Dear Austin City Manager Spencer Cronk,
You have been the Austin City Council-appointed City Manager of Austin ever since February 12, 2018-----more than two and one-half years ago.
I myself am am honorable constituent of yours in Austin, Texas. I am a longtime-celibate-by-choice, single-by-choice, dependably civil and law-abiding and very honest, white Anglo-Saxon drinking-alcohol-free gentleman of English, Scottish, and German ancestry. I am also a former resident of Minnesota and alumnus of the University of Minnesota Graduate School of Journalism and Mass Communications. I am also a current individual dues-paying member of the Minneapolis-based University of Minnesota Alumni Association.
In the two years and seven and one-half months since you assumed your appointive position as chief administrative officer for the City Government of Austin in this state-capital city for Texas, have you ever at any time contacted the Austin Police Department (APD) Sex Crimes Unit or Austin Public Health Department on my own behalf to express your personal concern about the level of safety of my own sleeping conditions inside my locked current rental-efficiency-apartment unit?
If so, during your conversation with the APD Sex Crimes Unit did you also request that APD or the Austin Public Health Department authorize a new forensic DNA-traces medical-evidence rape-exam on myself as a cited victim of alleged anal-rape-crimes and alleged personal-injury-crimes allegedly inflicted on me on a daily and year-round basis by alleged home-invasion-crimes perpetrators unbeknownst to me during my sleeping hours as I lay or lie alone, asleep and unconscious and probably snoring, on my own bed inside my fully locked rental-apartment unit? Did you also request that APD or the Austin Public Health Department insist on full six-month retroactive processing of any and all DNA traces obtained from the cited rape-exam on myself?
As you of course know, I am the founder and only approved member of a new and non-Christian religion, the Progressive Prohibitionist Religion, that has very stringent membership-eligibility requirements. Many Austinites have indicated to me that they dislike or question the authenticity of my fully-independent and new religion.
I maintain that the alleged home-invasion-crimes and alleged sex crimes and alleged personal-injury-crimes inflicted on me on a daily and year-round basis inside my current solo-occupancy rental-apartment unit at Pebble Creek Apartments in north Austin comprise alleged felony hate crimes perpetrated by persons who dislike or despise my own non-proselytizing Progressive Prohibitionist Religion.
City Manager Cronk, my other question to you today would be this:
In your capacity as City Manager for Austin and strong supporter of safe-housing conditions for everyone in Austin, have you ever at any time received any phone call or e-mail letter or letter or in-person visit from any person or group of persons ---- such as any City of Austin employee, any labor union representative, any media company, any religious group, any civic group or other non-profit group, any current or former neighbor of mine, any current or former roommate of mine, any current or former coworker or work supervisor of mine, any current or former relative of mine, any current or former friend of mine, any former classmate or former schoolmate of mine, any current or former acquaintance of mine, any current or former landlord of mine, any medical services provider, any educational-services provider, any legal-services provider of mine, or any current or former associate of mine --- who asked you if there is anything more you and the City Government of Austin can do to help me to keep anyone and everyone away from any portion of the interior of my current solo-occupancy always-bolt-locked and fully-locked efficiency apartment unit during my sleeping hours at nighttime as I lie alone on my own bed?
I am the only cited tenant and only cited occupant on my current one-year signed official lease agreement at Pebble Creek Apartments, 8805 North Plaza Drive. I reside in Apartment 2418 of Building 17 at this gated-community complex.
I have lived alone in this very same solo-occupancy efficiency rental-apartment unit ever since June 21, 2019.
