Dear Austin Police Department (APD) Officials,
Please let me know as soon as possible who is my current contact person with APD in regard to the alleged continuous and continuing daily-and-year-round and multi-year personal-injury-crimes case and continuous anal-rape crimes felony-crimes case in which I am still, to this very day (earlier this morning), the longtime-celibate-by-choice single adult white male victim of alleged felony crimes in Austin.
This morning (Friday, January 2, 2015), I was once again awakened several times with pain in my anus and a repeated need to urinate, along with an unpleasant sensation in my nostrils inside my bolt-locked bedroom.
As each of you is aware, with one total exception cited immediately below in the next paragraph, I have NOT authorized any "medical services" or any "anal-rape services" or any "negative-reinforcement services" or any "religious conversion services" or any "deprogramming services" or any "disability-infliction services" or any "punitive services" or any "harassment services" or any "medical-injury-services" or any "sleep-interruption-services" or "sleep-deprivation-infliction-services" or any other impingements upon my own privacy rights inside my bolt-locked bedroom during my sleeping hours.
I myself have repeatedly informed the Austin Police Department and the Travis County District Attorney's Office that I definitely authorize in advance any and all government-supervised electronic surveillance per se of my entire bedroom and the outdoor balcony abutting the sliding glass door I myself keep locked at all times that leads directly into my bedroom. That authorization from me is strictly contingent on any and all crime evidence from that electronic surveillance being turned over immediately to a law-enforcement agency with jurisdiction or the Travis County District Attorney's Office in Austin, Texas, for the immediate filing of criminal-law charges on my behalf as a law-abiding and very honorable single adult white male victim of crime here in Austin.
My current "roommate," Mr. John Douglas Martin his stated "legal name" and "8-28-52" his stated "date of birth," and "Hampton, Virginia" a cited "former city of residence" of Mr. Martin, according to what he has either stated to me or stated in my presence to an APD officer, has emphatically stated to me that he will hire a private attorney and go to court, if necessary, to file a legal action that prevents the government or any other entity from electronically surveillancing the living room area or kitchen or bathroom of this apartment unit. Any such electronic surveillance "would violate my (Mr. Martin's) privacy rights," Mr. Martin stated to me last year in his typically very emphatic manner.
I very emphatically question the level of honesty and level of support for law-enforcement and level of obedience of the law and level of politeness of my current roommate, and I have repeatedly told him that I hope he will consider moving out as soon as possible. He has repeatedly refused; and he is currently cited as a "co-equal" tenant on our lease-agreement with Wind River Crossing that ends in the late summer (?) of 2015.
I am spending hundreds of dollars per month in additional expenses I incur from my having to eat AWAY from this apartment unit---this based on legal advice I received in 2013 on the telephone from a helpful female State Government of Texas staff member for the Texas Poison Control Hotline in Temple, Texas. Relying on store-bought foods that I purchase in convenience stores or fast-food restaurants and then immediately eat AWAY from my apartment unit, I am able reduce my own risk of being subjected to any additional alleged contamination of my own foods and beverages, that State of Texas representative informed me on the telephone in 2013.
This Friday morning, January 2, 2015, I noticed that the severe constipation I have experienced over a multi-day period this week has continued, so much so that I am not able to defecate so far today, even though I am consuming several Metamucil high-fiber capsules every day, capsules that I store in the kitchen of this apartment unit.
This provides additional corroborating factual evidence on behalf of my very emphatic belief that alleged anal-rape crimes inflicted on me during my sleep during a period when I myself am snoring as I lie ALONE on my own bed with no one other than myself authorized to be inside my bolt-locked bedroom during my sleeping hours, have allegedly pushed the stool deep inside my anus. That increases the risk of my suffering additional gastrointestinal injuries resulting from alleged foul play that has victimized me as I lie ALONE on my own bed inside my bolt-locked bedroom of my bolt-locked apartment unit. I am a recovering colon-cancer patient, and I strongly suspect that one or more gay militants or lesbian militants or Republic of Texas militants or gay Christian group militants or militant atheist group or an organized crime group or some possible Jewish group or Arab group that's allegedly hostile to me, or other militant groups in Central Texas, or possibly a neighbor or current or former "roommate" or "schoolmate" or "acquaintance" or "coworker" of mine, has allegedly had a role in an attempt to trigger a recurrence of cancer in me (whether in the form of anal cancer, colon cancer, lung cancer, or some other type of cancer). I value having the best of medical health for myself, and I also value being fully ambulatory and creatively vital throughout my life. I hope to live to age 90 or older, if at all possible, and I have informed at least one current personal friend of mine about that goal of mine.
