August 25, 2020

Dear Public Information Requests Response Team Members,

Thank you for the question you posed to me in your August 24, 2020, e-mail reply letter (below) to me.

I am hereby revising my August 23, 2020, online public-information request by substituting the following text for the previous text that appeared in the first paragraph of that request:

“I am seeking a copy of any and all e-mail communications or other written communications referring at least once in any manner to myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin, that at any time between 12:01 a.m. April 28, 2011, and 8 a.m. August 24, 2020, were received by, or were produced, authored, forwarded, sent, mailed, e-mailed, or FAXed by:
---any of the certified peace officers for the City of Austin's Building Services Department who during the applicable nine-year period have had, or currently have, supervisory authority over safety or security at City Hall in downtown Austin; or
---any of the administrators of the City of Austin's Building Services Department whose job duties at any time during the applicable nine-year period either included or currently include supervising security or safety for City Hall."

Please note that this is the only change I am making to my August 23, 2020, online public-information request to the City of Austin. The remainder of my request will remain exactly the same as before.

I decided to focus my request on the City of Austin Building Services Department after finding the following factual statement tonight at that department's official webpage: "The Building Services Department provides strategic facilities planning, custodial, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, security, locksmith, property management, safety, project management, and mail services for city facilities."

I have highlighted and increased the type size for some of the key words in that factual statement, because they struck me as being especially pertinent for this particular public-information request.

Thank you again for your prompt reply letter. I hope that this response to your question provides you with the information and clarification you need in order to promptly locate the responsive documents.

Please do not hesitate to write to me or call me if you have any additional questions for me.

Sincerely and Best Wishes,
John Kevin McMillan, public-information requestor.
My home address ever since June 21, 2019:
Pebble Creek Apartments, 8805 North Plaza Drive, Apt. 2418, Bldg. 17, Austin, TX 78753.
Home phone: (512) 342-2295.

Re: Public Information Request of August 23, 2020, Reference # C077356-082320

Dear Mr. John Kevin McMillan,

The City of Austin received a public information request from you on August 23, 2020, to request copies of records pertaining to the following:

“I am seeking a copy of any and all written communications referring at least once in any manner to myself---among those possible written communications being e-mail communications, reports, crime reports, arrest records, memoranda, written requests, orders, directives and FAXed documents, for instance---that each of the State of Texas-certified peace officers stationed anywhere on the premises of the Austin City Hall complex at 301 West Second Street in downtown Austin for any period of time between 12:01 a.m. April 28, 2011, and 8 a.m. August 24, 2020, received, wrote, generated, produced, forwarded, sent, mailed, e-mailed, or FAXed.

EXCLUDED from the scope of this public-information request are any and all e-mail communications that were written exclusively by myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin.

My legal name is "John Kevin McMillan". I was born on April 27,1957, at Lincoln, Nebraska. I have resided in Austin proper on a continuous and uninterrupted basis ever since mid-March 1997.
I am the founder and only current approved member of a new and non-Christian religion, the "Progressive Prohibitionist Religion" (PPR), that has very stringent membership-eligibility requirements. Several or more current or former Central Texans have told me they either dislike my "PPR" religion or are alienated by it or regard it as not being a true religion. Many Austin-area residents learned about my "PPR" religion by watching televised speeches I gave on behalf of my "PPR" religion on local community-access television here in Austin around the turn of the century.

One former Austin-area resident, Dr. Michael Kim McMillan, even volunteered to me with sharp indignation in his tone of voice and sharp antipathy and revulsion in his facial expression during a visit of his to downtown Austin around the turn of the century, that my one-member "Heaven on Earth"-minded Progressive Prohibitionist Religion "has inflicted Hell on this entire planet!"

My own primary landline home telephone number of (512) 342-2295 and my own primary e-mail address of "mcmillanj@att.net" have each remained the same throughout the entire nine-year time period of this public-information request.

