Mr. McMillan,
After searching both the criminal and civil systems, the Williamson County Attorney’s Office, and the Williamson County District Attorney’s Office have found no information that is responsive to your request. I have contacted the Sheriff’s Department and they are getting back to me on any information they might have. When I hear back from the Sherriff’s Office, I’ll e-mail you again.
This office does not represent the Health District, so you will need to send a separate Public Information request to the Health District/Department.
Good luck in your search.

Dear County Attorney Duty,
This is a Texas Open Records request in which I seek to obtain from your very influential county government a photocopy of any and all letters, computer records, reports, memoranda, E-mail transmissions, printed reports, phone messages, or any other items on file with Williamson County Government at any time since October 1, 2007, and that, in each such case, either refers to myself, John Kevin McMillan, in any manner or any way, and/or refers in any context to the Village Inn 620 restaurant at 11630 FM 620 North in Williamson County, Texas, or to the Souper Salad restaurant along Pecan Park Boulevard that's situated near Lakeline Mall in Williamson County, Texas.
The photocopies I seek are of documents and other items that at any time since October 1, 2007, have been received or compiled or produced or generated or noted or stored by any employee or official at any of the following offices of Williamson County Government:
---the Williamson County Health Department Retail Food Division, or any other office of the Williamson County Health Department, including the office of the Director of the Williamson County Health Department and the head official for the Williamson County Health Department Retail Food Division.
---the Office of the Director of Environmental Services Division of the Williamson County Health Department, including the cited Director of that division, who according to your county's official website is an individual named Paulo Pinto.
---the Williamson County Sheriff's Office.
---the Williamson County District Attorney's Office.
---the Williamson County Attorney's Office.
---any office or official of Williamson County Government who or that monitors or enforces compliance with laws restricting or regulating noise pollution inside workplaces or elsewhere in Williamson County, Texas.
Included in the scope of this Open Records request are E-mail letters I wrote and E-mailed to Ms. Kay Kelley or Ms. Yvonne Garcia of your Williamson County Health Department Retail Food Division on February 4, 2008; February 26, 2008; February 27, 2008; and March 24, 2008; and any phone messages relating to my numerous phone calls to that office in the entire period since early February of 2008, including today, when I spoke with Ms. Yvonne Garcia of that office, and I asked her whether Ms. Kelley has in fact received the most recent E-mail letter from myself.
Ms. Yvonnne Garcia of your county government stated to me on the telephone on March 20, 2008, that there have been "several" inspections by the Williamson County Health Department of Village Inn 620, situated at 11630 FM 620 in Cedar Park, Texas, thus far in calendar year 2008. Despite this, a day or two ago when I consulted your county government website, I was not able to find any cited result from any such reported inspection of Village Inn 620, in particular.
My legal name is John Kevin McMillan. My social security number is .... I was born on April 27, 1957, at Lincoln , Nebraska . I have resided in Texas ever since January of 1988, most recently. I have resided in Austin , Texas , on a continuous basis ever since mid-March of 1997, most recently. I am a single, unencumbered, gainfully employed, law-abiding, adult gentleman. I lead a completely alcohol-free (and never-previously addicted) and anti-alcohol, lifelong tobacco-free and anti-tobacco, completely illicit-drug-free (and never previously addicted) and anti-illicit-drugs, tattoo-less, clean-talking (virtually no profanity ever being verbalized by myself), facially cleanshaven, platonically polite, masculine and politely aggressive, consistently civil and honest and consistently law-abiding and non-stalking, longtime celibate, HIV-negative, disease-free, healthful lifestyle.