As each of you already knows, I have been completely celibate, with ZERO sexual contact and ZERO physically intimate contact with any human being, or with any animal or beast, for that matter, at any time since or including the day when I moved into my current apartment unit, Apartment 325, at Wind River Crossing, in January 2002.
I also lead a life in which I very emphatically DO NOT associate with persons I regard as being possibly or allegedly criminal during my leisuretime. In that regard, I have told my current roommate---who stated to me several months ago that he committed "first-degree homicide" victimizing at least one person in the U.S. state of Virginia, information (he may have offered to me in jest that) I promptly shared with APD but that did NOT lead to any (formal) investigation by APD on that---that I refuse to "chit-chat" with Mr. Martin in any way.
I very emphatically DO NOT trust Mr. Martin, and the very alarming fact that I suddenly noticed very unpleasant aftertastes in my store-bought foods and beverages and then tested positive for arsenic in my urine in May 2013, a matter of days after Mr. Martin on April 27, 2013, moved into this apartment unit, was all the evidence that I myself need to seek a new roommate for myself at the earliest opportunity.
I am imposing that civilly conveyed "no conversation" policy on Mr. Martin with prior permission from the management team at Wind River Crossing, with the understanding that it is fair for me to limit any and all comments I verbalize to my current roommate only to roommate-related subjects (such as what time he will be leaving for his work duties next morning, a time that will then remind me to get out of my bed and bolt-lock the front door after Mr. Martin leaves for work).
Incidentally, Wind River Crossing Apartments General Manager Ann Coker told me in person last month inside her management team office area that Ms. Coker is not aware of any medical services provider that is authorized by the Dallas-based Westdale for-profit realty corporation or any other entity to be inside my bolt-locked bedroom during periods when I myself am sleeping alone on my bed (and I ALWAYS sleep ALONE on my own bed).
I need to also again emphasize that I insist on myself pressing legal charges in a court of law at the earliest opportunity against any and all individuals that allegedly trespassed inside my bolt-locked apartment unit or inflicted any personal injury crimes, including during my sleep, or inflicted alleged illegal nasal-inhalants or illegal oral-inhalants on me or allegedly inflicted anal-rape crimes on me during my sleep at any time or on ANY occasion since the early morning hours of April 17, 2011.
I need to also remind each of you (that) the United States Department of Homeland Security did inform me on (the telephone on) March 22, 2014, that that federal law-enforcement agency has begun a crime investigation on my most recent previous roommate, Mr. "Sandjaja Utama," a self-described "citizen of Indonesia" and a self-identified "nephew of Dr. Sheila Shung," a medical services provider who is herself reportedly based in Williamson County, Texas. I have NOT authorized ANY medical services inside my bolt-locked apartment unit by Dr. Shung or any other medical services provider, as I am sure that the City of Austin is very aware; and in fact, I myself never met Dr. Shung or visited her medical clinic on any occasion in my entire life.
I permanently and irrevocably rejected Mr. Utama from all aspects of my own life effective the very minute he moved out on May 31, 2011; and I have informed my current roommate, Mr. Martin, that the minute he moves out (if he does), I will refuse to have any further involvement with Mr. Martin of any type. I have also told Mr. Martin that if there is ever any evidence that he allegedly broke the law in ANY of Mr. Martin's conduct relating to myself, I will insist on pressing criminal charges against Mr. Martin in a court of law in Austin, Texas.
I plan to move to a more honest, more law-abiding, more anti-marijuana, more anti-alcohol, more anti-tobacco, more anti-profanity-in-everyday-speech, more anti-tattoos, and more anti-facial hair state than Texas immediately after all courtroom proceedings are concluded in Texas, with Utah being the only U.S. state I am currently aware of that definitely fits that description.
I am proud to note that my beloved Father, Dr. Calvin McMillan, was a native of Utah and alumnus of the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. Father was an elder of the Mormon Church, though he later sought and obtained excommunication from the Mormon Church during his middle-aged years.
