This is a Freedom of Information Act request in which I seek to obtain from your state-owned public university in Morgantown, West Virginia, a copy of any and all letters or e-mail letters or reports or other written communications that were generated or written or received or forwarded or FAXed or sent or mailed by or on behalf of West Virginia University Sociology Professor Jim Nolan at any time since 12:01 a.m. April 17, 2011, and that, in each and every such case, refer at least once in any manner to myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin, Texas.
EXCLUDED from the scope of this Freedom of Information Act request are any and all written communications that were exclusively and solely authored throughout by myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin, Texas.
The highly-regarded WVU sociology professor who is the focus of this public-information request was previously employed by the Federal Bureau of Investigation as chief of the FBI unit that provided management oversight for the National Hate Crime Data Collection Program.
Professor Nolan reportedly teaches a course on hate crimes at West Virginia University. His office phone number at WVU is (304) 293-8582.

I was born on April 27, 1957, at Lincoln, Nebraska.
I am an alumnus of the University of Texas at Austin and the University of Minnesota (Minneapolis) Graduate School of Journalism and Mass Communications, respectively.
I have resided in Austin proper in this state capital city of Texas on a continuous and uninterrupted basis ever since mid-March 1997.
To assist you in your processing of this public-information request, I am offering, directly below, the verbatim texts of two of my e-mail letters, without their accompanying documents, that I myself wrote and directly addressed to, and then sent to, Sociology Professor Jim Nolan of West Virginia University:

Subject: 5-11-12 appeal to District Attorney re: crime case
Dear Professor Nolan,
Your joint research with social scientists from the FBI is impressive.
Below, please find a very recent E-mail letter I wrote and sent to Travis County District Attorney Rosemary Lehmberg in Austin, Texas, about alleged ongoing physical injuries to myself and physical torture and physical abuse of myself that allegedly have been occurring on a daily and year-round basis during periods in which I was myself sound asleep and snoring on my bed inside my bolt-locked one-bedroom, top-floor, vaulted-ceiling apartment unit at a large apartment complex in Austin, Texas.
DA Lehmberg so far has chosen not to reply to that letter from myself.
Professor Nolan, do you know of any cases you have actually documented or heard about in which a person is victimized during his sleep from medical injuries (damage to his nervous system or circulatory system or blood vessels, for instance) inflicted on him during his sleep by an illegal intruder inside the former individual's private residence?
Also, do you know of any criminologist or FBI researcher who has expertise on the subject of what motivates a person to attempt to physically assault or medically injure or otherwise physically harm (such as by injecting poison or carbon dioxide into the bloodstream of a victim) or attempt to accelerate the aging process of another human being during a period in which the latter individual is, in fact, asleep and unconscious while lying on his own bed.
Thank you in advance, Professor Nolan, for your very kind reply note about this very alarming criminal-law issue.
I should mention, incidentally, that I have not yet been able to persuade the FBI to pursue its own investigation of the alleged crimes victimizing myself during my nocturnal slumber as I lie alone on my Swedish bed inside my bolt-locked and locked apartment unit. I remain hopeful, though, that the FBI will soon be willing to pursue its own investigation into what I allege to be a felony crime victimizing myself on a daily and year-round basis.

A respectful blind-carbon-copy to yourself on the following (below).
Professor Nolan, it was good to talk with you on the telephone in the last few weeks about a very complicated alleged organized-crime case in which I myself have been victimized by alleged personal-injury-crimes and alleged anal-rape crimes allegedly being inflicted on me during my sleep on a daily and year-round and multi-year basis inside my locked private bedroom of my bolt-locked apartment unit in Austin, Texas.
Professor Nolan, I appreciate your very kind statement to me on the telephone that you will attempt to identify any expert on personal-injury-crimes allegedly inflicted on the victim in a context when the victim (myself) is asleep and unconscious and, in my case, snoring as well on my own bed, and in which the victim is somehow kept unconscious throughout the personal injury crime or anal-rape crime.
I would also be very grateful to you for any and all referrals you are willing to offer me to an honorable FBI agent or honorable FBI office of great integrity. I would welcome any and all interviews of me, and any DNA-swabs forensic rape-evidence testing on me, by any FBI agent or any FBI office.
The San Antonio regional office of the FBI has forbidden me in writing (I will be happy to share with you the surprising reply E-mail letter I apparently received from that FBI office in the last few years) from ever again writing to that office in any context.
I have of course fully honored that request from the FBI office in San Antonio; and I have been very grateful that FBI offices in Dallas and Houston, respectively, have each been willing to accept carbon-copies from me of update crime reports I write and send by E-mail about the alleged continuous felony-crimes case in which I am still, to this very morning, the victim.
Please do not hesitate to call me or write to me if you have any questions that you yourself would like to pose to me about this case.
