John Kevin McMillan, a single adult gainfully employed gentleman and current criminal-law complainant in PIU Case 9655-13. From what I understand, PIU Case 9655-13 is centered on one total legal issue relating to the emergency-room-doctor-ordered forensic medical exam performed on myself at my request on Dec. 22, 2011, inside St. David's Medical Center near UT-Austin.
No DNA results from that apparently thorough forensic medical exam on myself have ever been released to myself at any time, even though I have politely requested those records from the Austin Police Department and the City Attorney's Office and the City Manager's Office in Austin, Texas.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank President Obama for writing me a reply E-mail letter several months ago in which he did express very kind support for my own cited goal of myself seeking to enjoy full and year-round freedom from criminal activities allegedly victimizing myself inside my own bolt-locked rental apartment unit during my bedtime hours in Austin, Texas.
I am a longtime celibate-by-choice single adult white non-Hispanic as well as non-Jewish gentleman, and I value my human right and legal right to myself sleep ALONE on my own bed without anyone allegedly harassing me or allegedly having any physical contact with me or allegedly having any sexual contact with me or allegedly injuring me or harming me in any way during my sleep.
I am the ONLY person who should be inside my bolt-locked private bedroom during my bedtime hours; and I have installed several additional locks to my private bedroom that I keep locked during my bedtime hours inside my bolt-locked private bedroom at the Westdale-managed Wind River Crossing Apartments in Austin, Texas.
One of those eight total locks to my private bedroom that I have been securing or checking every night before I go to bed to make sure they are properly secured---a new lock I had installed in January 2014 to my large accordion-closet door inside my private bedroom of this top-floor, vaulted-ceiling apartment unit----was somehow "broken" by a cause unbeknownst to myself in a recent prior week. I plan to get that particular lock fixed as soon as possible.

Dear Officer Turner,
This Wednesday morning, April 3, after going to bed about midnight, I was abruptly awakened on my bed with throbbing pain in my anus in the middle of my nocturnal slumber, with myself lying alone on my bed and no intruder ever visible to me, at each of the following approximate times that I then promptly jotted down in my standard diary for calendar year 2013:
---1:50 a.m. My standard diary notes for today state that at this time, I was "awakened on bed with throbbing pain in my anus---I was raped again during my sleep., and President Obama once again failed to order the FBI to investigate ASAP!"
---4:55 a.m.: "same problem; pain in my hips, too."
---7:47 a.m.: same type of incident that awoke me in the middle of my sleep.
As you know, Officer Turner, I always sleep alone on my bed, and I NEVER have any invited overnight guest or any invited late-night guest after midnight inside my bolt-locked apartment unit. I live alone in Apartment 325, I am a lifelong single gentleman and longtime celibate-by-choice gentleman, and NO ONE is ever authorized to be inside my bolt-locked apartment unit during periods in which I am sleeping or taking a nap on my bed.
Officer Turner, I am very concerned about major legal liability currently being incurred by the City Government of Austin from the alleged repeated refusal of the Austin Police Department to professionally and in a diligent and thorough manner investigate my repeated allegations to APD that I have been subjected against my wishes on a daily and frequent and year-round and multi-year basis to alleged personal injury crimes and alleged anal-rape crimes and alleged deliberate sleep-interruption-infliction crimes that have robbed me of hundreds of hours of sleep ever since the early morning hours of April 17, 2011, when that sleep-interruption problem began for me very abruptly inside Apartment 325, a top-floor, vaulted-ceiling apartment, at Wind River Crossing.
I wish to again politely remind you that (a male adult) individual who previously roomed with me in Apartment 325, a self-identified "Sandjaja Utama" who stated that he was a "citizen of Indonesia" and that he was employed in north Austin by "Pearson" educational testing service, a for-profit corporation that is reportedly headquartered in Great Britain, has not been authorized to be anywhere in my apartment unit or anywhere on my front outdoor balcony, for that matter, on any occasion since May 31, 2011.
Mr. Utama had resided with me in Apartment 325 from April 16, 2011, until May 31, 2011, and he roomed with me as a strictly-platonic roommate who agreed to always sleep by himself on a brand-new futon I had purchased as a second and separate bed for the apartment unit. Mr. Utama agreed to his strictly-platonic-roommate status from the very start, and he roomed with me ONLY after the management team at Wind River Crossing in April 2011 formally approved his application to reside in Apartment 325.
That application approval occurred after a very thorough criminal-background check by the management team here that apparently found no evidence that Mr. Utama had any history of having ever violated the law in the past on any occasion in any noteworthy manner.
May 31, 2011, was the day when the very same Mr. Utama had his name permanently deleted from my lease agreement and contract with the Wind River Crossing management team, and he moved out of Apartment 325 on a permanent basis on May 31, 2011. I have not spoken with or met with or written to Mr. Utama on any occasion since May 31, 2011, and I myself have chosen to permanently and irrevocably EXCLUDE Mr. Utama from all aspects of my own life ever since the afternoon of May 31, 2011.
