I need to add to my early-morning April 23, 2020-dated letter, below, another compelling justification for a well-publicized and very specific public-policy strategy from yourself on how the federal government can help protect high-population-density urban areas such as New York City, New York, from a future scenario of catastrophic pandemic devastation of those cities and their residents' lives.

Mr. Biden, as I'm sure you are already very aware, high-population-density cities with comprehensive mass transportation systems --- New York City being one such noble city based on those criteria----enable American society to reduce our nation's reliance on fossil fuels.

I hope this post-script note will be helpful to you and your campaign staff.

Dear Mr. Biden,

I respectfully recommend that you and your research team develop a public-policy agenda that will protect and strengthen the noble role of high-density urban areas in conservation of land --- land conservation, as I'm sure you would agree, that is crucial to the future of our entire nation. That land conservation protects the loss of wilderness land, parkland, and land that could be used for or is currently used for agricultural or ranching purposes.

As you know, Mr. Biden, the COVID-19 crisis has prompted many Americans to question whether it makes sense to either continue living in or to move to a densely-populated heavily-populous city such as New York City.

If you and your highly-regarded "brain trust" of advisers and researchers can come up with a public-policy agenda on how densely-populated cities such as New York City can be protected more effectively in the future against pandemics like COVID-19, this would greatly enhance your reputation for being wise and incisive and alert to current and major developing public-policy challenges for our entire nation.

P.S. Mr. Biden, I sense that you could reassure many voters if you were to pledge to hire a Secret Service agent to stand near you or watch you closely at all times, and whose primary duties would include prompt reporting to the FBI and the American people any incident in which you are oberved by that Secret Service agent having possibly improper physical contact with anyone. If you pledge to be fully transparent and fully accountable in that way, this will help a lot to boost all your supporters' confidence that you yourself will never at any time have any sex scandal of any type during your own expected four-year (one-term) Presidency. I might add that if you can do more during the current campaign to publicly criticize noteworthy cases of negligence by the Catholic Church (your own religious denomination) in responding to allegations of sexual impropriety by priests, this will help you to boost your support among non-Catholic voters---and also, just as importantly, your support among conscientious, law-abiding, law-enforcement-minded Catholic voters.
