Dear Sergeant Michael King of APD's "Crisis Intervention Team" who yourself maintains your office inside the Austin State Hospital in Austin, a public psychiatric facility that is owned and operated by the Texas Department of State Health Services of the State Government of Texas,
As you know, Sergeant King, even though I myself am NOT a psychiatric patient and I do NOT consume any psychiatric medications, and even though I myself am a psychologically healthy and dependably civil and law-abiding and honest and factually accurate and gainfully employed single adult permanently alcohol-free and non-smoking gentleman, you yourself continue to serve as my Austin Police Department-designated "liaison" to myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin, according to what some City of Austin officials have told me this year.
Earlier this year, I was advised on the telephone by the kindly Ms. Alta Ochiltree of the office of Austin City Manager Marc Ott to myself directly write to you in your cited capacity as my "APD Liaison."
Ms. Ochiltree specifically advised me on the phone earlier this year to ask you in writing to please contact the appropriate APD official on my behalf in order to request that APD pursue full and complete lab testing as soon as possible on the City of Austin-approved and Attorney General of Texas-approved DNA rape-evidence kit for myself that was obtained from my own body at my request during a doctor-ordered forensic exam on myself that occurred in late December 2011 inside St. David's Medical Center ER near UT-Austin.
Sergeant King, please let me know if you need formal written verification from me that the cited late December 2011 rape-evidence forensic exam on myself as the cited victim of a felony personal-injury crime was, in fact, approved by the City Manager's Office and by the Attorney General of Texas, respectively. I will gladly FAX to you that supporting documentation.
Sergeant King, I hope to hear from you as soon as possible about this very urgent criminal-law case in which, as I feel sure you may already be very aware, I myself remain a single adult longtime-celibate-by-choice, white male victim of alleged personal injury crimes and alleged anal-rape crimes allegedly inflicted on me during my sleep on a daily and year-round and multi-year and continuing basis inside my bolt-locked bedroom of my bolt-locked rental apartment unit at the Westdale-owned and Westdale-managed Wind River Crossing Apartments in NW Austin. Westdale is a nationwide for-profit realty corporation headquartered in Dallas.

Below, please find the legal documents from APD public-information representative Renee Moore that I feel should be very helpful to you and your staff.
Thank you for your very kind interest in APD Criminal-Law Case 11-3550615.
On Dec. 21, 2011, I filed that criminal-law complaint with APD about my being a longtime-celibate-by-choice single adult white male victim of alleged anal-rape-crimes allegedly inflicted on me during my sleep inside my bolt-locked private bedroom of my bolt-locked apartment unit at Wind River Crossing Apartments, and also about my being a victim of alleged personal-injury crimes also allegedly inflicted on me during my sleep (I snore, and I ALWAYS sleep ALONE on my own bed), inside my bolt-locked rental apartment unit.
Council Member Houston, I hope to hear from you very soon about this very alarming very recent evidence that some APD official has possibly NOT been truthful in that APD official's reported statements in March 2015 to a first-rate staff member of yours, Beverly Wilson, that the cited late Dec. 2011 DNA rape-evidence kit "does not exist."

We are in receipt of your open records request asking if the DNA kit submitted for you on December 22, 2011 is still being maintained/stored at the APD Substation.
We have been advised by the DNA Supervisor that the kit is still stored at the APD Substation.
