Dear Texas Workforce Commission Civil Rights Director Gomez,
Thank you for the very kind recent E-mail reply letter you sent me in regard to stated concerns of mine I've shared with you about alleged unwanted sex-theme and sexuality-theme and gay-theme verbalized communications to which I have been subjected against my wishes at various workplaces of mine in the Austin area of Texas in recent years.
I wish to emphasize that company policies at each of the respective workplaces where those unwanted communications have occurred have each prohibited sex-theme, sexuality-theme, and gay-theme verbalized communications being inflicted on employees at the workplace in any context sponsored by that employer.
I hope that the following letter of mine to a State of Montana official, a letter from myself that also refers to working conditions I have endured in Texas over a multi-decade period, will also prove to be of interest to your State of Texas agency in Austin.
Sincerely and Best Wishes,
John Kevin McMillan, a consistently law-abiding and civil and honest, vigilant, permanently illicit-drug-free, lifelong tobacco-free, permanently alcohol-free, facially cleanshaven, tattoo-less, clean-talking, platonically polite, HIV-negative, fully ambulatory, disease-free, gainfully employed single adult gentelman.

with courtesy carbon-copies to other government officials in Texas and in Washington, D.C., it being my hope that some state or federal agency will be willing to pursue an investigation on its own initiative into these legal matters and public-policy matters.

Dear Montana Department of Commerce Public Relations Officer Sexton in Helena,

Thank you for the lovely color photograph you have sent me, highlighting Montana scenery and an athletically talented and impressive young gentleman bicyclist in Helena. I received that very nice free photograph from you today in the mail at my apartment complex in northwest Austin.

That photograph from your people-friendly state government in Montana will serve as a very fine inspiration to me as I strive to lose lots of weight and pursue athletics more often on a year-round basis.

As I indicated to you on the telephone when I recently made a long-distance phone call to your State of Montana government office in Helena, in the period since mid-1987 I have repeatedly gained lots of weight at various times and suffered numerous medical problems in Austin, Texas, and elsewhere in Texas as well, that derived in large part from unwanted and apparently illegal noise pollution in Texas that has inflicted lots of needless stress and anxiety on myself in each and every Texan city or Texan town where I have resided during the entire period since mid-1987.

I have complained about that offensive noise pollution inflicted on me in Texas to dozens of attorney members of the State Bar of Texas over a multi-decade period, without any of those highly-esteemed attorneys stating to me at any time that he or she was willing to file any lawsuit on my own behalf in that regard, or that any legal recourse was available to me.

In fact, a first-rate ear, nose, and throat specialist in northwest Austin, Dr. David Tobey, has very helpfully confirmed for me inside his medical clinic over a multi-year period, including this year, that noise pollution in Austin, Texas, including at some or several of my respective workplaces, has caused significant damage to my own hearing capacity in Austin, Texas, Dr. Tobey has helpfully informed me after examining my hearing capacity on several separate occasions using very sophisticated medical technology inside his medical clinic.

I wish very much that Texas Governor Rick Perry and State Comptroller Susan Combs and officials of the Texas Department of State Health Services in Austin, Texas, as well as each of my duly elected state and federal lawmakers, State Rep. Donna Howard, State Senator Kirk Watson, and Congressman Michael McCaul, would each publicly express concern about public-policy implications for the State Government of Texas and the U.S. Government relating to noise pollution injurious to myself in Austin, Texas. In that regard, I should also mention that I have complained about noise pollution to the Austin Police Department (APD), but that municipal law-enforcement agency has indicated to me that I must provide it with a cited suspect and documented legal evidence before I can actually file a criminal-law charge of that type with APD.

Thank you again for writing to me about one humane and attractive U.S. state, Montana, where serene and quiet living and full privacy rights, are, in fact, possible to experience and enjoy on a year-round basis.

Sincerely and Best Wishes,

John Kevin McMillan, a former newspaper reporter and former State Government of Texas full-time employee who myself worked at each of three respective state law-enforcement agencies in Austin in the late 1990s and early 21st Century.

with numerous carbon-copies, including a courtesy carbon-copy to Dr. David Tobey, who thus far has not stated to me inside his medical clinic that Dr. Tobey recommends that I move to another U.S. state in order to myself achieve a significant reduction in environmental noise pollution injurious to myself. I am also carbon-copying this reply letter to officials of Noise Free America, a very influential non-profit organization based in Madison, Wisconsin, that has informed me in writing that it disapproves of any and all noise pollution injurious to myself or inflicted on myself against my wishes in Austin, Texas.
