Dear Utah State Rep. Joel Briscoe, Utah State Senator Jenn Plumb, Salt Lake City Mayor Erin Mendenhall and City Council Members, Salt Lake County Council Member Arlyn Bradshaw, and Salt Lake County Mayor Jenny Wilson,
Do any of you believe the State of Utah, Salt Lake County Government, Salt Lake City Government, or the Utah Legislature should assist in the establishment of a proposed "Utah Tomorrow Superfund" that helps finance statewide improvements to water quality and air quality levels, reduced air pollution levels, land conservation and energy conservation, crime-deterrence programs, statewide planting of water-conserving and hardy botanical trees and bushes or water-conserving agricultural crops that can thrive on a year-round basis here in Salt Lake County or elsewhere in Utah, and expansion and improvements to Utah Transit Authority mass-transit services that help to make train cars and buses quieter and safer and more comfortable to ride in?
If so, do you also believe that the State of Utah, Salt Lake County, or the City of Salt Lake should invite the billionaires (see above online link) and millionaires of Utah, or nonprofit foundations funded by those wealthy Utahns, to play a leading role in helping to finance this urgently needed "Utah Tomorrow Superfund" bipartisan agenda?
Best Wishes,
John Kevin McMillan, youngest grandson of Murray (UT) former butcher shop owner Parley McMillan of Murray, Utah, and his devoted LDS member wife, Mrs. Alice Mae Pugh (maiden surname) McMillan of Murray.