During that same nine-year time period, I have resided at the following respective locations, listed chronologically below from oldest previous address to most recent current address, in my capacity as a rent-paying official tenant, or, for a brief multi-month period (when I resided in Apt. 902 at Village Oaks Apartments in Austin), as a apartment-management-team-approved rent-paying occupant:

---Wind River Crossing Apartments, 11411 Research Boulevard, Apt. 325, Building 3, Austin, TX 78759.
---Crossland Economy Studios (Extended Stay America), 12621 Hymeadow Road, Apt. 133 (a first-floor unit), Austin, TX 78729.
---Village Oaks Apartments, 10926 Jollyville Road, Apt. 902, Bldg. 9, Austin, TX 78759.
---Village Oaks Apartments, 10926 Jollyville Road, Apt. 1609, Bldg. 16, Austin, TX 78759.
---Austin Motor Inn, 11400 North Interstate Highway 35, a first-floor room, Austin, TX 78753.
---Pebble Creek Apartments, 8805 North Plaza Drive, Apt. 2418, Bldg. 17, Austin, TX 78753.

Ever since June 21, 2019, I have resided alone as the only official rent-paying tenant and only apartment-management-team-approved official tenant in a solo-occupancy always-fully-bolt-locked and fully-locked second-floor efficiency apartment unit, Apt. 2418, situated in the northeastern corner of the Pebble Creek Apartments complex. My signed management-team-approved lease for my apartment unit clearly states that I am the only approved tenant and only approved occupant inside my current apartment unit at Pebble Creek Apartments.”

In order for the City of Austin to begin processing your request, we need additional clarification.

Could you please be more specific about what department(s) may have this information?

If you would like for the City of Austin to proceed with your public information request, please provide clarifications within sixty (60) calendar days from 08/24/2020. Otherwise, the City of Austin will consider your request closed.

You may provide a response to the City of Austin by any of the following methods:

  1. by responding to this email or
  2. by regular mail to City of Austin Law Department P.O. Box 1088, Austin, TX  78767

Upon receipt of your clarification, the City of Austin will further respond to your Public Information Act Request as required by law, including providing you with an estimate of costs associated with producing the requested records.

If you have any questions, please contact my office at (512) 974-2268.

Thank you for contacting the City of Austin.

ANOTHER EAVESDROPPER'S REPORT ON NEW YORK CITY: A SEMI-FICTIONAL LATE SUMMER UPDATE

---"I think all those years I spent studying mathematics are primarily devoted in my life of today to counting grams of sugar, milligrams of sodium, and grams of saturated fat in my everyday life. This is the only type of mathematics that seems to matter to me now: Can I keep my totals under my doctor's orders requirements for each day? If I achieve my daily goals, I'm elated; if I fail, it feels like I just fell from the top of the Empire State Building."

--"In my nocturnal dreams every night, I am always counting how many droplets of moisture any given passenger on the subway is subjecting me to at any given moment. That's my idea of a fine mathematics project---during my sleep. And it's always a nightmare for me."

--"There's a tendency to assume that only those who are boorish can infect others with COVID-19. But the shocking news has been that perfectly hygienic ladies and perfectly sanitary gentlemen can still be carriers of our most-dreaded virus since 1918."

---"Do you feel a special affinity for the New Yorkers of 1918? If so, do you think we should enter into a seance session with them in order to commiserate with them?"

---"That would depend on how much I get charged to enter into this seance session. Plus, I would insist on getting a seance specialist who is State licensed. To me, I would assume they're a quack unless the State of New York can certify for me that they have a fully valid Seance Specialist License that will remain valid for the next two-year period."

\--"I would think that the home air-purification services providers are making tons of money out of the COVID-19 crisis. No one wants to be subjected to the tobacco smoke of your neighbors or visitors to your apartment complex. The type of home air purification system I've purchased for my condo unit should increase my chances of surviving the pandemic by virtually eliminating indirect exposure to tobacco fumes during my sleep. Passive smoking increases your chances of dying if you get infected with COVID-19. I am SO GRATEFUL to get my full eight hours of refuge every night from my neighbors, with help from my effective new air-purification system and additional bolt-locks I've installed at every conceivable point of entry inside my condo unit!"

--"I'm surprised I haven't seen a business news item in the Times about all the home-air-purification system companies that are raking in millions of dollars in revenues from the COVID crisis."

--"I feel embarrassed to say this, but I don't even know the name of the leading home-air-purification system manufacturer here in New York. I guess that makes me culturally illiterate---or at least, someone else in our ever-savvy city would call me culturally illiterate. It's humbling being a New Yorker, since you have to keep up with A to Z every day in order to remain fully up-to-date and fully savvy."

