Dear State Representative Cole,

As a gainfully-employed single adult Anglo male current constituent of yours residing in your legislative district, I need to pose four hopefully-polite public-policy-minded questions for you:

--Do you support safe housing conditions and safe sleeping conditions for me on a daily and year-round basis as I lie alone as a longtime-celibate gentleman, asleep and unconscious, on a bed I own inside my bolt-locked efficiency unit in which I am the only official tenant and only approved occupant?

--Do you have any knowledge of your own about who has been allegedly subjecting me to alleged personal-injury-crimes and alleged sex crimes during periods when I am lying alone on my own bed, asleep and unconscious and probably also snoring, inside my bolt-locked apartment unit?
If so, are you willing to please contact the Austin Police Department Sex Crimes Unit and share with them any such factual information currently in your possession, with the most recent active applicable APD case being 16-1340923.

--Have you had any change in your own outlook toward me in my capacity as a criminal-law complainant at any time since the prior period in which you were a member of the Austin City Council and I wrote to you then (see below) about the cited crime case in which I was the self-identified victim?

To refresh your memory, Rep. Cole, I am also sharing with you a copy (below) of the corrected e-mail letter I wrote and sent to you when you as an Austin City Council member were also serving as Mayor Pro Tem for the City Government of Austin. As you may recall, you chose not to send me any reply letter of any type in response to that 2012 e-mail letter I wrote and sent to you.

Thank you in advance, State Rep. Cole, for your very helpful reply note to me on this.

Sincerely and Best Wishes,

I apologize for an absent-minded error I had in my E-mail I just sent to each of you. Below, please find the corrected version of that text, clarifying the point that I have never had any invited OVERNIGHT guest inside my one-bedroom apartment unit on any occasion since I moved into my top-floor, vaulted-ceiling apartment at Wind River Crossing in January 2002.

Please ignore the previous version of this E-mail letter addressed to Mayor Pro Tem Cole that I sent you a matter of minutes ago.

Thank you for your patience and understanding, and please do not hesitate to call me or write to me if any of you have any questions about my own credibility as a criminal-law complainant or civil-law complainant here in Austin. I would welcome any opportunities for being interviewed by a reputable media company or government agency about this very alarming legal-liability issue currently facing the City of Austin.

Sincerely and Best Wishes,
John Kevin McMillan.

To: City of Austin Mayor Pro Tem Sheryl Cole, City Hall, City of Austin, Austin, Texas.

Dear Mayor Pro Tem Cole,

I would like to thank your polite and articulate assistant, Phyllis, for authorizing me on the telephone today to send you a follow-up E-mail note explaining in further detail why I believe I have very fine credibility as a criminal-law complainant and as a civil-law complainant here in Austin.

I would like to again politely emphasize to you that I am a victim of alleged ongoing and daily and frequent and year-round felony crimes allegedly perpetrated on me during my sleep, regardless of the time of day when I sleep or nap on my orthopedic Swedish bed iniside my bolt-locked apartment, by one or more alleged illegal intruders inside my apartment unit at Wind River Crossing Apartments, including at present.

Those alleged daily personal-injury crimes, I might add, have robbed me of hundreds of hours of sleep ever since mid-April of 2011, when the problem of my being awakened very abruptly in the middle of my sleep inside my bolt-locked apartment unit began for me, without my ever being able to identify who the alleged culprit might have been when I then search inside my apartment unit for an alleged illegal intruder.

Mayor Pro Tem Cole, I would myself welcome ANY and all DNA medical swabs on numerous parts of my own body (my anus, my buttocks, my hips, my thighs, my legs, my mid-section, my mouth, my chest, etc.), along with follow-up lab tests on those DNA swabs, that the City of Austin or the Austin City Council on your own initiative are willing to authorize for me at any time. That DNA medical testing, from what I have been told by a law-enforcement agency, could identify any and all DNA left on any cited part of my own body by any illegal intruder inside my apartment unit at any time in the most recent 180-day period.

Among the many reasons why I have very fine credibility as a criminal-law complainant and as a civil-law complainant here in Austin include the following:

---I have no criminal-conviction record, unlike the majority of all single adult men of Austin.

---Two or more Austin men have directly stated to me in the last approximately 10-year period that I am "too straight" as a human being for themselves and their friends.

--I am consistently civil and polite and law-abiding, and I consistently use clean language in my everyday speech.

--My current first-rate primary-care physician, Dr. Edie Shulman, an internal medicine specialist, has herself expressed confidence in my own psychological heatlh---so much so that during my first-ever medical consultation meeting with her in July of 2012, Dr. Shulman chose to photocopy for her medical records several of the infrared motion-sensitive hunter's camera photographs I showed her that morning of alleged illegal intruders inside my apartment unit, infrared photos that were taken for me during my bedtime hours inside my bolt-locked top-floor, vaulted-ceiling apartment, where I live alone and always sleep alone. Each of those infrared motion-sensitive photography photographs were obtained for me in the period since early February 2012, when I purchased my first-ever infrared camera of my entire life from an Academy store near my apartment complex. It was noteworthy that Dr. Shulman commented to me that one of the infrared spy-camera photographs of an illegal intruder who had somehow gotten onto my orthopedic Swedish bed without my knowledge during my bedtime hours appeared to Dr. Shulman to be of a little girl, Dr. Shulman volunteered to me in person during that very helpful medical appointment I had with her. I myself am six-foot two and one-half inches in height, and I weigh about 220 pounds.

--The MRI on me that Dr. Shulman ordered for me in July 2012 during my first-ever meeting with her did reveal evidence of significant damage to my own spinal cord, which I maintain corroborates my emphatic view that I have been victimized by very alarming and significant personal injury of myself by one or more alleged illegal intruders inside my bolt-locked apartment unit during periods when I was asleep and unconscious, and probably snoring as well.