I myself am a white Anglo-Saxon non-Hispanic gentleman of Scottish, English, and German ancestry. In my entire life, I wish to once again remind you, I have never on any occasion ever at any time agreed to myself have any sexual contact of any type with ANYONE who was or is himself or herself of Far East Asian ancestry. Nor have I ever on any occasion in my entire life ever on any occasion had or experienced or sustained any sexual contact of any type with any person of Far East Asian ancestry at any time during my conscious or waking hours.
I would also like to politely remind you, Officer Turner, that as you already know, I myself have not participated in penetrational anal intercourse anywhere in Texas on any occasion since December of 1979. Also, I have not participated in any mutual-consent sex of any type anywhere in Austin, Texas, or anywhere in the entire Austin area of Texas on any occasion since December of 1979.
I would also like to again remind you, Officer Turner, that I myself have not participated in penetrational anal sodomy or penetrational anal sex ANYWHERE in the entire world on any occasion since 1987. That last-ever occasion, a one-night stand that I now believe I was misled by others into participating in, occurred in the Boston area of Massachusetts.
I would also like to take this opportunity to remind you, Officer Turner, that under no circumstance would I myself ever agree to have sexual contact with any African-American person anywhere in the world at any time in the entire 21st Century period of my own life. I mention this latter point primarily because some of the video recorder images I obtained in 2011 from inside the private bedroom of my bolt-locked apartment unit during my bedtime hours, appeared to reveal a dark-skinned and apparently African-American male young person, possibly even an African-American minor, who was allegedly subjecting me during my sleep to oral inhalants against my wishes inside my private bedroom. I snore during periods when I am sleeping or napping, and I was probably also snoring during the period in which the cited African-American male young person in 2011 allegedly and repeatedly subjected me during my sleep---and against my wishes---to oral inhalants unbeknownst to me.
With a few exceptions, I myself have never invited any African-American person to enter my one-bedroom apartment unit at Wind River Crossing on any occasion since I moved into Apartment 325 in January 2002. The only exceptions that come to mind for me were Lorenzo, then the head of maintenance for Wind River Crossing Apartments, Lorenzo being an African-American gentleman with a cited Louisiana background and a wife who was a private attorney in Austin, he said, and whose last name I don't currently recall; and some African-American officers of the Austin Police Department and possibly some EMS employees who visited my apartment while on duty in response to a crime report or medical complaint from myself.
As you know, Officer Turner, the Austin Police Department did accept from me several video cards containing images I had obtained inside my bedroom from my video recorder camera during my bedtime hours-----a video recorder camera that I purchased at a Fry's Electronics store in north Austin in 2011. I did emphasize to APD officers in 2011 that some of my video recorder files had been corrupted, and for that reason APD would need to repair some of those files in order to view much of the most pertinent crime evidence in those video cards. APD officers in 2011 stated to me in response to that comment of mine that APD would NOT be willing to repair any of the video cards containing corrupted files that I had handed over to them at my own insistence in 2011.
I myself have NEVER authorized any oral inhalants or any nasal inhalants, or any other type of "medical services" of any type that would be administered to me DURING periods in which I am myself sleeping and unconscious inside the private bedroom of my bolt-locked apartment unit.
Officer Turner, I hope that this follow-up report will be sufficient evidence for the Austin Police Department and Travis County District Attorney's Office and the Attorney General of Texas state agency and the Travis County Attorney's Office and the Texas Department of Public Safety and the Texas Rangers Division of the DPS and the State Comptroller's Office and the Federal Bureau of Investigation to jointly sponsor the following:
----immediate and multi-day and comprehensive secret video-camera and audio surveillance of the entire bedroom of the one-bedroom apartment unit that I am renting at Wind River Crossing Apartments.
---immediate and comprehensive DNA medical testing on myself, including on my anus, my buttocks, my hips, my thighs, my mouth, my genitals, etc.
---immediate and comprehensive DNA medical testing on my bedsheets and bedspread, which do contain numerosu stains that I maintain were allegedly caused by an illegal intruder inside my bolt-locked apartment unit.
Thank you in advance for your very helpful response to this most recent update crime report for the Austin Police Department. As you know, I insist on pressing criminal-law charges against each and every person who allegedly trespassed illegally inside my bolt-locked apartment unit; who allegedly participated in alleged personal-injury crimes or alleged anal-rape crimes victimizing myself during my sleep; and who allegedly entered my bolt-locked apartment unit through an illegal point of entry and without my clearly stated permission; and who allegedly stole property from me by eating food and drinking beverages that I store inside my refrigerator---this in a context in which I myself definitely DO NOT currently have any roommate.