Subject: 8-23-20 PIR re: Peace Officers at Austin City Hall and me

A respectful FYI to each of you government officials, law-enforcement officers, and civic leaders on the following politely-worded public-information request of mine (PART I, below) I submitted online tonight at 10:22 p.m. this Sunday, August 23, 2020, to the City Government of Austin (TX) at the official City of Austin website, with the City of Austin immediately providing me with an official computer-generated online confirmation at 10:22 p.m. tonight (PART II, below---final item) that the City has received my public-information request:

(PART I:)
"I am seeking a copy of any and all written communications referring at least once in any manner to myself---among those possible written communications being e-mail communications, reports, crime reports, arrest records, memoranda, written requests, orders, directives and FAXed documents, for instance---that each of the State of Texas-certified peace officers stationed anywhere on the premises of the Austin City Hall complex at 301 West Second Street in downtown Austin for any period of time between 12:01 a.m. April 28, 2011, and 8 a.m. August 24, 2020, received, wrote, generated, produced, forwarded, sent, mailed, e-mailed, or FAXed.

"EXCLUDED from the scope of this public-information request are any and all e-mail communications that were written exclusively by myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin.

"My legal name is 'John Kevin McMillan'. I was born on April 27,1957, at Lincoln, Nebraska. I have resided in Austin proper on a continuous and uninterrupted basis ever since mid-March 1997.

"I am the founder and only current approved member of a new and non-Christian religion, the 'Progressive Prohibitionist Religion' (PPR), that has very stringent membership-eligibility requirements. Several or more current or former Central Texans have told me they either dislike my 'PPR' religion or are alienated by it or regard it as not being a true religion. Many Austin-area residents learned about my 'PPR' religion by watching televised speeches I gave on behalf of my  'PPR' religion on local community-access television here in Austin around the turn of the century.

"One former Austin-area resident, Dr. Michael Kim McMillan, even volunteered to me with sharp indignation in his tone of voice and sharp antipathy and revulsion in his facial expression during a visit of his to downtown Austin around the turn of the century, that my one-member 'Heaven on Earth'-minded Progressive Prohibitionist Religion 'has inflicted Hell on this entire planet!'

"My own primary landline home telephone number of (512) 342-2295 and my own primary e-mail address of 'mcmillanj@att.net' have each remained the same throughout the entire nine-year time period of this public-information request.

"During that same nine-year time period, I have resided at the following respective locations, listed chronologically below from oldest previous address to most recent current address, in my capacity as a rent-paying official tenant, or, for a brief multi-month period (when I resided in Apt. 902 at Village Oaks Apartments in Austin), as a apartment-management-team-approved rent-paying occupant:
"---Wind River Crossing Apartments, 11411 Research Boulevard, Apt. 325, Building 3, Austin, TX 78759.
"---Crossland Economy Studios (Extended Stay America), 12621 Hymeadow Road, Apt. 133 (a first-floor unit), Austin, TX 78729.
"---Village Oaks Apartments, 10926 Jollyville Road, Apt. 902, Bldg. 9, Austin, TX 78759.
"---Village Oaks Apartments, 10926 Jollyville Road, Apt. 1609, Bldg. 16, Austin, TX 78759.
"---Austin Motor Inn, 11400 North Interstate Highway 35, a first-floor room, Austin, TX 78753.
"---Pebble Creek Apartments, 8805 North Plaza Drive, Apt. 2418, Bldg. 17, Austin, TX 78753.

"Ever since June 21, 2019, I have resided alone as the only official rent-paying tenant and only apartment-management-team-approved official tenant in a solo-occupancy always-fully-bolt-locked and fully-locked second-floor efficiency apartment unit, Apt. 2418, situated in the northeastern corner of the Pebble Creek Apartments complex. My signed management-team-approved lease for my apartment unit clearly states that I am the only approved tenant and only approved occupant inside my current apartment unit at Pebble Creek Apartments."

Dear Texas Workforce Commission Open Records Officials,

This is a Texas Open Records request in which I seek to obtain from you a copy of any and all written, typed, word-processed, or printed communications, including any and all e-mail communications, that referred at least once in any manner or context to myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin, and that at any time from 9 a.m. January 1, 2009, through the present, were received, written, produced, sent, e-mailed, mailed, forwarded, or FAXed by any of the State of Texas-certified peace officers who were or are stationed at or employed by any of the Texas Workforce Commission state agency headquarters offices at 101 East 15th Street in downtown Austin.