----I have a very high capacity for genial or polite platonic relationships with a wide variety of people, and I have very good platonic credibility with anyone and everyone. In fact, I have been a completely celibate gentleman throughout all of my conscious or waking hours anywhere in Austin, Texas, or anywhere else in Central Texas, for that matter, ever since December of 1979.

---I have never had any invited overnight guest inside my one-bedroom apartment at Wind River Crossing on any occasion since I moved into this nice top-floor apartment unit in January 2002; and in the entire 10-and-one-half-year time period since January 2002, I have never had any invited guest inside my one-bedroom apartment at Wind River Crossing between the hours of midnight and 8 a.m. on any occasion.

--I have lived alone inside my current apartment unit, Apt. 325 at Wind River Crossing, ever since I moved into this unit in January 2002, with the only exception to that having been the period from mid-April 2011 until May 31, 2011. During that one and one-half month period only, I roomed with a male self-identified Indonesian citizen who applied in advance with Wind River Crossing management for the opportunity to reside in Apt. 325 as my roommate. His name was permanently removed from my lease agreement with Wind River Crossing in late May 2011, and I do not have any current involvement with him of any type.

---I am not a member of or affiliated with any sex-theme or sexuality-theme organizations of any type.

--I have never been divorced, and I have never been married to anyone for any period of time in my entire life.

<60m cbsnews.com=""><60m cbsnews.com="">
--I am completely and permanently illicit-drug-free and have never been previously addicted to any illicit drug, this attribute of mine also being a contrast to the majority of all single men of Austin.

----I have not consumed any marijuana (or any other illicit drug, for that matter) on any occasion in the last 28 years, and this poses a sharp contrast to the majority of all single men of Austin.

<60m cbsnews.com=""><60m cbsnews.com="">
---In my personal life, I prefer to associate with either alcohol-free persons or light drinkers or moderate drinkers.

<60m cbsnews.com=""><60m cbsnews.com="">
---In my personal life, I of course prefer to associate with persons who do not consume any marijuana or any other illicit drug.

--In my personal life, I prefer to associate with persons who have no felony-conviction record and who are civil and law-abiding.

<60m cbsnews.com=""><60m cbsnews.com="">
--I have made numerous reports to the Austin Police Department in the period since the late 1990s about alleged possible or suspected illicit-drug-related activities or alcohol-related activities in Austin that I had myself observed or heard about or otherwise learned about.

<60m cbsnews.com=""><60m cbsnews.com="">
---I am an implicitly-deistic lifelong non-Christian gentleman, and in keeping with my own religious and political beliefs, I base my vigilant reports to government agencies strictly on factual information that I directly observe.

---I am very security-minded, and this year alone, with prior permission from my apartment management team at Wind River Crossing, I had installed by a first-rate maintenance staff member for Wind River Crossing, Hector, three new locks inside my nice one-bedroom apartment unit here. Two of those locks are sliding locks to each of the respective bedroom side doors leading from my bedroom into my bathroom and living room, respectively. The third lock I had installed inside my apartment this year is a chain lock to my front door.

--I am more vigilant than the vast majority of all single men of Austin.

<60m cbsnews.com=""><60m cbsnews.com="">
--I have resided in the same apartment unit, Apartment 325, at my very nice current apartment complex (Wind River Crossing) ever since January 2002. I have resided as a tenant at Wind River Crossing Apartments ever since August of 2001.

--The polite managers at Wind River Crossing have very kindly stated to me on numerous occasions that they appreciate the accurate and vigilant reports that I offer them as a tenant here.

---I am permanently alcohol-free (ever since 1990) and have never been previously addicted to alcohol.

<60m cbsnews.com=""><60m cbsnews.com="">
--I am facially cleanshaven (no mustache, no beard, no goatee).

<60m cbsnews.com=""><60m cbsnews.com="">
--I have no tattoo anywhere on my body.

<60m cbsnews.com=""><60m cbsnews.com="">
--I was praised several years ago by a work supervisor of mine at IHOP Duval restaurant for my very high level of honesty. That work supervisor, and I believe her first name was "Diane," volunteered to me at that time that throughout the Austin area among IHOP restaurant managers, I am "legendary for your (John Kevin McMillan's) honesty," that female work supervisor very kindly stated to me.

<60m cbsnews.com=""><60m cbsnews.com="">
---I have good continuity in my employment record. I have been employed ever since April 2008 at Luby's Lakeline, and I have been employed ever since May 2011 at Outback Steakhouse Arboretum. Also, I have been employed ever since April 2011 at Denny's Lakeline restaurant.

<60m cbsnews.com=""><60m cbsnews.com="">
---I have very good credibility with my current work supervisors for the accuracy of conscientious and observant and vigilant factual reports that I offer them as part of my work duties in those restaurants.

<60m cbsnews.com=""><60m cbsnews.com="">
---I am a former Salutatorian of Stephen F. Austin High School of Austin ISD.

<60m cbsnews.com=""><60m cbsnews.com="">
--I am a former National Merit Scholar, an award I earned while a student at Austin High School.

<60m cbsnews.com=""><60m cbsnews.com="">
--I am a former newspaper reporter who myself had a very good accuracy record in my reporting. I won an award for my reporting from the Texas Press Association in the late 1980s.

<60m cbsnews.com=""><60m cbsnews.com="">
--I am a former full-time employee in Austin of three respective agencies of the State of Texas: the Texas Department of Public Safety, the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles, and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. I was not dismissed from any of those positions of employment that I held.

I hope that this information about me is helpful on behalf of my pwm credibility with yourself and your City Council colleagues in my capcity as a civil and law-abiding complainant with the City of Austin.

Sincerely and Best Wishes,

John Kevin McMillan,
