Dear State Senator Eckhardt,
Congratulations again on your very influential new role as the State Senator of Texas for Senate District 14, with Travis County and Bastrop County being the only two counties in District 14.
This is a Texas Open Records request in which I seek to obtain from you a copy of any and all e-mail communications that you or any staff member of yours in any of your state-senate offices in Austin, Texas, has received or written or sent or forwarded at any time since 9 a.m. August 12, 2020, that each referred at least once in any manner to myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin, Texas, or to my one-total-approved-member (myself, only, at present) and non-Christian implicitly-deistic and non-atheistic "Progressive Prohibitionist Religion".
My legal name is "John Kevin McMillan". I am a lifelong non-Christian white Anglo-Saxon gentleman of English, Scottish, and German ancestry.
I am a direct descendant of the Rev. William Brewster, the Puritan religious leader who served as the head chaplain on the Mayflower and, later, as a leading religious adviser to British Plymouth Colony Governor William Bradford in what was then territory governed by The United Kingdom. My own "Honor Society" Progressive Prohibitionist Religion has very stringent membership-eligibility requirements and is non-proselytizing.
This public-information request was prompted in part by the absence of any individualized reply letter from you in your three and one-half months thus far as my duly-elected State Senator.
The only two reply letters I have received from your State Senate office in Austin so far were each identified in the Subject heading as being "automatic reply" e-mail letters. They were each sent to me on your behalf in response to public-policy-related questions or requests or concerns or information I shared with you or posed to you in writing at your current official e-mail address as a member of the Texas Senate.
I am a civil and law-abiding, gainfully-employed, permanently-drinking-alcohol-free (ever since 1990) and never-previously-addicted, permanently-marijuana-free (ever since 1984) and anti-marijuana-minded, facially-cleanshaven, lifelong-tattoo-less, platonicly polite, longtime-celibate-by-choice, single-by-choice, adult Anglo male constituent of yours. I do not have any criminal-conviction record. I have resided in District 14 throughout your entire tenure so far as State Senator.
I am a former full-time employee in Austin for the Texas Department of Public Safety state agency, the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles state agency, and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice state agency, respectively. I am also a former full-time daily newspaper reporter in Texas and other states.
The following, below, are the two total "automatic-reply" letters to me that were each sent to me on your behalf in your new official role as a State Senator.
You will note that with the exception of the date and time and subject heading, each of these two reply letters to me are identical---so much so that each of them contains the same three typographical errors ("for political purpose" should have been typed as either "for political purposes" or "for a political purpose"; "od" should have been typed as "of"; and "a mater of public policy" should have been typed as "a matter of public policy").