This public-information request of mine was prompted in part by 2009 legal correspondence of mine (final group of legal documents, below) with TWC Civil Rights Division Director Robert Gomez, and with cited prosecuting attorneys and law-enforcement agencies in Central Texas, that referred to allegedly illegal anonymous verbalized death threats to which I alleged in writing that I was myself being subjected to against my wishes during working hours for me at several cited respective restaurant workplaces of mine in Austin.

My legal name is "John Kevin McMillan". My date of birth is April 27, 1957. I am a native of Lincoln, Nebraska. I have resided in Austin proper on a continuous and uninterrupted basis ever since mid-March 1997.

My primary landline home telephone number of (512) 342-2295 and my primary e-mail address of "mcmillanj@att.net" have each remained the same throughout the approximately 12-year time period of this public-information request.

During that same multi-year time period, I have resided at the following respective locations, listed chronologically below from oldest previous address to most recent current address, as a rent-paying official tenant, or, for a brief multi-month period (when I resided in Apt. 902 at Village Oaks Apartments), as a apartment-management-team-approved rent-paying occupant:

Subject: RE: 3-25-09 query re: verbalized death threats to someone at his workplace in TX

Dear Travis County District Attorney Rosemary Lehmberg, Travis County County Attorney David Escamilla, Williamson County District Attorney Bradley, and Williamson County County Attorney Duty, respectively,

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Texas Workforce Commission state agency official Robert Gomez for pointing out to me (see reply letter, below) that he is aware of a criminal-law matter relating to myself and my own "life" circumstances in Austin, Texas.

You will each note that Texas Workforce Commission state agency Civil Rights Division Director Robert Gomez in his March 26 reply letter (see below) to myself, has stated to me that I need to contact the applicable local district attorney or county attorney in regard to alleged verbalized death threats against myself to which I have been subjected at each and every one of my numerous respective restaurant workplaces in the Austin and Cedar Park areas.

I allege that those verbalized death threats against myself have originated from background anonymous-verbalized-communications "media services" sound systems of some type, piped into or inflicted on my workplaces in some manner, that I myself have NEVER authorized or ever been informed about by any of my employers.

I allege that I have been subjected against my wishes to those alleged anonymous verbalized death threats against myself, death threats against myself that are flagrantly illegal in nature, in the background at each of my workplaces for a substantial portion of nearly all of my workshifts at each of my respective restaurant workplaces in Travis County and in Williamson County, Texas, ever since the spring of 2002, when I began working in restaurants as a waiter or server for the first time ever.

Those restaurant workplaces include or have included:

---Village Inn 620, a chain restaurant situated in Cedar Park, Texas, that closed down permanently in April of 2008 after I filed a legal complaint against Village Inn 620 through the U.S Equal Employment Opportunity Commission that did cite alleged verbal harassment of myself at my workplace.
---Souper Salad Lakeline, a chain restaurant situated in Williamson County, Texas, that is located along Pecan Park Boulevard;
---Luby's 131, a chain restaurant that I believe is probably situated in far northwest Austin, Texas, and that is situated at Pecan Park Boulevard and Research Boulevard;
---IHOP Duval Restaurant, a chain restaurant situated along Research Boulevard near Duval in Austin, Texas, and in Travis County, Texas;
---Satay Restaurant, a restaurant situated along Anderson Lane fairly close to Mopac expressway;
---Bellagio's restaurant, an Italian restaurant situated at 6507 Jester;
---Souper Salad Highland chain restaurant, situated along Middle Fiskville Road near Highland Mall;
---Souper Salad Round Rock chain restaurant, situated in Round Rock, Texas;
---Souper Salad Braker Lane chain restaurant, situated near Braker Lane and Highway 183, a restaurant that was closed down permanently in a recent prior year;
---IHOP 290 restaurant, situated near Highway 290 and Interstate Highway 35;
---the IHOP chain restaurant situated near Highway 183 and Ohlen (sp? Olin?) road in north Austin;
---the IHOP chain restaurant situated along East Cesar Chavez road;
---the Souper Salad chain restaurant situated at the intersection of Ben White Boulevard and South Lamar;
---the Taj Palace Indian restaurant situated along Middle Fiskville road near Highland Mall in Austin;

