I would appreciate receiving from you a copy of any and all e-mail communications, letters, reports, or memoranda referring in any manner to myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin, that certified peace officer Richard Andreucci, certified peace officer Josh Simon, Sunset Valley Police Chief Sean Ford, Sunset Valley Police Chief Lenn Carter, or any other certified peace officer of the Sunset Valley Police Department wrote at any time from 12:01 a.m. April 28, 2011, to 8 a.m. September 28, 2020.

I am solely and exclusively seeking any and all applicable documents during the cited multi-year time period that were specifically written or specifically authored by certified peace officers for the Sunset Valley Police Department.

My legal name is John Kevin McMillan. My date of birth is April 27, 1957. I was born in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Seven and three-fourths years ago (documentation on this is provided, final item below), I learned that peace officer Josh Simon---the nighttime security guard for the apartment complex in northwest Austin (Wind River Crossing Apartments, 11411 Research Boulevard) where I resided at that time as a rent-paying official tenant---had a primary job during the daytime as a certified peace officer for the Sunset Valley Police Department in Sunset Valley, a municipality in Travis County. Peace officer Simon was a self-identified married gentleman who also himself resided at Wind River Crossing Apartments, according to what he or a member of the apartment management team there politely stated to me.

I have resided in Austin proper ever since mid-March 1997, during which time I have been employed by a variety of reputable employers, including the Texas Department of Public Safety state law-enforcement agency. I was employed full-time in the DPS Motor Carrier Bureau along Guadalupe Street for one year in the late 1990s.

That one total religion of mine opposes home-invasion crimes, opposes personal-injury-crimes, opposes sexual assault crimes, opposes the sex crime of pederasty, opposes the infliction of profanity or obscene speech on anyone in a context that violates their own privacy rights, opposes anonymous communications that violate the privacy of the person being subjected to those communications, opposes fraudulent or knowingly dishonest communications, opposes thought-control projects, opposes so-called "deprogramming" projects, opposes kidnappings, opposes hostage-takings, opposes compelled speech that violates the privacy rights of the individual being subjected to that compelled speech against his wishes, and opposes deliberate infliction of continuous noise pollution on anyone in a context that harms that individual's own medical health or that is aimed at punishing him or her for having political or religious or personal beliefs---or personal prejudices, even---that are disliked or opposed by the perpetrators or sponsors of that noise pollution.

Numerous current or former Central Texas residents have stated to me over a multi-year period that they either dislike or intensely dislike or question the authenticity of my own fully-independent "Progressive Prohibitionist Religion" (PPR). Around the turn of the century I gave several televised speeches on behalf of that religion of mine on local Community Access Television in Austin. One younger Central Texan man left a violent-sounding and obscene anonymous recorded phone message on my telephone-answering machine inside my apartment near UT-Austin---a recorded phone message in which he volunteered that he himself is "Catholic". In his recorded message to me, he stated that he was reacting to one or more locally televised speeches of mine that I gave on behalf of my PPR religion.

Around the turn of the century, one former Austin-area resident, Dr. Michael Kim McMillan, declared to me in person with indignation and revulsion in his tone of voice and facial expression in a conversation I had with him outdoors near UT-Austin's campus that occurred during a brief visit of his to the Austin area from out of state: "The 'Heaven on Earth' religion you've (John Kevin McMillan of Austin) established has inflicted Hell on this entire planet!"

Please let me know if you would like me to E-mail to your municipal police department in Sunset Valley, Texas, any of the numerous infrared hunter's camera photos that I obtained for myself in 2012 (I bought my first-ever infrared camera in Feb. 2012 at a nearby Academy store) during my bedtime hours of one or more alleged illegal intruders who were each allegedly situated in the private bedroom of my bolt-locked, top-floor, vaulted-ceiling apartment unit at Wind River Crossing Apartments in NW Austin.

I would also like to thank Samantha for helpfully confirming for me today on the telephone this afternoon that Wind River Crossing security guard Josh Simon --- the only security guard of whom I myself am aware who currently works for Wind River Crossing --- is also employed as a police officer for the Sunset Valley Police Department in Sunset Valley, Texas. Sunset Valley is a tiny municipality reportedly surrounded by the City of Austin.