I am the founder of a new and non-proselytizing, lawfully non-Christian religion of my own --- a religion with only one total member at present, myself --- that emphatically opposes anonymous communications, stalking, verbal harassment, profane speech in communications with others, sadomasochism, torture, pranksterism, and fraudulent communications. In that regard, I myself definitely do not participate in any anonomyous communications, stalking, verbal harassment of others, sadomasochism, torture, pranksterism (pranks), or fraudulent communications.
I previously resided in Williamson County , in the city of Taylor , Texas , for a brief multi-week period of 1990, when I worked as a reporter and photographer for the general-circulation newspaper in Taylor . I currently work in two different chain restaurants that from what I understand are each situated inside Williamson County , Texas .
Early this year, I received yet another medical finding inside his medical clinic from a first-rate ear, nose, and throat specialist, Dr. David Tobey of the Austin area, that noise pollution in recent months at one or more of my workplaces and away from my workplaces as well that I myself did not cause has allegedly caused significant damage to my own hearing capacity and auditory medical health, Dr. Tobey helpfully informed me.
I previously was employed as a server for the IHOP Duval chain restaurant in Austin , Texas , from November of 2002 until October of 2007. I have worked for a variety of Souper Salad restaurants in the Austin area ever since May of 2002; I have worked at Souper Salad Lakeline restaurant in Williamson County ever since early 2003, to the best of my recollection.
One assistant manager of mine at the time at Souper Salad Lakeline, Ms. Patty Hummel, helpfully stated to me several years ago during working horus for me inside Souper Salad Lakeline restaurant that noise pollution at that time was a major problem inside that restaurant. The general manager at that time was Rudy Woolf (Woolfe? sp?), who no longer works for Souper Salad Inc., from what I have been told.
Dr. Tobey has examined myself and my hearing or auditory health several times inside his medical clinic in northwest Austin ever since about three years ago, and he has obtained reliable statistical medical reports confirming damage to my own medical health in that regard.
I myself do not play any loud music, and I almost never raise my voice or shout, and I maintain a quiet lifestyle inside my residence in northwest Austin .
Attached, please find legal correspondence of mine relating to noise pollution damage to my own medical health that I have sustained in Williamson County , Texas , and in Travis County, Texas, in recent months and recent years:
County Attorney Duty, I am also submitting this Open Records request because I was informed in January of 2006 by Ms. Norma Hilbig, a paralegal based in the Strategic Proseuction Division of the Travis County District Attorney's Office in Austin, that a voluminous criminal-law file has been established in that division on my own behalf and for my benefit.
Ms. Hilbig informed an Austin-based criminal-law attorney on my behalf in April of 2006 that if any person ever at any time commits a felony crime victimizing myself, John Kevin McMillan, Travis County District Attorney Ronald Earle will consult that "John McMillan file" in pressing criminal-law charges against any such cited defendant accused of having wronged myself and of having allegedly committed a felony crime in the process.
Among the individuals and entities currently or previously residing in or situated in Central Texas whom or that I have lawfully rejected from my own life are: a Jon Miller-Carrasco; a Professor Guy Howard Miller affiliated with The University of Texas at Austin; an Arthur Rauch; .....
Thank you in advance for your prompt and very thorough response to this Open Records request from myself.
Sincerely,
John Kevin McMillan,
11411 Research Boulevard, Apt. 325, Austin , Texas , 78759.

