Dear TREC Public Information Officer,

Thank you for your November 20, 2019-dated e-mail reply note (below), in which your public-information officer Dione Frederick politely advised me to consider narrowing the scope of my most recent public-information request to your State of Texas agency in Austin.

I hereby withdraw the Open Records request that you responded to in writing on November 20.

This is a new Texas Open Records request in which I seek to obtain from you a copy of any and all records of TREC disciplinary actions that were imposed at any time since April 1, 2015, on one or more cited respective real estate agents in Texas who were employed as or holding the role of manager or assistant manager or owner or part-owner of a rental-housing unit in Texas, and that referred to their cited role in any of the following:
---the illegal or unauthorized construction or sponsorship of or deployment or use of, one or more secret or hidden or concealed points of entry, such as from above or below or from an abutting unit or from outdoors, into an official tenant's locked rental-housing unit.
---the presence of one or more walls abutting one or more rooms of a cited official tenant's locked rental-housing unit that allegedly moved outward or inward and thereby made it possible for a person situated in an abutting unit or situated in space between the cited official tenant's unit and another rental unit, to enter the cited tenant's locked rental-housing unit.

I myself am a dependably civil and law-abiding and honest adult Anglo gentleman who has no criminal-conviction record. I am gainfully employed, and I lead a permanently drinking-alcohol-free, permanently illicit-drug-free lifestyle. I am a former full-time newspaper reporter in Texas and other states, and I am factually-minded.

I am the founder and only current approved member of a new and non-Christian and non-proselytizing religion, the Honor Society "Progressive Prohibitionist Religion" with very stringent membership-eligibility requirements, that many Central Texans and other Americans have indicated to me that they themselves either dislike or despise.

Thank you in advance for your very helpful reply letter providing me with any and all responsive legal documents.

Sincerely and Best Wishes,
John Kevin McMillan, a former full-time employee in Austin of the Texas Department of Public Safety state agency.

Mr. McMillan,

We have received your request under the Texas Public Information Act, Tex. Gov. Code § 552.001 et. seq. dated November 7, 2019.

The agency has no feasible electronic means to search for the requested material. A search for the correct statutory code and codes for those preceding the current codes, would yield thousands of complaints that would then have to be reviewed manually. If requested, a cost estimate will be provided. However, I may better assist you if you are able to clarify or narrow your request.

You may submit your response as a reply to this email, via fax to (512)-936-3788 or mail to P.O. Box 12188, Austin, TX, 78711-2188. Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, if a written response is not received within 61 days from the date of this letter, your request for public information will be considered withdrawn.

Please contact me directly if you have any questions or need additional information.

Dear TREC Public Information Officer,

This is a Texas Open Records request in which I seek to obtain from you a copy of any and all records of TREC disciplinary actions that were imposed at any time since January 1, 2001, on one or more cited respective real estate agents acting as managers or assistant managers or owners of a rental-housing unit or rental-housing complex, and that referred to their cited role in any of the following:

---the illegal or improper construction or sponsorship of or deployment or use of, one or more secret or hidden or concealed points of entry, such as from above or below or from an abutting unit or from outdoors, into an official tenant's locked apartment unit.

---the presence of walls abutting one or more rooms of an official tenant's locked apartment unit that allegedly moved outward or inward and thereby made it possible for a person situated in an abutting unit or in space between the cited official tenant's unit and another rental unit, to illegally enter or trespass upon the cited tenant's rental apartment unit.

---home-invasion crimes or hate crimes involving illegal entry into, or burglary of, an official tenant's rental unit.

---discrimination-related conduct toward or hostile actions toward an official tenant based on antipathy by one or more members of an apartment complex management team toward that tenant's religious beliefs or personal beliefs or political beliefs, or toward that tenant's related or accompanying conduct.

---violations of the building code of a government entity with jurisdiction that were citedly injurious to or otherwise victimized or harmed an official tenant inside his locked apartment unit.

---trespassing or any form of unauthorized or illegal entry by one or more persons into an official tenant's locked apartment unit.

------illegal or unauthorized spying into or electronic surveillance of or unauthorized videotaping or televising of the interior an official tenant's locked apartment unit in Texas.

---cited verbal harassment of an official tenant inside his locked apartment unit.

----cited harassment or abuse of an official tenant involving violations of his privacy rights or infliction of noise pollution or a thought-control project or behavior-modification project or a "punitive-services project" or a deprogramming project or religious-conversion project or stalking or hostage-taking project or an attempted "snuff movie" production on or sexual assault of that official tenant inside his locked apartment unit.

---cited harassment of an official tenant inside his locked apartment unit that deliberately and on a repeated basis inflicted sleep-ruination and accompanying bodily pain on that tenant.

----organized crime activities or continuous daily and year-round criminal activities that reportedly or allegedly victimized or medically injured or harmed an official tenant or subjected that tenant against his or her wishes to illegal sexual trafficking or prostitution, or to removal of that tenant's clothing during his sleeping hours when that tenant was himself actually asleep and unconscious and lying alone on his own bed, inside his own locked rental unit.

---activities that subjected an official tenant inside his locked rental unit to one or more forms of involuntary nudism or deprivation of privacy rights that he did NOT want and DID NOT request.

----unauthorized services involving use of medical technology in infliction of nasal inhalants or anal-vibrators or liquids into or physical torture of the body of an official tenant or physical contact or medical injury or sexual assault to which an official tenant inside his locked apartment unit was reportedly subjected against his wishes during his sleeping hours.

----the withholding from a cited law-enforcement agency of information that a manager or assistant manager or owner of an apartment complex had obtained which would have identified one or more possible suspects who had allegedly assaulted or physically abused or deliberately harassed or trespassed upon an official tenant inside his locked rental apartment unit.

I myself am a dependably civil and law-abiding and honest adult Anglo gentleman who has no criminal-conviction record.
