HOW TO PUT A STOP TO ORGANIZED CRIME AT AN APARTMENT COMPLEX IN AUSTIN, TEXAS, USA:

(PLEASE NOTE: AN EARLIER VERSION OF THIS FACTUAL STATEMENT THAT I WROTE WAS ALSO POSTED BY ME EARLIER TODAY AT "NEXTDOOR.COM". NEXTDOOR.COM IS AN ONLINE WEBSITE THAT FOSTERS PARTICIPATION BY RESIDENTS OF EACH NEIGHBORHOOD OF AUSTIN, TEXAS, IN A VARIETY OF ISSUES, INCLUDING CRIME PREVENTION. THE HEADQUARTERS FOR NEXTDOOR.COM IS IN SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA. That first-rate company's street address and phone number are: 760 Market St. #300, San Francisco, CA 94102; Phone: (415) 569-7971)

You can call or write to the "Nuisance Abatement Unit" of the Austin Police Department (APD) and offer that APD unit a complaint.
That complaint from you can then trigger an investigation by that APD unit that results in the apartment complex with alleged organized crime activities being closed by court order for one year. This could occur if the owner of that complex fails to respond adequately to allegations by APD of organized crime activities occurring on that commercial real-estate property in Austin, Texas. The two current officers of the APD Nuisance Abatement Unit are: APD Sergeant Micah Roberts, office phone 512-974-4499, e-mail address "micah.roberts@austintexas.gov"; and APD Detective Brian Robinson, office phone 512-974-7715, e-mail address "brian.robinson2@austintexas.gov". The official Austin Police Department webpage for the Nuisance Abatement Unit contains the following very helpful statement: "What kind of illegal activity can be addressed by the nuisance abatement unit? "prostitution "aggravated assault "sexual assault "robbery "gambling "organized criminal activity "delivery, possession, manufacture or use of a controlled substance "discharge of a firearm "unlawfully carrying a weapon "trafficking persons". According to the official APD webpage for the Nuisance Abatement Unit, the types of properties that can be closed because of organized crime activities there include apartments, motels, private residences, businesses of any type, convenience stores, and "any type of property."