Subject: 3-10-08 note to Cousin Jim re: Dr. Tobey's diagnosis of noise pollution damage to my health
Dear Cousin Jim in the Iowa City area of Iowa ,
Thank you again for your kind statements to me several years ago over the telephone that you suspect that several individuals in the Austin area of Texas have exhibited possible alleged criminal intent or harmful intent toward myself. I hope that the following (attached) legal correspondence of mine, relating to ear, nose, and throat specialist Dr. David Tobey's recent medical dignosis in northwest Austin that noise pollution in Austin has allegedly caused permanent damage to my own hearing capacity and medical health in Austin, will be of interest to yourself and your relatives in Iowa.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Uncle John Dane for his comment to me a few years ago, at a memorial service-related dinner following the death of my beloved mother, Phyllis McMillan, that Uncle John believes that noise pollution is a major problem in rural Iowa , too. I appreciated Uncle John's willingness to chat with me that day about noise pollution in my own life that I politely complained about to himself that day inside Threadgill's restaurant in central Austin .
Sincerely and Best Wishes,
John Kevin McMillan,

Dear Dr. Tobey,
In going through my personal files relating to yourself and your very fine medical clinic, I happened to find an E-mail address (dtobey@mac.com) that you yourself had provided me a few years ago during a visit of mine to your medical clinic.
Since the E-mail address I was provided this year by Shay of your office staff in Austin somehow did not permit me to successfully send the following correspondence to yourself, I have decided to send this correspondence (see attached items) to the other E-mail address that you yourself had provided me in person a few years ago.
I hope that this follow-up correspondence from myself is helpful.
Thank you again, Dr. Tobey, for your very kind interest in my own medical health and quality of life and legal rights in Austin , Texas .
Sincerely,

several cc's, including to Commander Larry Oliver, Austin Police Department, Commander Oliver this year having kindly expressed concern to me over the telephone about year-round noise pollution in Austin that has been injurious to myself over a multi-year period, with Commander Oliver emphasizing to me that I of course have the legal right to myself file a criminal-law charge against any and all specific cited sources of any such noise pollution in Austin, Texas, that allegedly violated the law in any way. In that regard, it is my hope that Dr. David Tobey might be willing to help me to directly cite to Commander Oliver of the Austin Police Department law-enforcement agency in Austin , Texas , a specific source or specific sources of the deplorably injurious and illegal noise pollution victimizing myself, John K. McMillan, in Austin , over a multi-year period.

