The continuous crimes case to which I refer is also a felony-crimes case for which APD, as some of you may already be aware, is continuing to refuse to publicly release ANY results to me from the December 22, 2011, emergency-room-doctor-ordered DNA rape-evidence swabs that were obtained from my own anus, buttocks, mouth, etc., at my prior request by a female forensic nurse inside the St. David's Medical Center near UT-Austin.

I would appreciate any assistance that any of you highly-regarded City of Austin elective officials are willing to offer me in identifying for me who my current contact person with APD is for this continuous-and-continuing-personal-injury-and-anal-rape-crimes case in which I am definitely the single adult white male victim of alleged felony crimes in Austin, Texas.

I would also appreciate it if any of you City of Austin elective officials are willing to contact APD for me and politely ask APD to PLEASE release full results as soon as possible from the Dec. 22, 2011, rape-evidence DNA-swabs kit that was obtained from my own body, and to also press charges accordingly on my behalf.

The general manager at Wind River Crossing, Ann Coker, has recently confirmed for me that NO ONE other than myself is supposed to be inside my bolt-locked bedroom during periods when I am sleeping, and that no medical-services provider of any type is authorized to be inside my bedroom during periods when I am sleeping, Ms. Coker very recently in the last several weeks assured me in person inside her manager's office area.

My only current apartment management-team-approved official "roommate," Mr. "John Douglas Martin," reportedly always sleeps alone on a bed of his own in the living room of our four-total-room rental apartment unit, with his tiny-headed "cat" sleeping near him in the living room. I might add with polite emphasis that my own involvement with Mr. Martin is, of course, strictly platonic at all times; and he has repeatedly assured me that he never enters my bolt-locked bedroom during periods when I am sleeping.

Mr. Martin has also repeatedly assured me that he has never at any time had any physical contact with me or any sexual contact or any "medical-services" involvement with me on any occasion or at any time since or including the period when I interviewed Mr. Martin as a prospective roommate for myself in March 2013 inside a nearby Schlotzsky's chain restaurant. Mr. Martin had responded to a roommate-wanted online Craigslist ad of mine, and he is not someone whom I have ever met before in my entire life. I am not a personal friend of his, nor am I a relative or associate of Mr. Martin.

I agreed to room with Mr. Martin ONLY after he cleared a very thorough criminal-background check by the apartment management team at Wind River Crossing, which certified in advance that Mr. Martin does not have any felony-conviction record and does not have any misdemeanor conviction record involving theft of property or any act of violence. The criminal-background checks for prospective new tenants at Wind River Crossing always address those specific categories.
