent-crime rate.

(3a) You might also want to pledge that after you are elected, you will appoint a Presidential Advisory Commission on Crime Prevention that will offer numerous recommendations to yourself and to the U.S. Congress on how American society can be far more successful than it has been in recent years at promoting civil and law-abiding and politely vigilant and crime-deterrence-minded conduct by as many Americans as possible.

(4) Since many voters regard you as being the "Labor Union"-friendly candidate for President, it would be very strategic for you if you would reassure American voters that you will help to promote very high levels of integrity by any and all labor unions in the United States.
Many Americans--and this may be especially true in the South, where participation levels in labor unions continue to be much lower than in the North---believe that the majority of labor unions in the U.S.A. are corrupt.
A pro-integrity-in-labor-unions reassurance from you will help you to earn the vote of many of the conservative Americans who are very dismayed by frequent dishonesty on the part of our current head of state. Some of those conservative Americans will be much more likely to vote for you if they can be convinced by you that you will help to ensure that each and every labor union in the United States will be held accountable for achieving full compliance with the law on a year-round and ongoing basis.

Mr. Biden, I will be very pleased if this additional campaign-strategy letter helps you to achieve your goal of becoming the next President of the United States.

Sincerely and Best Wishes from a friendly supporter of yours in Austin, Texas,
John Kevin McMillan.