Dear Dr. Tobey,
Thank you again for your very kind willingness to discuss with any individual or institution your most recent medical findings of this week-----along with any other medical findings of yours----about noteworthy damage to the hearing capacity in my left ear as well from the injurious effects of noise pollution in Austin on myself, with your medical findings about myself in those regards relating to any and all cited workplace contexts where noise pollution might have allegedly occurred as well as any other context cited by yourself.
As you know, Dr. Tobey, I never play any loud music in my apartment or in the motor vehicle that I drive to my workplace; and I myself am not the generator of or the source of ANY loud noise in my own life. I lead a completely alcohol-free and teetotaling, consistently civil and law-abiding, gainfully employed single adult lifestyle in Ausitn.
Among the individuals you are of course authorized by myself to discuss your medical findings about myself with are any official or employee of the Austin Police Department, the Travis County Sheriff's Office, the Travis County District Attorney's Office, the Texas Department of Public Safety, any other applicable law-enforcement agency, The University of Texas System, the Ex-Students Association in which I am a dues-paying member, any media company, any health-insurance company or government official or attorney or any individual or any non-profit organization or medical society that or who might ever at any time contact you in regard to myself.

Dear Dr. Tobey,
Attached, please find the E-mail letter that I had attempted to send you late last month, but the E-mail address I'd been provided by Shay, an assistant of yours, apparently did not work at that time. Thank you again, Dr. Tobey, for your admirably empathetic and conscientious toward this particular law-abiding and gainfully employed, single adult male patient of yours.
I wish to again emphasize that you are authorized by myself to talk with any KVUE Television News reporter or editor, or any other media company that contacts you in regard to your very helpful professional medical opinion that noise pollution in Austin, Texas, that I myself did not generate or cause in any way, has allegedly been injurious to my own auditory medical health and my own quality of life in Austin, Texas.

Dear Dr. Tobey,
I would like to thank you again for very kindly agreeing with me earlier today during my scheduled 10:40 a.m. medical appointment with yourself inside your medical clinic in northwest Austin that injurious noise pollution in Austin----and, you helpfully added, possible air contaminants at one or more of my workplaces in recent years ----appears to have caused the massive quantity of "beeswax" that you removed from each of my ears today during your medical examination of myself.
Today during your medical exam of myself inside your clinic, you helpfully pointed out that that beeswax buildup inside my ears today was much greater than expected, partly since you had last removed beeswax from both of my ears a few years ago inside that same medical clinic, you helpfully noted.
I would also like to thank you, Dr. Tobey, for your very kind stated willingness today to accept a photocopy of recent Open Records-related legal correspondence of mine with the City Government of Austin. That 30-page legal document, a copy of which your diligent staff member Shay has kindly added to my medical file with yourself, indicates that the Austin Police Department (APD) for reasons unclear to myself has thus far chosen to dismiss as irrelevant verbalized complaints of mine to APD officers about noise pollution in Austin, Texas.
"He (John K. McMillan) asked about filing charges," APD Officer John Nelson notes in a June 11, 2004, E-mail report he sent that day to APD Officer Gena Curtis in regard to my civilly-stated and lawful complaints of noise pollution victimizing myself that I'd verbalized to APD. "I explained that a citation similar to a traffic ticket could be written under certain circumstances. Also advised him that a citizen could file a complaint w/ municipal court."
In a follow-up June 11, 2004-dated E-mail letter in response to my own politely stated noise pollution complaints to APD, APD officer Van Cearley emphasizes to APD Officer Rudy Landeros that "we ran a history on Mr. McMillan and he has been handled as an emotionally disturbed person in the past." That same follow-up report also notes that "he (John McMillan) does not have a specific complaint at this time" about noise pollution, Officer Cearley stated in writing, this in a legal document that was included in the legal documents I added to my medical file inside your medical clinic today.
Even as of today, APD thus far has apparently chosen to ignore numerous complaints of mine about noise pollution in Austin, this despite the fact that that municipal law-enforcement agency in our capital city of Texas is legally responsible for investigating and filing legal charges in a court of law against any and all sources of noise pollution evidenced in Austin, Texas, that violate municipal law---or that violate any other law, I would assume.
Dr. Tobey, please note that I did complete and sign and provide to Shay inside your medical clinic a legal authorization form that gives you my express permission to share with the Austin Police Department or any other government entity, or any attorney, or, I added seconds later in an oral comment to Shay, any media company anywhere in the world, --- or, I might add at this time, any individual who contacts your medical clinic about it --- any and all information or findings or opinions you yourself wish to share with that entity or individual or company that relate to noise pollution (and, you've indicated, air pollution as well) that's been, and continues to be, appallingly injurious to my own medical health in Austin, Texas.
In that regard, I have chosen to carbon-copy this follow-up letter to Austin Police Chief Art Acevedo, partly because I sensed from chatting in person today with APD Officer Will Monte at about 2:15 p.m. this Tuesday inside your medical clinic (a conversation I had with Officer Monte in a context relating to a lost-and-found report from myself to APD today that I informed your polite staff members about before I made that polite 311 phone call from your office to APD), that Officer Monte appeared to also be concerned about the alleged role of noise pollution apparently violative of the law that allegedly has been and continues to be harmful to myself in Austin, Texas.
Incidentally, the APD number assigned to the lost-and-found report I filed over the telephone today from your medical clinic is: 085003893. I filed that report at 1:24 p.m. today, according to Angela, the APD telephone operator who accepted that report from myself relating to a rain-drenched $20 bill I had discovered lying on the ground in front of my parked car near your medical clinic building at about 1 p.m. today. I had made that surprising discovery today seconds after I had driven back to your clinic's parking lot in front of your building in order to provide yourself with a photocopy of the recent noise-pollution-related legal correspondence of mine with the Austin Police Department --- correspondence that contains APD records about their decision to not investigate those stated complaints of mine---and to return a "Southern Living" magazine I had borrowed from your office earlier today with your staff's permission.
Thank you again, Dr. Tobey, for your very professional and courageously empathetic style as my ear, nose, and throat specialist.

