In reference to the portion of your request concerning “a photocopy of any document currently on file with the Austin Police Department in Austin TX, that indicates that there is any current restriction or any current prohibition that prevents me from myself, John Kevin McMillan, on my own initiative filing a successful criminal-law legal charge, or successful criminal-law charges, through the Austin Police Department that leads, or that lead, to the criminal-law prosecution in a court of law of any and all homosexual persons, any and all self identified “gay” persons, any and all effeminate male adult persons, any and all self-identified “gay-rights” supporters of any background or sexual or gender or political or religious identity, any and all lesbian persons, any and all transsexual persons, any and all bisexual persons, and any and all transvestite persons who, in each and every such applicable case, is someone who allegedly violated the state penal code of Texas or violated federal law in a criminal-law context that victimized myself, John Kevin McMillan, or violated my own legal rights in any way.” After a complete and thorough search of our records nothing responsive to this portion of your request was found.
