ONE UPDATE: After writing and sending this follow-up note (below) to the Texas Education Agency today, I discovered in my inbox that I have today received a very prompt reply letter from the Lake Travis Independent School District, stating that they have no documents responsive to the public-information request I e-mailed to them a matter of hours ago.