Dear Open Records Coordinator for the Office of the Governor of Texas state agency in Austin,
This is a Texas Open Records request in which I seek to obtain from you any and all letters, notes, handwritten notes, E-mail correspondence, reports, memoranda, public statements, or other legal documents that refer at least once to myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin, in any way or in any context, and that were, in each and every such case, written or received or forwarded or mailed or E-mailed or sent or FAXed at any time since or including on January 20, 2015---Governor Abbott's first-ever day of office in that new elective position for himself---by an attorney or other staff member or administrator or official employed in the Office of General Counsel of the Governor of Texas state agency in Austin at any time during the current term of office of Greg Abbott as Governor of Texas.
Excluded from the scope of this public-information request are any and all E-mail letters that were exclusively written by myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin.
My legal name is John Kevin McMillan. I am a native of Lincoln, Nebraska. I was born in that capital city of Nebraska on April 27, 1957.My social security number is: ....
I have resided in Austin proper on a continuous and uninterrupted basis ever since mid-March 1997. I have resided as an official tenant in Apartment 325 of Building 3 at Wind River Crossing Apartments in northwest Austin ever since January 2002. Wind River Crossing Apartments are reportedly owned and managed by Westdale, a for-profit nationwide realty corporation headquartered in Dallas, Texas.
Among the insights I hope to glean from this public-information request are:
---Is Texas Governor Greg Abbott, who is an attorney by training, currently aware that I myself am a single adult gainfully employed white male victim of one or more felony crimes in Austin, Texas?
---Does Mr. Abbott now believe, with the benefit of hindsight, that I myself, John Kevin McMillan, have been victimized by alleged continuous and still-to-this-very-day continuing daily and year-round and multi-year felony personal-injury crimes in Austin?
---Is Governor Abbott or any member of his legal staff in the Office of General Counsel disappointed in any way by the apparent very emphatic refusal of the Austin Police Department (APD) ever since late 2011 to ever at any time investigate any of my own crime reports to APD about myself being a victim of alleged personal-injury-crimes and alleged-anal-rape crimes allegedly inflicted on me during my sleep (I snore, and I always sleep ALONE on a bed that I myself own) inside my bolt-locked private bedroom of my bolt-locked rental apartment unit at Wind River Crossing Apartments in northwest Austin?
---Does Governor Abbott possibly sense that the multi-year policy by the Austin Police Department NOT to investigate any crime reports from me at any time since or including late 2011 about my being a victim of crime in Austin, Texas, was possibly an "APD policy" or "City of Austin policy" possibly tied to a "strategy" by numerous influential Central Texans and possibly numerous other influential Texans as well, to "encourage" or "pressure" myself, John Kevin McMillan, to myself move away from Texas and to another U.S. state, such as possibly Utah with its well-known anti-marijuana, anti-alcohol, anti-tobacco, anti-tattoos, and anti-profanity outlook by the vast majority of residents of that U.S. state, and with Salt Lake City's very admirable and innovative comprehensive light-rail mass-transit system serving residents in and visitors to Salt Lake City, Utah.
---Does Governor Abbott believe or suspect that possibly some militant and sadistic and injurious and ruthless group of persons who have religious and political values and beliefs and priorities very different from and incompatible with my own, has allegedly been permitted by the City of Austin to allegedly harass me and allegedly stalk me and allegedly persecute me or allegedly subject me to an illegal "thought-control project" or allegedly subject me to medically injurious continuous noise pollution that I myself DO NOT want and DID NOT request.
----Does Governor Abbott agree with an emphatic oral statement volunteered to myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin, on the telephone in February 2012 by John Schlueter, a leading staff member at the ABC-affiliate KVUE Television News station in Austin, that "the scope and magnitude of violations of your (John Kevin McMillan's) own privacy rights in Austin, Texas, exceed anything that I (John Schlueter) have witnessed anywhere in the Austin area at any time during my own lifetime" (approximate quote), with John Schlueter also emphatically declaring to me in that same local telephone conversation I had with that apparently friendly KVUE staff member in February 2012 that "No matter where you (John Kevin McMillan) go in Austin, you will be getting raped (sic)".
--Does Governor Abbott strongly support my own asserted legal and human right to myself enjoy full and immediate year-round access on a continuing basis to reliable and fully accurate news and informational services in our capital city of Texas?
---Has Governor Abbott considered requesting an independent investigation by some government-sponsored commission or committee into alleged possible violations of my own privacy rights and human rights as a single adult celibate-by-choice white non-Christian gentleman in Austin.
---Does Governor Abbott believe or suspect that possibly at least one agency or institution owned by or affiliated with the State Government of Texas may have possibly incurred a legal liability because of that agency's or institution's alleged failure to protect my own personal safety and privacy rights and medical health and intellectual vitality and creativity and various human rights in my capacity as a psychologically healthy and teetotaling and law-abiding and honest and vigilant and law-enforcement-minded single adult longtime-celibate-by-choice white non-Christian American-born gentleman in Austin?
Thank you in advance for your reply letter providing me with any and all documents responsive to this public-information request from myself.
Sincerely and Best Wishes,
John Kevin McMillan.