Do any of you very distinguished district attorneys or county attorneys maintain that the alleged anonymous death threats in the background to which I maintain that I  have been subjected in person during working hours for myself at each of my respective restaurant workplaces throughout the Austin area in the last seven-year period, were anything but illegal in nature on the part of the sources of those anonymous death threats, regardless of which persons or attorneys or law firms or business entities or government-owned institutions or government agencies or "educational institutions" or unethical media companies or gay groups or lesbian groups or transsexual militant groups or religious groups or atheist groups or political groups or foreign nations, for that matter, might prove to be the actual source of or sponsor of those repeated anonymous verbalized death threats to myself at each and every one of my workplaces, including each of my restaurant workplaces, ever since 1997 in the Austin area.

I would like to take this opportunity to again emphasize that I myself lead a permanently illicit-drug-free (ever since 1984, and with no prior addiction to any illicit drug), lifelong-tobacco-free, permanently alcohol-free (ever since 1990, with no prior addiction to alcohol), tattoo-less, jewelry-less, platonically-polite, clean-talking, psychologically healthy, preventive-medicine-minded and healthful-living-minded, morally and aesthetically straight, facially cleanshaven, hygienic, recently-certified-HIV-negative, consistently civil and vigilant and law-abiding (I have no criminal-conviction record, in fact, as each of you is no doubt very aware) and law-enforcement-minded lifestyle in which I myself diligently report evidence of illegal conduct by others that I observe in my everyday life to the Austin Police Department, for instance, on a year-round basis.

I definitely am also a conscientious gentleman who myself definitely does not seek to harm myself or anyone else.  I have a very strong will to enjoy a full and healthy life for myself, and I definitely am very devoted to resolving any and all conflicts between myself and anyone else in an honorably law-abiding manner on my part. If someone whom I've already rejected from my own life is allegedly stalking me, for instance, and if I could cite evidence implicating that alleged stalker by name, I would of course and very definitely contact a law-enforcement agency and file legal charges against that individual, regardless of whether he himself is an attorney.

The Travis County District Attorney's Office has already officially acknowledged in writing that it has considerable legal evidence that one or more persons (other than myself, I wish to emphasize) allegedly or possibly seek to harm myself or allegedly exhibit possible criminal intent victimizing myself, John Kevin McMillan.

In that context, I would particularly appreciate a reply letter from each of your law-enforcement agencies that informs me, among other things, about who or what you believe is the possible source of the alleged verbalized death threats against myself, an honorable gentleman, to which I have been subjected against my wishes on many thousands of total combined occasions inside my various workplaces, including each of my various restaurant workplaces, in Austin, Texas, and in Cedar Park, Texas, respectively, in the period since the spring of 1997, when I most recently moved back to Austin after residing in and working as a full-time newspaper journalist in Palestine, Texas.

The factual legal information I am seeking from your district attorney's and county attorney's offices will enable me to myself immediately file legal charges against the sources of those anonymous death threats against myself at my respective workplaces through the Austin Police Department and Cedar Park Police Department and through the Travis County District Attorney's Office, the Travis County County Attorney's Office, the Williamson County District Attorney's Office, and the Williamson County County Attorney's Office.

Thank you in advance for your helpful reply letters in response to this inquiry that was prompted by a referral from a Texas Workforce Commission official who has indicated to me that the verbalized death threats against myself at each of my restaurant workplaces in the Austin area were definitely violations of the state penal code demanding a criminal-law investigation and criminal-law prosecutions.

Sincerely and Best Wishes,

John Kevin McMillan,
11411 Research Boulevard, Apt. 325, Austin, Texas, 78759.

Mr. McMillan,

The Texas Workforce Commission Civil Rights Division (TWCCRD) enforces  the Texas Commission on Human Rights Act which prohibits employment discrimination based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, disability, and age. Complaints filed with TWCCRD are dual-filed with the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) so it is not necessary to file with both the state and federal agencies.  Although the complaints are filed with both agencies, only one will conduct an investigation.  Employment complaints filed with TWCCRD must be filed within 180 days of the alleged discriminatory act.

The situation you have described below and the information you are requesting are both outside the jurisdiction of TWCCRD.  As such, you would need to contact your local district or county attorney to determine the answers to your inquiries. TWCCRD does not enforce or has jurisdiction over criminal statutes.

