Mr. McMillan,

I have checked with our staff and I was told that 1) while in session, the Senate committees are meeting to discuss bills that have been filed and 2) the Senate views issues such as pollution to be a local issue. You may have already addressed your concerns to representatives of the City and County but you might want to continue discussing the issue with them.
