A respectful FYI to each of you on this urgent message I wrote and submitted to a State Government of California official at 5:32 p.m. Mountain Time today (Thursday, May 12) 

From: John Kevin McMillan, sidewalk-accident-victim and longstanding claimant for financial compensation relating to that accident. My solo-occupancy rental-home address ever since February 24, 2022: 6819 South 1300 East, Cottonwood Heights, UT 84121. My home phone: (801) 942-2122.

Any written response from any of you about  any aspect of this legal matter would be greatly appreciated.

The following is the exactly quoted text of my online message today to the California State Controller's Office:

"I need full current contact information, including a FAX number and telephone numbers and the full names of current officials, for the Fort Union Shopping Center, LLC, of Los Angeles, California.

"At about 8 p.m. on January 21, 2022, I tripped and fell and was injured on a public sidewalk in Midvale, Utah, that is reportedly owned by Fort Union Shopping Center, LLC, 5670 Wilshire Boulevard, Suite 1250, Los Angeles, California, 90036. I am always sober. I lead a permanently marijuana-free (ever since 1984) and lifelong-illicit-drug-free in regard to any and all illicit drugs other than marijuana, lifelong-tobacco-free, permanently alcohol-free (ever since 1990) lifestyle.  I am a gainfully employed single adult Anglo-Saxon gentleman of English, Scottish, and German ancestry. My full legal name is John Kevin McMillan. I myself do not have any criminal-conviction record. My date of birth is 4-27-1957. I was born in Lincoln, Nebraska.

 "I incurred more than $12,000 in medical bills alone from the January 21 accident I sustained, and I was unable to work at my corporate-owned workplace in Salt Lake City, Utah, for about one month. I incurred numerous bills and expenses, including taxi-fare charges and numerous bandages for myself that I purchased, relating to my being temporarily disabled and medically injured from that January 21 accident. I returned to work on Feb. 18, 2022, the first available date for which my employer had a need for me to pursue bussing duties at my restaurant workplace after I obtained official written approval to return to work from a medical doctor on Feb. 16, 2022.