Thank you,

Robert

Subject: 3-25-09 query re: verbalized death threats to someone at his workplace in TX

Dear Texas Workforce Commission Civil Rights Division Director Gomez in Austin,

I would appreciate a reply E-mail letter or signed reply letter from you, clarifying for me whether it is, in fact, flagrantly and very offensively illegal and an outrageous violation of state or federal law, for any person or group of persons to verbalize a death threat to someone (myself, for instance) at his own workplace during working hours for himself.

Also, what is the criminal-law penalty to any person or group of persons or any media company that or who are ever found guilty at any time of having subjected anyone (myself, for instance) at his own workplace to any verbalized death threat or any verbalized death threats at any time (such as might occur in a context featuring profane speech by the person or persons verbalizing that death threat against someone at his workplace).

Mr. Gomez, I look forward to receiving your reply letter about this very important civil-rights and human-rights and legal-rights issue for myself and many others.

Sincerely and Best Wishes,

John Kevin McMillan, a teetotaling and permanently-alcohol-free and anti-alcohol, permanently illicit-drug-free and anti-drug, lifelong-tobacco-free, psychologically healthy, disease-free and HIV-negative and hygienic, facially cleanshaven, tattoo-less, intellectually talented, honest and conscientious, consistently civil and consistently vigilant and consistently law-abiding (I have no criminal-conviction record, as I'm sure your Texas Workforce Commission state agency is already very aware), gainfully employed, polite, clean-talking, single adult gentleman. I might add that I am also a single gentleman who will myself insist on asserting my legal right to file a legal complaint against any employer or any work supervisor of mine, if applicable, that ever at any time permits any "background media services" provider or any "media services" provider operating at my own workplace, or anyone in person, for that matter, to repeatedly and on numerous occasions (or even on one occasion, for that matter) subject myself, John Kevin McMillan, at my workplace during working hours for myself, to ANY "anonymous verbalized death threat" against myself or any other form of verbalized death threat against myself.

"Dear TCEQ Public Information Officer,

"This is a Texas Open Records request in which I seek to obtain from you a copy of any and all written communications, including any and all e-mail communications, that refer at least once in any manner to myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin, Texas, and that in the period ever since 12:01 a.m. April 28, 2011, were written, produced, generated, received, sent, mailed, or FAXed by any staff member, officer, or administrator for your Human Resources and Staff Services Division who routinely or frequently pursues job duties relating to safety issues or security issues in regard to your state agency complex in Austin or to TCEQ staff members employed at or visitors to your headquarters offices.

"This Open Records request is prompted in part by my sensing that one or more employees or officials of your state agency possibly may have concluded that they regarded me as being a possible alleged 'security risk' for your state agency.

"I mention this partly because earlier this century I received a very surprising rejection e-mail letter, if I remember correctly, from an attorney for your state agency's Office of General Counsel. It seems to me that the staff attorney was Kevin McCalla, and that he requested in writing that I refrain from ever again directly contacting Mr. McCalla himself. I attempted today to locate that reply letter to me from Mr. McCalla, but have not been able to do so. It is possible that the rejection letter to me was written and sent to me by another attorney for your state agency in Austin.

"According to legal documents your state agency provided me earlier this century in response to a public-information request, in November of 2001 a female Human Resources staff member of your state agency made a tentative job offer to me on the telephone for a full-time clerical job at your headquarters complex in Austin----but later retracted that job offer. That withdrawal of the job offer occurred a matter of hours after your HR Department obtained a follow-up oral statement from one of your full-time employees, Randy Hamilton, himself a former classmate of mine at Eanes Elementary School of Eanes ISD in Westlake Hills, in which Mr. Hamilton stated to your HR department staff member that if I myself were working in the same building as himself, Mr. Hamilton would feel 'very uncomfortable'  about any such scenario for himself.

"At that time, your state agency bore the official name of 'Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission'.

"According to legal documents provided to me by your state agency in response to the above cited public-information request, Mr. Hamilton also stated to your HR department that I myself was "paranoid". He elaborated on that oral evaluation of me by stating to an HR department staff member who interviewed Mr. Hamilton that
I myself had directly consulted private attorney John F. Campbell of Austin in regard to concerns of mine about alleged violations of my own privacy rights in Austin...."