Dear Ms. Amy Lee in the Office of the General Counsel of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) state agency headquarters in Huntsville, Texas,
Thank you for your October 15, 2015, reply E-mail letter (below) to me, confirming that your state agency headquarters at Huntsville currently has at least one legal document on file, a document not authored by myself, that refers to an expected increase in the total number of state prison inmates in Texas who are each expected to be persons convicted of having committed a felony crime that victimized myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin.
Ms. Lee, would you please provide me with an estimate of how many total pages of legal documents are on file with your state agency offices at Huntsville that each refer to an expected large number of additional convicted felons to be housed in state prisons of Texas who, in each and every such case, are individuals who are expected to be convicted of a felony crime that specifically victimized myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin, Texas?
I would also appreciate receiving from you a cost estimate on the total amount of money your state agency might charge me for administrative-processing and mailing expenses incurred by your agency from providing me with a hard copy or E-mailed version of each and every one of those particular applicable legal documents on file with your state agency headquarters at Huntsville.

Dear Open Records Administrator for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice state agency in Huntsville, Texas,
This is a Texas Open Records request in which I seek to obtain from your state agency headquarters offices in Huntsville a copy of any and all memoranda or letters or reports or E-mail communications or phone messages generated or received or written or produced or forwarded or sent or mailed by any applicable TDCJ headquarters administrator at Huntsville--- including any TDCJ headquarters administrator in charge of facilities and any staff member or attorney in your Office of General Counsel at Huntsville and the chief administrator of the TDCJ at Huntsville---at any time since 12:01 a.m. April 17, 2011, and that, in each such case, refers to whether the TDCJ state prison system has enough staff members and resources in the various state prisons of Texas to house and feed and clothe and supervise each and every one of the hundreds or thousands of individuals whom your agency possibly believes or senses or maintains may have possibly committed a felony crime that victimized myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin, at any time during the four-and-one-half-year period from 12:01 a.m. April 17, 2011, through the present.
Austin Police Department Detective Brian Narciso of APD's Sex Crimes Unit is reportedly the assigned investigator who is currently investigating APD Sex Crimes Case Number 15-1540423 --- a crime case for which I as the self-identified single adult white male victim of rape inside my bolt-locked private residence filed a report with APD on June 3, 2015. That crime case is still open and no arrest of any suspect has apparently been made thus far. The APD office phone number for Detective Narciso is: (512) 974-6916.
At the request of the Travis County District Attorney's Office, APD is currently maintaining at an APD substation in Austin a doctor-ordered anal-rape-evidence kit obtained from my own body in late December 2011 for APD Sex Crimes Case 11-3550615, with myself the victim and complainant for that case. APD has apparently not conducted any lab tests on that rape evidence kit.
My legal name is John Kevin McMillan. I am a former full-time employee in Austin of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, the Texas Department of Public Safety, and the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles state agencies. I lead a dependably civil and law-abiding and honest and factually accurate, permanently alcohol-free and anti-alcohol-minded, lifelong-tobacco-free and anti-tobacco-minded, permanently marijuana-free and anti-marijuana-minded, permanently illicit-drug-free and anti-illicit-drug-minded, facially-cleanshaven, lifelong tattoo-less, consistently clean-talking (no profanity by me in my everyday conversations with others), longtime celibate-by-choice (including throughout any and all of my own conscious or waking hours, regardless of where I was situated or where I traveled to, ever since and including the day when I moved to northwest Austin in August 2001 in order to myself reside as an official tenant at an apartment complex there, Wind River Crossing) lifestyle as a white non-Hispanic, non-Jewish, non-Judaistic, non-Christian, non-Moslem, non-Quaker, non-Unitarian, non-MCC, non-atheistic gentleman.
I am the founder and only approved current member of the Progressive Prohibitionist Religion, an implicitly-deistic new non-Christian religion with very stringent membership-eligibility requirements.
My social security number is:.... I was born on April 27, 1957, at Lincoln, Nebraska.
I have resided in Austin proper on a continuous and uninterrupted basis ever since mid-March 1997.
One kindly TDCJ headquarters staff attorney, Jim Frazier (right name?), a very distinguished attorney member of the State Bar of Texas, did volunteer to me earlier this century on the telephone from his office at Huntsville that in his opinion, the people of Austin are not friendly enough toward myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin, and for that cited reason I should myself consider moving to Huntsville, Texas, and myself then purchase a private home of my own in Huntsville, that kindly attorney for your state agency stated to me on the telephone.
Thank you in advance for your diligent and thorough and fully reliable reply letter providing me with any and all documents responsive to this public-information request from myself.
Sincerely and Best Wishes,

COMMENTS: I am the son of a former elder in the Mormon Church who was himself a native of Murray, Utah.
I currently reside in Austin, Texas, but am considering moving to Salt Lake City, Utah.
Would you please provide me with an E-mail address for your group?
I am very hopeful that your group will offer me advice on how I can achieve my goal of sleeping alone on my own bed inside my locked bedroom of my bolt-locked rental apartment unit without any alleged intruder inside my bedroom ever at any time having any physical contact or any sexual contact with me, or ever at any time subjecting me to personal injury of any type, at any time when I am asleep and lying unconscious on my own bed.

Thanks for your email, John.
We would assist a person dealing with that by referring them to their local advocacy center, which you can find here: http://rapehelpmn.org/find-help/
If you have additional questions, please let me know.
Thanks,
Megan

I am a former resident of Minnesota. Does your group ever assist persons who are victimized by alleged continuous rape crimes and alleged continuous personal-injury-crimes that are allegedly inflicted on the victim during her or his sleep on a daily basis at a time when she or he is, in fact, unconscious and lying on her or his designated bed inside her or his locked private bedroom of her or his bolt-locked residence?
(EDITOR'S NOTE: Ms. Evans of the Texas Health and Human Services Commission state agency of the State Government of Texas misspelled my last name in the following E-mail reply letter to me. My correctly spelled last name, "McMillan," contains only one 'i'. The State Government of Texas is officially headed these days by Texas Governor Greg Abbott. Immediately before he assumed that elective office in Austin in January 2015, Mr. Abbott held the elective position of Attorney General of Texas for 12 consecutive years.
