Subject: 9-20-19 question for your state agency
September 20, 2019
Dear Texas Department of Family and Protective Services Officials,
Please confirm for me in writing at your earliest convenience in regard to whether your state agency has the legal authority to help protect my own ability as a permanently-teetotaling, law-abiding, single adult gainfully-employed 62-year-old Anglo gentleman to get a full eight or seven consecutive and uninterrupted hours of sleep on a nightly and year-round basis.
I am referring to uninterrupted sleep occurring for me while I am lying alone on my own bed inside my bolt-locked efficiency apartment unit in a context in which no other person is physically present anywhere else inside this rental unit.
I have not authorized anyone other than myself to be physically present anywhere inside my apartment unit during the nighttime hours.
Thank you in advance for your helpful reply letter to me on this.
