Dear Highly-Esteemed and Honorable Board of Directors for the American Institute of Architects,

Does your noble organization have any disciplinary authority in regard to allegedly illegal or allegedly improper conduct by architects operating in Texas?

If so, which types of disciplinary actions can your organization pursue in regard to an architect who had designed a room or building or apartment complex that was later built in Texas, or who developed renovation plans for an existing room or building or apartment complex in Texas?

My follow-up question to your widely-respected board of directors is this:
Under which circumstances, if any, would your organization ever pursue any disciplinary action on an architect who had designed a wall to an apartment unit in Texas that could move either inward or outward?
