Thank you for your reply note to me on this.

I have chosen to offer for a statement to you about this possible legal matter only what I can factually state.

What I can state with certainty is that my ADT Home Surveillance system that is focused exclusively on my current bedroom, with two pulse cameras I keep inside my locked private bedroom that I almost always focus on my bed---a home security system that I am using exclusively inside my bedroom of my Village Oaks apartment---has shown significant and alarming vibrations or motion in either of the two walls closest to my own bed on several or more of the videoclips obtained for me during my bedtime or sleeping hours.

One female representative for ADT did state to me on the telephone several months ago that since the ADT pulse camera I am using is a motion-sensitive infrared camera, images in my videoclips that show visible vibrations on a wall near my bed while I am sleeping on my own bed, indicate to her that the cited wall near my bed is in fact moving, that ADT representative helpfully informed me.

I would welcome any investigation by any office or department of the City of Austin, including your own department, on whether there is any evidence that any of the walls to my own bedroom can, in fact, somehow "move" or "be moved by an alleged intruder who had somehow entered or broken into or visited or been situated in an adjoining unit" (such as Apt. 906 or Apartment 904, or from a large seven-foot-tall vacant storage locker situated on a second-floor outdoor balcony for my unit and also directly abutting my own bedroom) during periods when I myself am lying alone, unconscious and probably also snoring, on my own bed inside my locked private bedroom.

Mr. Wilcox, please let me know if you would like me to E-mail to you some of the motion-sensitive infrared videoclips obtained for me inside my bedroom during my bedtime hours that do appear to show the walls vibrating significantly or moving at a time when my own body is lying still on my bed and I myself and asleep and unconscious.

Incidentally, Village Oaks Apartments in Austin, Texas, are reportedly owned by "Northland Oaks Apartments LLC, 2150 Washington Street, Newton, MA 02462," according to a signed certified-delivery August 8, 2016-dated legal reply letter that I obtained a photocopy of today from a first-rate private attorney in Austin providing me with very recent legal services.

That very fine local attorney representing me on a cited issue involving law-abiding conduct on my own part had obtained that signed reply letter through a recent signed legal letter he wrote on my behalf to the officially cited registered agent for my current apartment complex in Austin.

The name and address of the manager of this same property in northwest Austin is "Northland Investment Corporation, 2150 Washington Street, Newton, MA 02462," according to a legal reply letter that was written and signed by the General Counsel for Northland in Newton, Mass., Beth H. Kinsley, and that was dated August 8, 2016.

Mr. Wilcox, I hope to hear from you soon about this possible legal matter that might conceivably involve possible alleged deceptive-trade-practices if the cited apparent movement to the walls abutting my locked private bedroom during my sleep is, in fact, occurring.

Is it in violation of city ordinances or the City of Austin building code or otherwise in violation of the law in any way if any of the walls in the private bedroom or private bathroom of my current rental apartment unit actually move at any time and actually open up into an adjoining apartment unit or an adjoining hidden compartment of some type?

I am posing this question to you after being informed on the telephone several months ago by a spokesman for ADT, my home-security system provider, that the vibrations on walls of my bedroom that I had observed in several of the motion-sensitive infrared camera images obtained during my sleeping hours, signify that the those walls abutting my bed are actually moving, according to that ADT representative.
